I love this dealership... I love my new CX-30! Thank you Ryan and Sean. You both were very professional and made the transition from my used car, to a new one, a very positive experience.I would recommend this dealership to anyone.The service department was exceptional when I went in for my first oil change, and I appreciated the video that went along with it. Great experience with the Tasca Mazda and Ford team. This is my 3rd time purchasing and trading in a vehicle with them at their Seekonk location. I look forward to the new facility for their Staff Members which is long overdue. I especially would like to thank my Salesman Sean Bernier. He is an absolutely fantastic and genuine Salesman whom was able to share his passion for the auto industry and well knowledgeable. Any issues and concerns were immediately addressed. My experience at Tasca Mazda was great. Getting a new car usually takes several hours, but I was in and out of the dealership in a 3 hours. Richie was my sales associate and he was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and found great solutions to my problems. He even helped with getting quotes to ship the car out of state! All in all, I would recommend!

Charlie in the service area was very helpful. He was pleasant and explained everything to me in detail. He actual came out to my car and took the time to show me how tp fix the mileage and radio. I was very happy with the service I received at this location.

Straight shooter, pros and cons, didn t nickel and dime me. What a pleasure and I felt real good about my purchase. Thank you, this is my first time being a part of the Mazda family. Found myself needing a new car recently and found what I was looking for a Tasca Mazda in Seekonk. My salesman was Richie. He was great throughout the entire process. Didn't play any of the typical salesman tricks, was honest, and straightforward. Went in to look at a car at 9:30 and was out by noon. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Would recommend this dealership and would definitely recommend working with Richie. This will be the first place I look at for any of my future car buying needs.

Today I went to Tasca Mazda Seekonk with no scheduled appointment . I had issues with connecting my new phone to my car/phone auto start. May I say Cristine Coriaty ( my new sales associate) came to my immediate rescue and corrected all issues. I was on my way in record time. Now that's what I call customer loyalty. She is wonderful.

Probably the worst experience I ve had at a dealership. This is the second time that I ve gone to this location, let s be frank: I understand that this is an authorized Mazda dealership, but specializes in Ford. But nonetheless, they should be understanding of protocols when it comes to Mazda. I was recommended a Transmission fluid flush These are not usually recommended until 50-100 K miles on most cars or If you were replacing your transmission in general. Along with this, they were trying to charge meover $425. Also, being a Mazda owner, I have a three year warranty and a skyactiv. For somebody who doesn t know what that is, it s the fuels efficiency aspect of the car. If your Mazda has that The only time you should be getting a transmission fluid change is when there s something that needs replacing Or you need a full transmission change. You should not be getting it anytime other than that. This dealership was trying to charge me over $425 for something that is 100% not necessary in the slightest!! BEWARE!! Corporate will be my next phone call.

If you come to Tasca Ford / Mazda in Seekonk For Service, you will not be disappointed. They have a great group of service advisors there. My go to person is George. I have exclusively used George as my service advisor and he has never disappointed me. He has a great attitude and makes me completely aware of the issues with my vehicle and always has the work completed on time as promised. My 2013 Ford F150 was purchased new and it is an excellent condition still due to George s recommendations for repair and maintenance.

Awful service and an extremely rude GM Errol! Bought a car from them that had been in minor accident and when we got the car it was still missing a piece, which was fine. Then the day I bought it I noticed they put on two different headlights. We had to wait a little over a week for the head light which again was fine. I was told to drop off the car the light is here and the car will be done tomorrow, three days go by on them telling me tomorrow tomorrow and now it hits Friday with them having my car. I don t hear from them all day and I had to message them to tell me ohh you have to wait until Monday! I had had enough and called the GM, extremely rude once he found out I was given a rental. It seemed like ohh you have a rental it doesn t matter how long we keep your car. And then threw a bunch of excuses, we had a deal on replacing brake pads cause I heard squeaking a little squeaking and was told by my sales man that he would take care of it with all the things they have to do to the car. Apparently that doesn t mean they will take care of it and Errol continues to say we are a man of our words here and still argues my sales man didn t say yes to brakes. Then tells me to come down and get my money back and he would be happy to sell it to someone with a shiny detail and new headlights! What GM says that to a customer that has a right to be frustrated!?!? Long story short never giving them my business again and telling everyone to stay clear of Tasca Mazda of Seekonk. Errol should not be called GM with how rude and cocky he was to a customer that gave them over 25,000 for a car! Props to my salesman Dan Couto though for being cooperative during the whole time! this place does not care about the long-term happiness of the customer. All they want to do is sell you a car and get your money and move on. I m also reading the reviews on Google and I see a lot of people have the same issue. I am not going to call the store to make this right as some of the responses to the comments were to call the store if I make a complaint, I expect them to go above and beyond to reach out to me. I shouldn t have to reach out to them.

Nick Kane was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire car buying process, which can be very challenging. Management was extremely helpful and pleasant as well. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Please READ:I was in desperate need of a vehicle after being in an accident & my car was deemed totalled. I knew what I wanted and headed to the dealer. Christine C. greeted me with a big smile. We chatted briefly over the specifics, even about family & how lucky we are to have little ones. She was a delight.We reached an agreement & pulled the trigger on my new car. While they were detailing & doing a final shop check over a free days, she was very communicative over text.... even on her days off! to let me know when I could pick up my new chevy.Errol G & Juliano were professional & a delight to work with as well. Great banter while going through all the finance docs.Bottom line: I highly suggest you come by for any of your new vehicle needs.Merry Christmas!Ask for Christine!

Stay away or be extra careful if you must buy from them for following reasons:1. Falsely represent pre installed theft devices turn out to be simple ($500)warranty presented as buy it or leave it by manager Ryan C. Make sure you see full contract( I was presented with only first page to sign) after explicitly declining any warrantyies. Currently in contact with State AG since they refuse to cancel. Call policy servicer on contract for the truth .2. Installed wrong hitch size dispite size confirmed in writing at time of deal. I negotiated a 2" hitch as part of deal but after spending 1 day spend there during installation, I was told AFTER instal that they had to eliminate touch less trunk opening system to fit the hitch(bare in mind this is OEM HITCH) ... they end up installing 1 1/4 " by mistake in order".3. Financing guy is not your friend. They will try and push high interest loan despite yourCC rating. Find the lowest rate before you get there or refinance immediately(as I did) after despite what they tell you . It will only upset their bonus for the loan.The only positive was the sales rep Jack U no pressure negotiation style. Unfortunately he no longer works there...which makes sense. Good ppl don't stick around bad places. Ergo, the 2 Stars.I hope this helps somebody to avoid my mistake or at least prepare the better .Good luck

After looking around for a car for our daughter, we met with Nick and found a car that we felt great about giving her.Thank you!Update as of 11/8/2023Car purchased on 10/20, check engine came on 10/21, brought for service 10/24. They kept it until 11/2 but not fixed so brought it back within 15 minutes. Tasca Seekonk still has it and has not been sent to your local Chevy dealership that can (maybe?) actually fix it. HOT air coming out even when fans off and set to cool...dangerous level of overheating.The loaner is greatly appreciated but I'd like my daughter to have her car back because she loved the car.Thank you

Excellent experience buying a used Mazda CX30. Jack was terrific to work with. He was well informed and gave us the space to test drive 3 cars independently which we appreciated. If you're looking for a Mazda, I'd highly recommend starting at Tasca.

I've purchased cars from dealers in New England 3x before, and this was probably the easiest time I've ever had. Extremely accommodating of specific requests even on used inventory and the test drive didn't feel like a driving test.This might just be a Massachusetts's thing...I was surprised that they do the leg work of registration and license plate acquisition. Downside of that is not getting the keys today...but when I put my Adult hat on, I realize it's worth not having to take time off work to go to the DMV and waiting a few extra days for *exactly what we wanted* for a lower price than I expected.Edit: I had needed them to do some major work and surpassed my expectations.

Nick, Sean, and Ryan from Mazda were extremely helpful during this process. Nick showed me different cars that I was interested in and ended up bringing me all the way to the Cranston store to pick up the exact car I wanted the same day! Sean was very helpful through the entire process and was very diligent when in came to making sure everything was correct on paperwork. Ryan was very generous with his offer for my trade. It was way more than I thought I would ever get for my car! Thank you all for being so wonderful! Stress free transaction and drove my car off the lot the same day!
