Julio is great at what he does and 100% honest. He takes pride in his work and makes sure his customers are 100% safe and satisfied. Not only is he honest, he's very friendly and caring. I will not be bringing my car anywhere else!

Wow! I can t say enough about this place and Julio! I ve called a few times due to different issues and he has always made sure someone was available to help me as soon as possible. Julio has made invaluable recommendations. I ve always driven off the lot feeling confident in the work and with the answers to my many questions. Last Saturday I was on the highway and sensor lights were flashing and I knew the car wasn t driving well. I called from the car and Julio was waiting for me at his shop! I breathe well now knowing my car and I are in great hands! Professional and honest! Priceless these days! Won t go anywhere else:)

Julio has worked on my husband s car after we got stranded on the highway and she s been running beautifully. Naturally, my older Corolla then demanded she needed some (a lot) attention. Julio has fixed my hood latch cord, did my inspection, fixed my break calibers, my breaks, AND my exhaust system. It was a huge lift of things that just kept on coming and he has been so dedicated and communicative through the process.If you re looking for a mechanic that is honest and has proven himself trustworthy you ve found him.

Julio is an amazing mechanic. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he is also transparent and fair. I felt like my vehicle was left in very competent and honest hands. And the end result of all the work he did was night and day compared to the shape my vehicle was in before I had him work on it. Highly Recommend!!!

I only write reviews when it s worth it, and trusting J&S Concepts with your vehicle is worth it! I got jipped by a mainstream auto shop ($189 to read a stored code that they wouldn t count towards the additional $700 to fix the code indicated, and only suggested I repair my brake pads as they were getting low . (1) J&S reads codes for free, and if needed will count towards the work. (2) they told me the code was stored, not active, explained the difference and said they wouldn t charge me for something that could be safely monitored!! (3) They looked my breaks over and my brakes were so unsafe, and grounded to the metal!! As for parts they don t use basic parts, which cost a bit more, but I had piece of mind knowing this is the family vehicle, and worth keeping my family safe or not coming back in a few months for the same issue! Lastly, they looked over the vehicle top to bottom, and found politely let me know I was running my vehicle to the ground just by over looking or neglecting simple maintenance upkeep. They even offered to show me how I can do things on my own!! I got a fair rate their hourly labor is way below competition and mainstream auto service stores. I didn t feel any other way then comfortable, and trusted I recieved a great deal and even better service! I ve found my mechanic shop for my family s vehicles, and for all future recommendations and referrals!

I actually found J & S through a Facebook group for East Providence by East Providence. A question was asked, "who's a good mechanic that won't rip you off and does good brake work"? There were multiple responses recommending J & S. I recently had them perform my state inspection. Julio was prompt, efficient, and professional. I would recommend.

Recently my Jeep just stopped running. I tried to diagnose it myself for almost 5 weeks. Finally I gave in and called my mechanic Julio at J & S. We ll long story short he and his staff were able to diagnose, find, and fix the problem within 4 hours of me dropping it off. My Jeep is actually running better than it did before the problem occurred. Their pricing was highly competitive and their staff is the best around. I can now transport my family without having to worry about being stuck on the side of the road in the cold! I highly recommend J&S automotive for any and all of your maintenance and repair issues! Had a great experience here! Julio was able to diagnose the problem with my car and fix it very quick. His prices are very fair and the work is quality. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs car repairs or maintenance, very trustworthy guy. I called to have a water leak from my moon roof repaired. Julio returned ny call shortly after and asked me to bring my car in ASAP. His techs fixed the leak and Julio told me if I have any problems, I should bring it back. Quick and great service without an appointment. I wouldn't hesitate bringing my car for service again. I had a wonderful experience at J & S Concepts Auto Repair. Julio and his team took their time to discuss and investigate the issues my car was having in a patient, professional way. Julio was attentive to my concerns and made sure I understood the reasoning behind his repair suggestions before I gave him the go ahead. He gave me updates throughout the day on my car (with photos!) and got everything done in a timely manner. Overall, the prices and services were great! I will definitely come back for any of my future car troubles!

Julio and the rest of the staff at J&S are experts. The prices are fair and they only use quality parts. I needed my rear brakes done. I watched Julio hand sand the discs before putting on the rotors. That's kind of attention to detail you will get with J&S. 10/10, 5 Stars. After taking my car to multiple mechanics to try and figure out why my a/c system was not working properly in my car. I took my car to Julio at J&S Concepts and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the parts and had my car fixed the very next day. I can t thank Julio enough for the fair and honest work along with the exceptional customer service he provided from beginning to end which was all done at a fair & reasonable price.

My Rav4 started making some terrible grinding noises so I asked around for recs for a good mechanic. Numerous people mentioned Julio and J&S Concepts Auto Repair so I figured I'd give them a try. I am glad that I did! Julio took the time to explain to me what was wrong and even showed me the different parts that needed to be replaced. He worked on my car right away and was done in a timely manner, sending updates and pictures throughout. He didn't push any extra work on me and gave me all the options to make the decision that was best for me...all at fair prices. My car rides SO much better now! Julio went above and beyond. We came to him with a car having so many problems we couldn't keep track. Julio not only took care of the problems, but he worked tirelessly until our car was safely back on the road which required a lot of extra work outside of the garage. We will absolutely return to him with any future issues and will recommend him to everyone who needs their car serviced.

I drive an older car, it needed tons of work no other mechanics would even take the time to do the correct work. Julio serviced my car and now it feels/drives brand new. He explained and broke down everything to me honestly and the man at the front desk had my car started and ready to go when it was all set, I recommended for good service!

My car had a ton of problems to the point where some other mechanics were stumped on how to make it safe. Julio put hours of time and also love into fixing my vehicle. In this time period, the car we used while ours was in the shop stopped running and needed an immediate fix so my wife and I could still work. Came here cuz my headlights stopped working unexpectedly I called them and they confirmed they could take care of me right away everyone was nice and made sure they got me back in the road with headlights asap.

Just bought a truck and was making funny noises, asked around and Julio came highly recommended, and now I know why. Dropped off the truck and he went though it and called me with recommendations, was up front about cost and time frame, answered all my questions in terms I could understand, repaired the vehicle a day earlier than promised for less than estimated. Truly a honest mechanic (rare breed). Truck runs great and I can t recommend him enough.
