Went to go checkout an engine and they would refuse to sell it to make because I wanted to take a look at the engine and make sure it was a good engine. I would not recommend coming here to anybody.

Website says open til 5 p.m get there at 4:35 p.m. the place was closed down for the day. Ridiculous! Change the info on your site

I've bought a number of tires from Grady's they are always in like new condition at a great price they are very quick in calling back to highly recommend gradys also great customer service

I am a small car dealer and buy lots of used parts. I just bought a door for an 08 RAM. The consultant that i dealt with asked the right questions to make sure it was a fit. I sent my runner and the door was just as described and priced well. People complain that the staff aren't very friendly. Maybe they do not have bubbly personalities. Who cares. I just want the right part at the right price. . Great transaction. I will use them again and you should too.

Terrible place to do business with and horrible customer service, as a car dealer we understand having to stand behind our product and customer service, we bought a part and like many of the others that have left reviews it was no good even after being told it was tested and good. We called them and at first it was fine they agreed to take it back if we brought the part back so we sent a driver on a one hour drive to get there and once there the refused to take it back because he did not bring the original receipt although over the phone all the said was bring the part no problem. The purchase was made with credit card so it would have been very easy for them to verify or they could have told us to bring the receipt with us when we came but neither happened, the person on the phone was absolutely horrible to deal with. Junk yards have come a long way with reliability and service but not this one this place is trash avoid Bob at all costsEDIT: After leaving an honest review of our experience the guy calls my business just to tell me he went and left us a bad review as revenge it is like dealing with a child and all this could have been avoided by just doing honest business. What a a joke

Grady s sold me a bad engine and gave my mechanic a hard time by telling him that he probably didn t install it properly. I had to pay to get it put in, and taken back out of my car and then drive it back to him which is an hour away. When I brought it back he insisted that it was still good and said that he was going to put it back on the shelf. I inevitably paid a little more money but got a properly working engine that my mechanic installed just fine. They were very unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.

Awesome service. Everyone was so friendly. Bought tires from the guy across the street too. I highly recommend these guys. Very honest people, can't find people like them anymore.

Called about an AC compressor in the am. I was told they had the part and the price. I was given the address of the yard. I drove 26 miles to get to the yard. I was greeted at the counter by a surly rep. I told her I was looking for an AC compressor. She informed me that I needed to have a core or the item would not be sold. I told her I was not informed of this on the phone when I was asking abut the part. I did not have a core so guess what no sale. Great way to run business. Time and effort for nothing. Won't be going back or recommending this business to anybody I know.

I called for a door and asked if they had any rust free ford superduty door they said they had one I asked if they could go verify and they said there notes were very accurate it was guaranteed. I called the next day to ask if they were sure because I had a 2 hour ride to get there and they were still adamant that it was rust free they would not physically go look so I drove out there and it had rot on the bottom seam. They were not apologetic said I'll take $50 off. We negotiate a hundred off. We bought it because we were desperate and need the truck. Not very honest and lazy to varify, not satisfied with this business.

This place is the absolute worst! Paul and his wife do nothing but rob hard working people. Such a shame used to be such a great business until the daughter took over and let her husband make it go down hill. Bought an engine had a certified mechanic put it in. Of course Paul sold me a bad engine and when called to get my money back was told the mechanic must have put it in wrong. I've contacted the better business bureau. And I highly suggest everyone else who has had a problem with these crooks do the same. Let's get them shut down!!!

This was a perfect deal and price. No fee's and no hassle. Been a huge fan of Grady's when the 'ole' man had it in the 60's. The yard man was extremely pleasant and was very helpful. Thank you Grady'sMIKE the F-150 guy.

Will NEVER do business at Grady s again! The owner was very arrogant and rude the entire time. Never mind his awful body odor. I brought my wife with me and he was creepily watching her the whole time, very uncomfortable situation. Didn t even have the correct parts for my cumminGs. Will be avoiding this place like the plague.

such a horrible place to deal with!!!I bought a 1400$ engine from a guy named paul at Grady's auto partsduring the phase of installation, we noticed the engine is not turning over.The reason was internal failure most probably due to bent valvesCalled this place indicating the issue, sent the engine back for inspection, called me afterwards indicating few unreasonable causes of failure.He refused to give me a replacement enginei had a 90 day parts warranty on this enginei've been dealing with junk yards all over new england,never had such a bad experiencestay away from this place!!!They don't know how to run a business...

I really dont understand the negative reviews. I called on a monday to see if they still had a specif8ce car and they did. Asked if i could see the parts befor buying as they needed to be in better condition than what is on my car and they said sure. I drove 73 miles to get there as they were the only ones that had the doors i was looking for and they were in great condition and the price was definately less than anyone else around for the same parts. $150 each door with no dents and no rust compared to everyone else around that wanted $350 plus for doors that were rusted just as bad as the ones i am replacing.To the guy that says they never have the car he is looking for - this is a junk yard not a new parts store. They only have a limited number of cars and when a car has to many parts missing from it they scrap the rest of it. So NO they will NOT have one or more of every car manufactured.To those that say they "rip you off" go somewhere else and try to get "quality used parts". I would bet you have to pay a lot more. Oh go to a Nationwide Used Auto Parts place where the parts are 10 times more expensive and in most cases are more for used than brand new.I will definately do business here again.

I was looking for a door. I called around and located one at Grady's. I cant say enough good about my experience. They were GREAT. I drove from Cape Cod and would do it again. Thank You !!!!!!!!!!

Called in advance to confirm part availability and was told that its off on the shelf. When arrived had to wait for 30 minutes just to find out they don't have it. This is not my first bad experience with them either! Waist of time and never again!

Always a great experience at gradys when I first started this trade I was told by my father always go to gradys he will not sell you junk he stands by his products and paul has yet to disappoint me.

I m at Grady auto Parts. Right now I m finishing up it is a wonderful place to buy pots if service is great the people are great deal I ve been waiting a little longer than expected they bought me lunch they paid for it and the parts are great and I will frequent often

Called for a price on a manual trans. Was asking about shipping and told "we don't ship" and then hung up on. Horrible customer service. What if I could make arrangements to have someone pick it up for me. Guess they'll never know.

I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me give a "0". This place NEVER has any vehicle that I call on, and they are always rude when you call them. I am very surprised they are still open.
