Great store manager and customer service team. They were able to fix an issue with my membership in minutes that other stores couldn't be bothered. Always clean and well stocked with gas on site, this store is much preferred over other locations.

Adore most shopping options but today BJ'S reared it greedy head again. Have been body Body Armor drinks by the case for years and there was always an AMPLE supply of regular and "lyte" How the flyer sent out valid until 3/31 had a coupon for $4.00 off. When we got back to the drink corner not only was ALL the cases of Body Armor gone but there was Gatorade sitting in its place. After I approach a management person I was told 1. Coupon only good while supplies last. NOT what coupon says.2. Oh we expecting more on the 9th. Well who puts in items in a flier if they don't know if they will have (coupon baiting)3. NO rain checks allowed per coupon. No Apologies from management just snarky.So sad to see this type of customer service in a once great store

I always order what I need for pick up. They come to your vehicle and place your item nicely in. On time with a text when ready. For those busy families. Gas right there is available with a discount for those who are members. If you need air for your tire that is FREE as well.

It's about what you expect. 'Lives of quiet desperation' as the saying goes.BJ's is decent for paper goods, coffee, snacks, eggs, and gas. In season, some of their fruit is good too.Watch their prices and compare shop - they tend to go super high margin on occasional stuff like batteries, pet stuff, and non-grocery.

Fine for paper goods, non perishables, but horrible for meats and fish. I ve wasted too much time returning rancid food I properly stored and opened well before the best-by date. Also, look carefully at the best-by dates on the products here. They often will be very soon - much earlier than at a normal grocery store.Edited- moving up to 3 stars. I have mustered the courage to buy some more meet products (chicken breasts or thighs, lean ground beef in the black plastic tub) and so far, there hasn t been anything rancid. Continuing to stay away from the packaged salmon because Anthony s seafood is just down the street and 1000% better way to go. BUT continue to be on the lookout for Best Buy dates!!

This location is ALWAYS out of stuff. Ridiculous how often I have to travel 30 mins away to the Attleboro store. Not to mention, they close earlier than other stores. Not very customer service/convenient oriented for customers who work full-time. andNext year, I'm not going to bother renewing-- it's not worth the time and gas.

I usually shop at BJs store located in Seekonk, MA. I will give it only one star because on 9/12/23 I got a rotisserie chicken which was not fully cooked ..so to whom it may concern at Seekonk BJs store....Please make sure your chicken is fully cooked before packing it.

Bought rotisserie chicken from here and went home (25min away) cut into the chicken to feed my kids and it was still raw. It could have gotten us really sick

I've been noticing rotten meat and produce that is just disgusting and already starting to rot or is completely rotten at this location. I'm beginning to become afraid of buying perishable items from this store. I've had to throw out milk and lettuce that I bought there because it went bad after a couple of days of being in my fridge and I know it's not my fridge because it's the right temp

I just wanted to personally thank the Staff at BJs, specifically the pickup staff tonight who came 10 minutes after they were closed to give me my order, because I had mistakenly thought they were open till 9pm tonight (in fairness the app did not prevent me from checking in). The team member even apologized for me waiting so long, and I told them that it was my fault and didn't realize they were closed till after I noticed everything was shut down. They could've easily notified me that they could not get my order and I would have to come back and I would've not minded at all, but they went above and beyond. Thanks again!

I mostly only come here for the rotisserie chickens. Although they often sell out quickly, the pretty young lady runs the midshift is absolutely amazing. She is a reason I and many other members come there. There is always has a crowd.crowd waiting for her when she comes in for her shift. Thank you for your hard work

Great produce and variety of items. Come here almost every weekend to stock up on snacks and food for the house. Last time we were here though, a man grabbed two rotisserie chickens, opened one, took out a chicken leg and proceeded to eat it as he put the bag back. Disgusting, and just to think another unsuspecting person probably bought that, and got home to open a bag missing a leg off of a chicken that was touched by the dirty hands of another customer. I like this place though even after that incident, but that s just absurd. Free samples can be found around the store at multiple times of day too.

I di not e joy my experience because after I have purchased bananas and I found a condom stuck to it and this has happened before in the past an I am very disappointed in bjs I hope this does not happen to you and I hope this will never happen again

My friends and I went shopping here, and when we got to checkout we couldn't buy anything because there is not a SINGLE indication that you have to signup for their expensive membership card in order to be allowed to pay for anything they sell. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT shop at this location if you are interested in purchasing meat. This is my second experience shopping here and not being able to purchase a prime rib simply because I can not get it cut due to the butcher going home early. This location closes at 9pm during the week, and from what I was informed the first time, a butcher is supposed to be on site until 8pm. After my first experience of being turned away, I was told this issue would be addressed as the butcher went home prior to 8pm. However, this is my second time attempting to purchase a $100+ slab and was told at 7:36 by the associate behind the counter that the butcher went home "10 minutes ago". After requesting to speak to the store manager, Cindy informed me the Butcher left yesterday at 7pm, which in her opinion is "not way before close". As a BJ's member I should be able to purchase items convenient for me if I am shopping during promised hours.

Membership for rhe plus is $110 but get up to %2 back purchases. So can pay for the membership itself and more. Rewards do not expire. And can save up to $500. Pretty neat.

If you are looking for a place with rude employees and rude managers then you should shop here. Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by a few managers and even coworkers. Names are Jen, Cindy, Karen, Tim, Kyoko, and Nick, all people that had nothing better to do than to just be rude and disrespectful to me. They favorite certain people and treat others bad that are not close with or related. They have also said very rude words to me several times and I do not recommend shopping here or for that matter, working here. This company does not deserve any workers that work hard just to be treated bad in the end. The manager Jen acts cocky and acts like she knows everything and smirks when she gets her way. Cindy is a very rude older person that screams in peoples faces and is rude to people over the radio. Karen is a very useless manager and does not actively help people when they need help, she even will just ignore you cause she's that rude of a person. Tim, the GM, was very useless. He never helps out when a member needs help or when a worker needs him. He does not do a thing and he is lazy, I have heard several complaints about him not being a good GM. Kyoko is very rude to members as well as employees. She slams bins around and is very nasty on the radio to people. She also makes up lies and gets people in trouble. Nick is very very rude to people as well and yells in peoples faces. He acts like he knows it all just because he is in the military. Everyone that had power, just used that power way too much and made working there enjoyable. Other than that, it is not recommended anyone works here or shops here cause they also overcharge on products that should not be expensive.

The store it self is great. The deli is where I have the issue. There is mostly an issue with one employee, the woman with dark short hair and glasses. She is rude, slow, and lazy. I consistently do mobile orders and they are never ready when I get to the store (20-30 minutes.) I am always there about 8:30am, when they open at 8am. I thought the point of mobile orders was to skip the line, for months now I am waiting for them to do the order, more than half the time they haven't even started the order.

Goodies Galore! I enjoy shopping here they have everything most people use daily and is especially good for those looking for bulk items. Also have a great meat department, deli, bakery and produce section( their produce is always excellent) compared to most supermarkets. A lot of specialty cheeses and breads, snacks, appetizers and a very helpful, friendly staff. All kinds of household cleaning goods, paper towels, toilet paper, and too many other things to mention here. Also TV's, Computers, and many electronics. My brother just retired from here and said he was always treated well and with respect by management.

my friend just quit her job there because she was working 37-38 hours a week, but they were shorting her paychecks down to 30 hours. When she asked the management about it, they told her that she has no right to be accusing them of something like that and that if the stubs say 30 hours its 30 hours! Very unfair job and the other workers always show up late!

This BJ's will not honor its posted electronics return policy. They were rude and ad additional requirements to the return policy that are not listed on their official return policy.One of the two laptops they sold me was defective, but I recycled the boxes before the defect became apparent.Buyer be ware!! Although they do not say boxes are required for their returns on signage in the store or online they require the original box for any electronics refunds.Don't throw out your electronics boxes!!! (or be green and recycle them)

I was there this evening after work, very disappointed no rotisserie chicken, not even any cooking or anyone around !! Deli scales were dirty and only one worker who was very slow !! They never have any chickens!! One of the reasons I shop there... time to look for a new store !!!

Great prices, parking is OK, glad they added more distinct order pickup spots. Gas station can get a bit backed up, and sometimes pumps slow. Friendly staff. My only complaint with BJ's is the app leaves alot to be desired.

I love BJ's for many things, but I purchased a personalized baby shower cake this past Saturday and I was very disappointed.....I asked for beautiful thick scalloped edges and got very thin cheep looking edges, the picture on it was too small for the large cake it was on !!! looked very generic with no creativity.....then i get the cake to the baby shower In an air conditioned van, and it developed a huge bubble under the picture!!!! I was so upset thank goodness I had ribbons and flowers to cover the mess underneath....I won't be buying any special cakes from them again.

Its our best go to store for a lot of our daily need items. Its clean, well organized and friendly service. There is always someone who will know us and greet us. They are oh so friendly and almost all the people work at this location are so helpful. We love BJ s

The employee at member services are rude af. They steal money from your card and then act like they don t wanna help you with simple things . If you re gonna have an attitude then don t work there . I didn t tell you to apply .

I just left the deli line. I just can't stand there like a jackass while one deli clerk slices salami in slomo and the other meticulously wipes down each and every other slicing machine while 6 patrons also stand and wait. I don't have what it takes to stand there and do that. I try, but I just can't do. My wife says, "oh, come on now, you know they have a hard job to do.". Maybe, but I just can't. I never did get my order. I crumpled up my ticket. The rest of the store is okay.
