So. In the past my experiences were ok. However, today i brought in a 9 month old battery, fully charged, with a typical bad cell..to detirmine if the battery is performing, all one would need to do, would be a load test. On the spot..no other test that i know of..Instead, they insist tha I do another 1 hr. Drive, come back nexet week ,because of " policy " if the battery was not charged. I could understand..not the case though..Ive ben purchasing batteries from this outfit for years. Never had an issue..incedentley it took a long time to locate my file even though i have been there countless times in the last 20 years..Totally disappointed with the lack of understansing i received except the lady who called her manager, who said to her, "follow our policy " but the battery is fully charged? Follow procedure...ok so i need to drive back from the cape area nexet week..Rediculous management! The only reason i rated a 2 star is because the lady tried , by calling the manager...My nexet battery will be from Interstate Batteries in North Dartmouth..They showld pay for my fuel for the second drive to Taunton Ma. Most sincere M.C.G.

Staff is so knowledgable and helpful! Andrew was attentive as soon as I walked in the store, a few minutes later when another customer walked in the other store associate was also immediately attentive to that person. I was impressed by the customer service but also thankful what I needed was in stock.Andrew looked up the model of my scooter just to be sure the battery he had in stock was compatible.Great job BP+ staff!

I was so pleased to find a local professional to fix an issue with my phone instead of sending it out to some random person not knowing what they would do to it. Josh and his staff are very professional and I am glad to have them as a resource in the future.

I am writing a review because I am stunned at the honesty this business practices. I went twice thinking I needed to get battery for fob. They checked and told me battery was fine. Also my trunk would not open and instead of once again I thought was fob they went out to car and found it was just stuck. There should be more businesses like this. Not just on making the $ but honestly helping customers

Bought 2 batteries that were supposedly charged and ready to use neither had enough power to start either motorcycle. 1 battery must have been a customer return. The hardware supplied was loose in the box and didn't even work with the battery.

They have some amazing people working here. Came in for a battery for my watch and the lady said no problem, that'll be $13. And before I knew it, I had a new battery in my watch! During the time that it took to install my new battery, I got to browse around and see all the cool stuff they offer. Well worth going to! Great place!

Seekonk MA store. I normally purchase all my batteries from your brand. This was absolutely the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Purchased a $200 motorcycle battery and yes I acknowledge I arrived a few minutes before closing (I thought I read they closed at 8 pm but closing was at 7 pm) the doors were locked. The guy sitting at the counter was saying they were closed and spent the next several minutes at the door pointing to his watch and to the 7 pm sign on the door (his watch is off from EST). The battery was paid for (Purchased online), the amount of time spent he at the door telling me they were closed he could of easily passed me the battery and I'd be on my way. I asked if there was a manager in the building, he stated he was the manager. I returned to my vehicle and proceeded to look up a customer service number and called at 7:03. Bottom line he closed early. There are many buying options out there now of days. I canceled my order and purchased elsewhere. I personally will not purchase from this franchise and most likely your brand again. This is such ashame

My daughter came downstairs in a panic that her phone didn t charge overnight and it shut off due to a dead battery. I made an appointment for that morning at the genius bar at the local fruit store and they diagnosed a bad logic board. They told me the phone was dead and because it was old, it was time to replace it - absolutely nothing they could do for me. Meanwhile, the symbol keeps showing the screen that the battery was dead how can that be a bad logic board?? They refused to at least try to replace the battery so that I could get the latest backup. I left there completely disgusted and went straight to Batteries Plus in Seekonk. Within 5 minutes, they diagnosed a charge port issue, replaced it and the phone booted back up after a few minutes of charging. Nothing was lost, my daughter was ecstatic and now the phone does nightly backups to the cloud. Thank you!!!Updates....I continue to be impressed by Batteries Plus! Diagnostics, Screen replacements, Batteries, Repairs, etc... Always great service, knowledgeable people, courteous, professional and friendly. A continued Thank You!!!

Exactly like the reviews said, these folks are the kindest and most accommodating customer service that interacted with in 30 years, Josh was beyond incredible on the phone and then he even waited as I called 65 times before finally arriving after they close but who is there waiting for me with the battery? Josh the man! Sitting in the parking lot before it leaving to write the review because otherwise, I will forget but I never will I forget how much of the man Josh was!

Great experience. Needed a new car battery. Checked site online, which quickly and easily showed availability of correct battery for my car in store nearest me. Bought it online for delivery in store and got 10% reduction, which brought the installed price lower than most competitors. Store staffer installed it right in front lot and did a fine job on a battery a bit harder to install than expected on a cold day. Very pleased.

Thanks to Justin Torres, a great sales associate/Head Device Repair Tech who helped me with my favorite watch. He was exceptionally patient, professional and direct...took care of the issue and was careful with my watch. Ordered online, pickup in store...easy, quick and great service. I need a replacement charger for my grandson fisher price quad, thought I was going to have to wait for delivery, but literally took 10 minutes. I will recommend to family and friends.

Anything beats having to deal with the Genius Bar at Apple/Providence Place Mall. Personnel were all polite and knowledgeable, service was quick and complete. Online appointments are genius! Pricing was competitive. So far I am a happy camper and will be back.

I purchased 2 batteries for my watches.As of late I have purchased 3 new watches. Starting with 1st bad choice the saleswoman told it was the last one in-store. It hasn't kept correct time since I purchased it. Plan to return it today. Second watch too big for my wrist that one. I returned . Now the most recent runs . But , I have see a jeweler. Too big for my wrist. Such.

I needed replacement batteries for my Geek Squad UPS so naturally being a member of Geek Squad, I called them. Three hours later and after being tossed amongst seven agents...the final agent recommended I call Batteries Plus. I figured, what the heck, I've already tried everything else.Josh, at the Seekonk store took my call and told me to bring in my UPS and he'd replace the batteries right on the spot. And I did. And he did. Wow! Such a smart guy, knew exactly what to do and did it with courtesy and kindness...and gave me a discount, too.I was amazed to have my UPS fixed, right on the spot, after a horrendous ordeal with Best Buy. Thank you, Josh!

Great experience! After getting the run-around from a big name shop, I called these guys for a battery replacement for my iPhone. I was nervous about getting it serviced outside the official Apple store, but the tech I spoke with on the phone was confident and extremely familiar with the process, even quoting the price off the top of his head. I walked in, was greeted by a professional tech, handed over my phone, and watched as he did a full battery change and cleaning right in front of me.I wish I d known how easy this was going to be. I would have done it months earlier.

Justin was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. I thought I had to get a new phone when my screen broke he fixes that with no problem. I was on the verge of throwing out my laptop and I explained to Justin what happened to it. I brought the laptop in and Justin fixed it without any problems. I havent used this laptop in 2 years and now i can use it again. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here and get their gadgets fixes. Awesome. job.

5/5 stars for lying. 0/5 stars for customer serviceDecember 2017: I brought my beats solo headphones to Batteries + Bulbs to get the broken headband fixed. I was told that they could be fixed and would be done within the following week.2 weeks later: Josh, the store manager, called and told me that the headphones had been irreparably broken while being fixed by an employee. Not great news since I had a 6 hr flight in 3 days and would need them on the flight. He immediately offered to issue a gift card for the value of the broken beats. Awesome! I replaced them myself in expectation of this gift card.In hindsight Josh had no intention of actually issuing this gift card. Since he made the offer, I have made countless phone calls, visited the store, and supplied my mailing address all for this elusive gift card. Most recently he promised to send the card a month ago when I resorted to emailing corporate. I was told he would call when the gift card was mailed and asked to check in when received. Yet on the 1 year anniversary of my unwanted relationship with Batteries + Bulbs I have no gift card and no call from Josh.I can tolerate broken headphones and the cost to replace them. The lies, inconveniences, and wasted time though? Nope
