Kelly and the team at O Brien s are fantastic to work with. We only recently moved to Scituate and in the short time they ve been extremely accommodating and thorough! My family has been going to O'Brien's for the past 25 years for a reason. They are simply the nicest, most honest people, and they do a spectacular job at fair prices. While I want to keep them a secret (they are super busy for a reason) I owe it to them to say just how wonderful they are.

As I was frantically searching for places to get inspection and getting no one readily available, I talked to the owner here who was kind and understanding and helped me get in that day withing 30 minutes and out just as fast. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean shop. Would recommend 100%.

Mr. O'Brien and his adorable grandson came to my rescue...out shined my AAA service call. After 2.5 hr wait AAA left me stranded. I was stuck in sand on a right of way...Obrien showed up in 15 minutes without hesitation..confidently and professionally towed me out to the main road for less than half $ I was quoted by 2 other towing companies. Thank you

Talk about incompetence, I had a fuel pump installed three times before they got it right. The time and aggravation it cost me we re not worth it. Steve is a liar so be careful. Luckily, Chuck at the Gulf gas station is incredible. Honest, upfront and no overpricing.

I came into O Brien to see if they could help me in a fire situation because my brakes are going on my car and I want to make it home safe, so I wanted them to check my car to see if it was safe to drive and the girl at the front desk told me they were booked up until next Wednesday. I don t appreciate the fact that no one would even look at my car and tell me what was wrong.

I would never go there again. They kept my car for 2 days. No explanation on why. The woman that answers the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to.I will tell family and friends not to go there.
