I brought my vehicle to the shop in Everett a 2014 dodge hemi charger. 1st accident and claim was for the 2 passenger side doors I was parked and the person beside me drove over my doors while backing her jeep out of her parking space. I used the womans insurance Progressive for the door they replaced the back passengers door and blended the whole passengers side of the car that came out great like a brand new paint job. The 2nd claim was through my Geico Insurance and the girl in the office dealt with both insurances and had a rental car ready at the body shop for me to pick up and when my car was ready I just dropped the rental at the bodyshop. Only thing that happened with the 2nd claim accident was the foglight side piece was never replaced and the front bumper had a a whole because they said they were sent the wrong year. So they had me go to the Saugus office Nikole because I live in Saugus not Everett. They got me the correct bumper and painted it and painted the hood. They also ordered the part that holds the fog light in. Edde said when I called to bring the car right in ASAP so they could fix what was wrong. I would definately suggest this bodyshop to anyone I know because when they painted it it looked like it was brand new I give 4 stars just because I had to bring it back because they sent them the wrong year bumper or I would have given them 5 stars. Thank you very much for the great job with my vehicle the 2nd time around. The pictures below show the oval circle missing out of the bumper and they ordered the foglight piece that goes around the foglight. I give them 4 of 5 stars. They deserve more then 5 stars. am new to the area. I found this body shop using google search and they had great reviews I was a little nervous at first. But I had a great experience from start to finish. My car had been involved n auto accident and needed to be repaired. Nickole auto body arranged the rental for me when I dropped my vehicle off. I have never experienced such a smooth process. The work they did on my car is top notch! I would highly recommend this body shop.

The service received by this Auto Body shop was exceptional. They guided me through the process of fixing my vehicle after an accident in a very smooth way; which meant zero stress for me. For this and their great service, I will always be thankful.

The best word to define Nickole Auto Body is excellence. They took care of EVERYTHING for me. They dealt with the insurance, the rental company and got my car ready extremely fast! On top of that they were nice and caring every time I called to get a status. I will definitely recommend them 100% to everyone I know.

I have a hard time trusting auto body shops but they made me feel very comfortable and i knew i was in good hands. i m not worried about my car getting worse or them scamming me. definitely recommend getting your car fixed here!

First time in 52 years I'm not repairing my own vehicle .Last September I sold my business to Eddie and was definitely the best choice I could of made.He has the same passion as I did and doing a great job is all that counts. I would loose money before let a customer car out the door anything less than perfect.This is Eddie's philosophy also.Interviewed over 35 shop owners when selling my business and I made the right choice.Great feeling knowing the Nickole name is being held to high expectations.

My son's KIA was broken into on Christmas Eve of 2023 due to the TikTok video claiming you could hotwire it etc. The jerk who broke into my son's car not only smashed out the back window but couldn't even get it started. In the process, they jacked up the steering column as well making the vehicle undriveable. I called Nickole Auto Body and explained the situation and had the car towed there. They were super responsive and helped us get the vehicle back together. The car needed additional work and they subbed that out. Overall, if you need your car put back together, call Nickole!

I am customer at Nickole for a while now. This is the third time I bring my car to get fixed with them and they never disappoint! The staff and service is nothing less then excellent. I recommend them to anyone that needs any auto work done.

This place is amazing!Everyone that works here is so friendly!!! They not only had my car fixed within a week but they also have car rentals on their property as well which made everything so easy. I highly recommend this place if you have an accident or just need your car fixed. You won't be disappointed!

Ive been a customer for over 30 years. Never a bad experience. The new owner is running it the way ernie would want it run. Just got my car back and its perfect.Not all shops are the same, choose wisely.This is a 5 star shop.

I had work done at Nichole recently. The vehicle had undercarriage damage. I explained what the damage was and received an estimate for the work, which was a very reasonable quote. When I picked up my car, since the work that was done was not visible from standing beside the car, Eddie not only explained to me what was done but had taken pictures and video of the job before, during, and after the repair, highlighting the workmanship that they provided. I was extremely pleased with the result, it was flawless and looked like it had just come out of the factory. I would highly recommend their work to any car enthusiasts, definitely a 5 star experience.

I was involved in an accident with my 2023 Toyota Tacoma and some friends recommended me to come to Nickole Auto Body. I have to say that I m impressed with how smooth and fast the whole process was. They maintained me informed of the repair status as well as provided excellent customer service. My car looks brand new. I recommend them 100%

Unfortunately I had a car accident on 11/30/23 and my car had some damage. I was blessed to find Nickole Auto Body in Saugus to fix my car. The minute Juan answered the phone I knew that my car was going to be in great hands. He assured me that they would do a great job and not to worry. Originally Juan said it would take 3 weeks to fix but because of him my car was ready in 2 weeks. I picked up my car today 12/15/23 andit looks like it was never in an accident. I called Juan numerous times in the 2 weeks it was there, and he always took my call and was very courteous and professional. Hopefully you never get into an accident but if you need body work on your car you would be a fool not to take your car here to be fixed. The work they do is top notch.

Professional and patient service. Our car was hit by a dumpster, which was very troublesome. They not only helped us repair the car, but also helped us contact the insurance company and so on. This is very helpful for non-native speakers like us.

Highly recommend this place!! This is the second time this wonderful team takes care of my car. I crashed my car accidentally in a pole and had to pay out of pocket, Eddy gave me the best price possible assuring my car would be returned in its best quality and condition!! They also helped with with a rental car, process was fast and smooth, and more amazingly my car was only done in 2 days!! I brought in my 2022 GLS into Nickole, They were fast to assist me and kept me updated on the whole process. They provided all the help that I needed- this went from filing a claim with the insurance to having a rental vehicle while my car was being worked on. Eddie, the owner, was on the ball with making sure I got my vehicle back fast, along with the staff who were very friendly. Perfection!!!!From start to finish . Is the best way to describe my experience with Eddie at Nickole Auto Body. His knowledge of the industry is second to none. His shop staff is well trained, knowledgeable and experienced. The shop is clean, organized and runs smoothly. The office staff is friendly, helpful and they make you feel comfortable about leaving your vehicle in their hands all while taking the lead gathering all of the claim information from the insurance company.My Infiniti was returned exactly when promised and back to better than pre-accident condition. My entire trunk, bumper and rear qtr s needed to be replaced/repaired after an accident. The tri-stage white paint matches perfectly and looks absolutely beautiful. The parts were ordered direct from the Infiniti dealership as well. My car was cleaned and detailed and shined like a diamond at pick up.I give Nickole Auto Body 5+ stars and would HIGHLY recommend Eddie and his staff for any and all or your vehicle auto body repair needs.This shop is the best of the BEST!!!You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There s no words to describe how amazing this place is, not to mention the extraordinary customer service they provide. the owner is amazing, very friendly he make sure your car get fix in a short time of period, He has a awesome team always ready to answer any questions, and willing to help you with anything. this place is not about money but absolutely about knowing and understanding the needs of all customers. Not to mention that after they fix your car they will clean inside out for you.
