Someone recommended Ken's to me 4 years ago. This is the only place I trust. You will have everything thoroughly explained to you. Ken wants you to understand what is wrong and what are paying for. Also, he won't try to talk you into anything. He will tell you if you have time for the repair, or if it is something that needs to be fixed for safety right away. You won't get any unpleasant surprises with your bill. I just had a repair yesterday and feel like I drove away with a new car. Ken and staff are always great to deal with.

Ken has taken care of my vehicles ever since I moved to Saugus. I told him I wanted to do some work myself and he was honest with me and explained what would be worth it for me to do and what would require special tools etc, even though he got less money by me doing it myself. I took my girlfriend's car to the stealership and they quoted me $2000, wanted to replace everything. Took it to Kens and was out of there for $600 and the car sounds great now.

Ken Jr is very professional and always willing to help a customer out. The employees working for Ken's always take great care of my vehicle and treat it like it was there own. Big or small work they will always treat you as important. Highly recommend their work!

Ken's care care is an auto repair shop, that takes on all reparable conditions of your auto with success. Where other places put band-aid on your vehical, they work very hard to fix it like it was brand new. I trust them and wouldn't go back to other places I had gone to prior, five stars SR, JR Ken's Care care and to your team, Danny, Bob. Thank you.

Had an anti freeze leak in my 04 Grand Marquis, Ken diagnosed, gave me a solid estimate, then delivered right on time. He showed me the old part (intake manifold) explained it was a common problem with my model car. Everyone I dealt with there were great.

I will never recommend this mechanic to anyone!!!! My vehicle took an obscene amount of time to finish, no phone call or communication to let me know what the status was considering they had it for 10 weeks. Car returned with cigar smell, broken personal items in the bed of the truck, and the cover was put on backwards. Absolutely horrible!!

Took my car in for repairs Ken JR charge me for work he didn t do.my breaks were worked on in July and in November they went out I took my car to another repair Shop and was told that the break parts were old not new like I paid for at Kens .He lied and took me for over 1300$ for work he didn t even Do! Don t do business with this company they rip people off.
