These guys are amazing!Working with a guy with not so great credit they gave me a low down payment and interest rate. I ve been looking for this particular car for a while, so glad I made the stop at Auto House. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I usually hate going to car dealerships but this was a no pressure sales experience. I originally went looking at a 2015 Audi and asked about a Silver Audi and they had a 2016 right in my price range. The car is in beautiful shape and runs perfectly. They took care of dealing with the RMV and inspection sticker. The car was cleaned and looked brand new. Very smooth transaction and highly recommended.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Auto House USA. As you can see I gave it a 5 stars and would have given more if there were to give. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my Salesman, Ali, very helpful, friendly, professional and extremely generous with his time. Couldn t be happier with my purchase. I had a great experience at Auto House. I was dealt with fairly and felt incredibly supported in the buying process. I m so happy with the car that I bought. Oh man what can I say about Ali and his team! They treat you truly like a family member over there. My husband and I spent MONTHS working with Ali to find the best car for our growing family and with no hesitation Ali always made time for us. He suggested cars let us test drive and ran numbers for us every time. We are so happy with our new suv and deeply appreciate all the help Ali and his team offered us! Went to look at a car and it didn't have the options that there website listed.after negotiations cam up with a Fair price. After buying it I went to get a state inspection and it Failed.call the dealer and was told that I got a good deal and I could fix it myself or bring it back for a refund. And was told that someone would buy it and be happy. Buyers Beware thay don't do anything besides wash there vehicles before selling them!Singed .Pissed Off

Just bought a beautiful x5 from Auto House USA. Process was smooth and fast! Very pleasant and easy. No problems or surprises. Car was well Cleaned and in great shape when I picked it up. I highly recommend.

The owner and his son are extremely helpful and honest people. They run an amazing business and really care for the well being of their customers as I was a first time buyer at a dealership and they guided me and helped me through the whole process without any gimmicks. I have had my car for months and it has been running perfectly, they are extremely friendly, patient and kind. 10/10 experience!!

I was a little leery of buying a car this nice from over 1,000 miles away, even though I have done it before.However, Ali answered all my questions and took extra pictures and video and everything so I could see it really was as described. He really bent over backwards to satisfy my very high standards. He has been extremely helpful before, during and even after the sale!Auto House USA has a big selection of nicer upscale vehicles, and I chose a Cadillac CTS Coupe Performance Edition. This thing only had 38,000 miles on it and looked near showroom quality in all the pictures so I pulled the trigger.Ali arranged transport for me and had the car in my driveway in about a week. Let me tell you, this car looks every bit as good as the pictures showed and has obviously been well taken care of.I would not hesitate to deal with Ali again and would buy from Auto House USA in a heartbeat. Can't recommend them enough!

Great place to buy from and great people that work there. Everything went very smoothly with the G37x Coupe I bought there and Ali was straight up about everything and laid out the guidelines of what each step is going to entail. There was no suspicion through the whole process and everything worked out perfectly! Absolutely love the car I got from here and would definitely consider this place when looking for more if I want to!! They also did work to my car with the body and replaced parts that were beat or rusted. Great spot to go!

I came down from Maine to purchase my 2011 Infiniti FX35.They were very professional and helped me step by step to getting my vehicle. Upon arrival we briefly did the paperwork that was all set and I drove a very clean and very dependable vehicle home. Very professional and would recommend doing business with Ali and Auto House

Lack of Customer Service broke the sale!!! My Family came here because they had the models we were looking for Infiniti Q50 and M37x, when we went inside the office there were 3 sales people 2 looked up,1 didn't even care that we came in, the last sales person greeted us and asked what we were looking for. My husband told him what we were looking for, he handed my husband the keys to the two cars. Luckily for us my husband is a mechanic we were out at the lot for at least 5-10 minutes with NONE of the salespeople even bothering to come out to check up on us. 2015 Infiniti Q50 has an oil leak so please don't buy unless that issue is fixed the M37 is in good condition for what it is. My Husband was too turned off by the lack of service to check under the hood but is overpriced ... just an FYI treat EVERY customer like a sale if we had good interaction and service this would have easily been a CASH sale.

After searching for close to two months, I found a car at a place I drove by a thousand times. Auto House USA is a dealership that I think is overlooked. Anyway, I stopped and immediately saw the car that was on Carfax, I went in the office and immediately called me by name. Mike and Aly gave me the info I asked and then gave me the keys and said, have a look see. It was clean and in excellent condition. After about 30 minutes, Mike came out with dealer plates and said take it for a ride. I did without him. Cut to the chase, right from the get go this experience was a pleasure, they were easy going and at no time did I feel under pressure, the paperwork and documentation went smoothly. I picked up the car in a few days. After the cleaning and detailing (excellent), the car looked like New! Very happy, I highly recommend Auto House USA, and encourage you to go see Mike and Aly. Need a pre-owned car? Check here with Ali first! Auto House has a great selection of beautiful vehicles at great prices! There is no pressure and you'll get a great deal with none of that annoying haggling! I'm an older widow who frequently experiences sales/service folks attempting to taking advantage of my situation and overcharge or be deceptive. This DID NOT happen here!!! I am very grateful! Thanks again Ali!!!

Don t be discourage by the size and location of this dealership. They have great variety of vehicle selections and it s all priced fairly close and/or even below market price. I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Impreza and the salesperson Ali was super helpful and professional throughout the whole purchasing process. They were always responsive when I called in and was able to answer all my questions adequately. I was impressed on delivery day that they fully detailed the car along with taking car of minor maintenance it would have required! If you are in the market for a used great condition vehicle, come give them a try!

Found Auto House USA online and in turn Found Ali,Mike and Uncle Ali also. They made my buying of an Armada a worry free and enjoyable process. There is no high pressure sales and everyone is willing to help and answer questions.Should I need another vehicle I would seek them out again. I recommend this dealership to anybody.

These guys made it happen! From patiently waiting on me to be available to take the car off the lot, to handling business with city hall for registration. I felt like I was family and they helped me out in every way, making the buying process so manageable. Even filled up my tank and threw on new tires 10/10 would recommend.

Saw the car my husband and I have wanted for a long time at Auto House and Ali made the (usually miserable) experience of buying a car - actually great. Ali and Team went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly and we were impressed with their high standards, excellent communication and organization to help navigate through the process. All of our questions were answered, details handled and we are thrilled with the outcome.

From start to end top notch serviceAlso the fact I got a $55k audi with 75k miles, its just broken in, and performes as such....for $15k!!! The motor bay looks brand new, literallyGot a unbelievable deal on a 2010 audi a6.Most others at the same price point had 120k or more miles.My credit was less the optimal, and they put together a decent finance deal.It was a question of weather I could actually get approved, and they worked to get me accepted.Car was immaculate when picked upWhere not pushy in any way, which is a big plusthey never even went out to the lot, ever always in the office, but always there for any questions.The car was inspected and ready to go when I picked it up, my girlfriend bought a brand new crosstrek, and didn't get that.I highly highly recommend autohouse USA !!!Thanks agian guys 6+STARS!!!
