I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the work and customer service at Amicone! My car was side swiped by an Uber driver. I took it to Amicone on a recommendation. Their professionalism and attention to detail was very refreshing. The car came back to me in gorgeous shape and looked brand new. I hope I don't need another body shop experience in the future, but if I do, Amicone is the only place I'll use.

Pete is the best. We have had to use him a couple times this year as people have hit our vehicle in 2 different instances. Pete and his team get things done quick and with great detail to there work. I would highly recommend going here.

Amicone auto body is very reliable. i ve used them twice and I m very happy with their service. Both times were because of small amount of body damage to my SUV. Short turn around time which is very convenient.

I've been bringing my cars to Amicone for several years and Pete's work is great. He has always done a great job not only with autobody work, but with all the extras that also need to be done so your car is returned to you in perfectly completed condition. Amicone went above and beyond! After the nuisance of getting hit by an at-fault driver, Amicone made the repair process actually pleasant. My car was returned quickly and repairs were impeccable. Friendly and professional; all the things you want as a customer! My car was returned in pristine condition, looking and smelling so nice! Amicone autobody was great. Pete was very good guy very helpful. Explained all the ins and outs of insurance procedure Work done was excellent done in a timely manner. They took care of the paperwork and even gave my car back that was dirty all detailed and very clean. I would recommend Amicone to anyone.

My fiat was in an accident. Peter took care of all the insurance stuff, kept me in the know on what was going on with my car. There was a lot of damage and now my fiat looks like it was never hit. The service was 5 star. Got my car back quick, even with parts on backorder. They really did a great job! Cant thank you enough for all your help Peter!

Amicone Autobody did an amazing job fixing my mother's car. Her door got banged up pretty bad and he did an awesome job fixing the door and mirror he also clean the whole inside of the car It all looks brand new again.I would highly recommend Pete he is a very honest and friendly guy. I promise he won't disappoint you and doesn't take a long time to get u an appointment and gets the work done pretty quick And charges a decent price not to expensive and is a very nice guy he does amazing work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amicone Autobody is amazing. Peter not only charged me less than his original estimate which in itself was the lowest estimate that I had received, but finished the work in record time. I highly recommend this place because in addition to outstanding customer service and having my car finished in record time (two days), the place left the inside cleaner than it was before. Extremely fast service, professional, and great quality of work. My SUV got dent and scratched up in a Boston Parking Garage; several other autobody shops quoted me insane prices to fix (some even saying the whole door just need to be replaced). Pete gave me sound advice, a fair price, and an excellent repair. The car looks brand new. I am SO impressed with Amicone auto body. They had it done so quick, they did a really nice cleaning of the car and replaced a part that had previously fallen off. The owner is a great guy and so easy to work with. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I always come to Amicone to get any work I need done on my car. The owner always stands by his work and if I ever have any questions or concerns, he is helpful and makes sure I am fully satisfied with the work. He gets the work done when he says he will, and it always looks great! He and all of the employees there are always friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Amicone!!!

Came in to get an estimate for my bumper and a time frame. Pete was awesome and fit me in within a week and it didn't break the bank like i thought it might. He had my car ready for me within a few hours. My car looks brand new again! He is amazing and i will not recommend anyplace but here for your car work.

The crew at Amicone did an amazing job fixing my truck and the customer service was top notch! Somebody hit my parked truck and Pete took care of dealing with the insurance company and getting everything handled on the paperwork side of things. I did not have to deal with anybody other than Pete when he told me to come pick up the vehicle. The truck looks fantastic and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to have work done on my cars.

Great work just can t say enough good things about them. They fixed all the rust/Rot on my 02 F350 and made it look brand new again. Will Continue to bring my vehicles to Amicone auto body for all future repairs.

Found this place online with great reviews so I went there to get repairs and they did a wonderful job in a reasonable amount of time the owner and staff were all friendly and courteous would definitely recommend them

My neighbor referred me to Amicone and Pete and from our first conversation I had already decided this was who was going to fix my car. Someone had hit my passenger front door and the bottom of door was dented and scraped and I couldn t use back passenger door now because of that dent. I took it down and Pete looked at it and sent me an estimate in which I was very happy with price and I dropped off this past Monday morning and got it back yesterday early afternoon. He had asked me if I was ok with a used door and let me tell you that you can t even tell that this is a used door because it looks spectacular! Not only does the car look brand new but then i get into my car and the whole inside had been cleaned and vacuumed and I saw someone left me a business card for AshestoRoses in my console and they are another local business in Saugus and I will definitely be going to see her again and again to have my car cleaned! Thank you Pete! I will definitely use you if I ever need work again!

Car accidents are incredibly frustrating. But the staff at Amicone auto body streamlined the process so professionally and with such great service. I didnt have to deal with the headaches of getting aRent a car or dealing with the insurance company. Not to mention when I picked up my car it glistened the way it did the day I bought itI highly recommend Amicone Auto Body!!!
