I noticed my wife s car was pulling to the left so I brought it into Sullivan tire for an alignment. I did not have an appointment, but they said they would do their best to squeeze me in. I only live 10 minutes up the road so I had my wife come pick me up.45 minutes later, I got a call from Sullivan tire and they informed me that they don t have any good news. They informed me that the back suspension was so rotted. It was about to detach from the subframe in the vehicle truly was not safe to drive. This is quite a surprise to me, since the vehicle had been in two shops over the span of the last month. No one brought this to our attention but they were more than happy to take our money and send us on our way. This is a vehicle my wife and son traveling on a regular basis, and I was mortified to figure out that an issue had gotten to this point. Sullivan tire also documented the damage by taking pictures for me and having it printed out on the sheet by the time I got back to the facility. They did not charge me for any sort of diagnostic fee. They just informed me that it s something I should not have my family be driving in. My family safety is my top priority, and I would ve gladly traded in the vehicle sooner if I knew the vehicle was this unsafe.Thank you to the employees at Sullivan tire for keeping a watchful eye out for my family safety and informing me of the potential looming disaster I had on my hands. My wife and I just bought a new vehicle, And we will absolutely be going to Sullivan tire in Sandwich for all of our tire and wheel needs in the future.Thank you for what you do!

Sullivan Tire helped me out of a huge bind when my tire sprung a leak on Route 6 on my way from Chatham back home to Boston. I carefully made my way to Sullivan Tire in hopes they could plug the hole. They informed me my tire was shredding so they couldn't fix it, but offered to put my spare on. This was at the end of the day for them and they were clearly very busy. Not only did they put my tire on, but when I went to pay, they didn't charge me, noting I had already run into some bad luck that day. What an amazing gesture at the end of and full day for them. Good people doing good work.. it doesn't get much better.

When my dashboard lit up like Christmas on my way home from work I drove to Sullivan Tire in Sandwich since my gps said it was less than 1/4 mile away.It was late so I left my car since it was not driveable. It was pouring rain and dark and I have PTSD and not having my vehicle makes me feel trapped and anxious. The female that helped me explained everything to me and she called me a Lyft. She called me first thing in the morning as promised and again explained the best repair process going forward. She pretty much kept me from having a panic attack and I can t describe how completely calming that felt.I can not express enough how grateful I am for her help. In this day and age this type of compassion and help is unheard of but Sullivan and its employee have far exceeded 5 stars.

From the first interaction with Haley Pacheco-Matias at your call center, to the Manager, Joe Cipriani, at your Sandwich location it was an excellent experience. Spending over $1,600 for new tires is stressful enough and the fear of an over eager customer service person just adds to the stress. We scheduled the appointment with Haley, then had a discussion about which tires we needed. She pointed out that the particular tire we thought we needed was NOT the one listed by the automobile manufacturer. The tires we replaced had over 62,000 miles and we wanted the same great serviceability with the new tires. We were very particular with what we wanted without exception. She was most helpful in offering the right tires for our car.We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appointment and were met by "Joe", who introduced himself as the manager. He had the work order in his hand in a matter of second. No questions asked. The work of replacing four tires, balancing, alignment, and checking the work was done in two hours time. Very acceptable. The customer waiting area in Sandwich was comfortable, clean, and quiet.Anyone asks us where to go for tires we will definitely send them to SULLIVAN TIRE in Sandwich. Without hesitation.Oh, and we have not had to return because something was not correct. One visit, and done!!!

This was the worst tire experience I've ever had. I was given a verbal estimate of about 190.00 plus installation. It came to 290.00. I think a printed estimate would have been more accurate. After leaving the wheel with them overnight so the tire could be mounted before I arrived I still waited an hour for it to be mounted. Just to be sure I checked the back for the doughnut and it wasn't there. The mechanic had to find it, ask how to put it in the car and tighten it in. In the meantime Jenny tells me "We don't need it." The place is a joke. Zero stars!

First , Joe the manager was great. He could not do an alignment for me because my truck had custom parts and he was honest about taking my $$$.HOWEVER, I made the appointment in person and specifically asked for AMERICAN made tires. The girl told me that the Goodyear Wrangler tires where made in the USA. When I got the truck home today I looked and my tires where made in CHILE!! My fault for trusting but not verifying. Do your homework!

After getting a flat on my way home from Logan airport, The Marshfield location located a tire for me from the warehouse ( it was the last one)! They had it sent to the Sandwich location which was closer to my house. They new I was traveling on Friday so they went above and beyond to locate the tire and have my car finished on Thursday! All employees were super helpful and polite. I highly suggest calling them for your emergencies or routine car service.

I hate going to Sullivan Tire because it means something is wrong with my car, but they do take some of the sting out of it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are fair, and they never try to upsell me on anything. They work fast, too, which is always appreciated.

The people who work at the Sandwich location are great! Staff at the Sandwich location was professional, knowledgeable and accurate as I was told vehicle would be ready in 1.5 hrs and it was ready under that estimate. Also they did whatever was needed and nothing more and price for services value was excellent. I will be back again and again!!

I always was skeptical of Sullivan Tire. They have those commercials and those billboards. So naturally, you'd think trying too hard. Desperation? Not! Was I wrong. Yowsers! So here's my story: I needed snow tires. Called NTB. Ring. Ring. Ring.. Seriously? Called back, someone picks up CAN YOU HOLD? Seriously????? Call Town Fair Tire. Same thing. You know what I'm talking about. You see it when you go there. People on the phone for 20 minutes at a time. Customer standing there. No one helps them. Well get this, Sullivan Tire actually has a SEPARATE customer service department. What a concept? How the other tire places stay in business is beyond me. If you need tires, Sullivan Tires is the place to go. And I will NEVER GO BACK TO NTB OR TOWN FAIR FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

My husband and I were in from out of town, 9 hours away, when we got to our hotel we unloaded our bags then went back to the car to go back out. The car was making a really bad sound and we were panicking. I called Sullivan tire the next morning joe got us in right away and had Steven, the tech, get us back to the hotel in the shuttle. Joe called me and was very professional he told me it was a axel bearing and he was booked for the day but would try to get my car in, in between. They were done with it with in 4 hours. It was amazing. Joe was so nice and personable and made sure the car was done in a timely manner so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation I have never had a better experience at an auto shop before. Thank you so much Joe and Steven for all your compassion and understanding and hard work!everyone needs to go here don't give tour business else where you will not get better service then this!!

I needed a new run flat tire ASAP because of a family emergency. Joe Cipriani the manager at the Sandwich, MA store got right on it and tracked down the tire. They had me in and out in 45 minutes! Joe and his team are rockstars. Many thanks to Joe and Jen for making the experience so positive. I always knew about Sullivan. Now I'm a fan. Highly recommend!

I was on vacation. On the ride to the Cape (in a rainstorm) I noticed the car was pulling and fishtailing through standing water. I took it into Sullivan Tire, and Joe inspected the tires and it was clear I needed new ones. Joe squeezed me into a busy day and got me back on the road in a few hours. They were very accommodating and tremendously helpful. I noticed the change in the handling of the car immediately. Thanks so much!

I have mixed feelings on this place. I give it 3.5 to 4 stars. I bought a set of Giovanni wheels and took it these guys to move my tires over to the new wheels from my old ones. I get a call a few hours later and it's Joe, the manager. He tells me that one of my wheels was damaged during the swapping process. Apparently the wheel slipped off the machine. While I appreciate the call and he did say he would pay to have it fixed, I was left with using my old wheels until the wheel was fixed. This is by far their saving grace with the process. Just know that going here, you won't get the fastest service but they will take care you if anything should be not to your liking. Kuddos to you Joe but try and get better equipment that's more reliable.

I had gone to Sullivan Tire last weekend for an oil change. They always check out the whole car and give you a report card of maintenance that you might want . I was surprised that I was not told about the suggested maintenance and that I had a tail light out. Monday morning I called to say that I had received their survey and I wanted to speak to them before I filled out the survey. I explained that I was disappointed because I had always received such great service. I was asked to bring my car back and they would recheck it and replace the tail light for free. I did and It was a wonderful experience . Joe the owner was wonderful. I guess everyone is allowed a " hickup," . I will continue to bring my vehicles to Sullivan Tire in Sandwich and I do recommend them to you.

Took my Jeep here to get new tires. Once they got in there they found that I needed new brakes and that I had a leak in my front axle. They order the parts but found out the axle was a dealership only part which was going to be significantly more $$$. They called around and were able to find me another option and saved $400 +. Even before that they offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Jeep is running great with the new work and tires. Great experience here and will definitely return to have future work done.

We would like to acknowledge the absolutely ASTONISHING service we received from Store Manager Joe Cipriani at the Sandwich location. Without getting into all the details, we had a difficult situation in trying to diagnose and resolve a vibration with our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Multiple trips to the Jeep dealer could not resolve this issue. Joe patiently worked with us to diagnose the issue and was able to secure 2 hard to find tires on very short notice. In spite of a very busy shop, Joe found a way to mount the new tires, road test the vehicle and fix this problem when nobody else could. In addition, he was very helpful in initiating our warranty claim with the tire manufacturer. It's easy to see how Joe could remain with this company for 33 years and counting. We hope you will pass along our thanks and recognition to Joe for this EXTRAORDINARY experience.

I stopped in for a flat repair. I was greeted promptly and told I'll have to drop off till the end of day. Being 17 hours from home this wasn't an option. The guy behind the glass seemed to have an attitude problem. Being in the industry myself, there is no way in hell I'd ever tell someone it would take 6 hours to repair a flat tire. If I didn't have a guy to do it I would do it myself. After all this is customer service!

Dropped my car off for a thermostat repair, got the car back and there are two new lights on in my car. Never seen a VSA light on in my car, joe the service manager tells me it couldn t have been his guys as they are different systems. These lights have never been on in my car, I just overpaid for a transmission fluid flush and a thermostat repair, and they don t even think to tell me there are two new lights on? Seems pretty sketchy to me, I will be going to a different Sullivan tire and will not be paying a dime for this. Not thrilled, received attitude from everyone I spoke with there, should probably treat your paying customers whom you re ripping off a little better.

I needed two new tires, they were less expensive than Tirerack for the same tires installed. On Sullivan's web site, I ordered the tires and set up the appointment. Everything was done on schedule. Great service!

A friends daughter took her first car to be looked at. They told her she needed all new brake pads, rotors, and rear calipers and that the repair would be $1200.00! I thought this was bad enough so I offered to do it for half the price. I gathered all the parts for $237$ and when it came time to do the job she didn t need brakes at all! All rotors were straight and not rimmed, front pads had 80% life left rear pads had 60% life left and all 4 calipers slid fine on the slide pins! These people are crooks and tried to take advantage of a young girl. They said this car is not safe to drive take your business elsewhere. Shops like this are what gives us mechanics a bad reputation.
