If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company. We had two bumpers replaced on our truck by Rotary Collision and we were VERY satisfied with their fast, friendly customer service! They even vacumed out our truck to our complete suprise! that has never happened. They went above and beyond and that is why we will refer them often!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Damaged car? Have it fixed like newI went to Rotary Collision in sandwich because they helped me with my truck when it was damaged and even tho i didn't get it fixed by them they were happy to help me with the insurance paperwork.When my wife's car got damaged i went back to them. Nate got me a quote the net day and handled most everything with my insurance ,USAA. He got the parts quickly and finished in a timely manner.When my wife needed her car back for the weekend they made it work.She got her car for the weekend. Then they came to my house Monday morning and picked it up, finished her car and dropped it back off complete.The car looks better than when we purchased it. Nate even vacuumed the inside of her car.They made this experience wonderful not just for me who set everything up to get my wife's car fixed but for my wife also.Next time you have and accident do your self a favor and call Nate at Rotary Collision. You wont regret it.

Customer service was good but they had an opportunity to make my car their car(insurance company okayed everything) but the work they did was embarrassing at best. Nate is a good guy but him and his guys work is less than average at best. I m trying to get my corvette repainted and body work redone because of the horrible quality of work they did.... disappointed!!Service: Body & Trim

Nice customer service recovery and followup by Nate this week regarding an estimate for body work on our van. It was much appreciated. By total coincidence.. we just brought our other vehicle back this afternoon for an estimate, after a 195 encounter with a very large turkey. Excellent service.. Thank you , Nate!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the work I received. All that was to be done was to get one panel painted. What I received was nothing short of a hack-job. This job was clearly rushed, the primer was hastily sanded down with a very low grit and then painted over poorly. Now when you look at the paint you can clearly see the sanding marks. But it gets better, they failed to put an adequate amount of paint on the edge of the door so now it has a white edge with the factory primer showing. I now have to find another body shop to fix this mess.Service: Painting

After a shaky start to our experience, Rotary Collision Center turned out to be great autobody center. They were able to repair my truck to brand new condition and it came back a lot cleaner than when I brought it in. The service team was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. You can tell that this company really cares about their customers and they will go the extra mile to make you happy.

Had issue with tailgate spoiler. Came to the store. They were very helpful. Gave accurate assessment. Got all required parts next day and they were able to fix my car back to normal. Great Service.

We were passing through in our RV and had a little fender bender with the car we tow. Talked to Nate and he gave us a quote and time to have it done. Did everything like he said. Couldn't believe how smooth it went. A Man of his word...something hard to find in these days.

I went to the shop in hyannis to get an estimate. It started to be an out of pocket expense but needed the work done an have gone there before. I was told they would get back to me if not today sometime tomorrow. I waited and recieved no call back. I called to speak with th owner an was told it was my own fault i didnt call them to find out what the estimate was. We changed our minds and went elsewhere. Not the shop it used to be they used to care about how they treated people.
