Stopped in 2 weeks ago after one of my Bosch wiper blades loosened up when my ice scaper got caught up in it. I had just bought new blades 4 months prior from this location. I was ready to buy a new wiper. The employee came to my car, checked what brand of wiper, went inside, pulled out a box of parts and matched the problem piece that was making my wiper flop around. He put on the replacemnt part and I was on my way. No charge. He could've sold me a new blade at $30+ but instead he was determined to find a matching part to fix it for me. I was there only about 15 minutes.Not sure why the negative reviews. I get great service here including when I bought my wiper blades back in fall of 2023. The employee put them on for me and I was on my way.

Anytime I go in there, there s a long line. The counter people end up working the phones as people stand and try to buy something. If you can get to a counter person, they seem nice and knowledgeable. Need to block out a lot of time if you re going to this location.

They shouldn t automatically assume all veterans are Men. I asked for the VA discount and he asked for my number and he said was already signed up. I said I didn t believe I was. And then I paid. He just assumed I was signed up as a member and never got my discount. This is why I never use it. But it was a 90$ Refrigerant thing. I needed it. It s so friggen hard to ask for this discount, the the one time I do, nothing goes right and the 70 year old dude had no clue.

These guys are idiots I went there for a lug nut. The counter person did not touch his computer. He went in the back for about 10 minutes and brought one out. I took it home and attempted to put it on my car and it was wrong so I went back and got another one and it still didn t fit. The car is a jeep wrangler one of the most popular cars on Cape Cod. There is no way imaginable they should ve messed this up. I guarantee they don t even know that these go on wheels

I've been going to advanced auto for many years for all my vehicles. All my experiences have been great always have my parts and the right parts not a part ey think will work..lol Yes that's happened won't mention the store. The most important thing is they always have my parts in stock no matter what it is I need. And their staff is very courteous and professional. A+++++

I watched the manager Brian ridicule the other girl at the counter, all while barely being able to lift his own feet. He seemed to think it made him look cool bullying his employee.Corporate should definitely give him an evaluation. I won't give that store my business as long as he's there.

This is the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. The staff is either incompetent or rude. I won't be returning to this store as there is now a napa 5 minutes away. I won't even be ordering parts online for pickup here as they often don't have what I ordered. More than once, it had to be sent from another store. This is not an indictment of all advance auto stores, just this terrible one.

Needed a battery in my Ford Expedition. Manager Ray was right on it and hooked me up asap. Great service, fair price and exceeded my expectations. Love when that happens.

Out of town traveler needing wipers and an air filter. Placed an online order for curbside pick up and was assisted by phone and then in person by an amazing employee named Zack. Young man has been with the store only three weeks but was full of customer service attitude and was positive, upbeat and helpful in installing the wipers and the air filter. Management is lucky to have him. Good old fashion service treating people the way he would wanna be treated.

As a woman its usually tough going into a parts store especially when a male is assisting you..i feel like men try to sell me things i dont need or a rude! Before going to the sandwich advanced auto i went to two different auto zones with no success.it was amazing to see two woman at the register! Come to find out one of them was the store manager. Her and her staff where very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs! I will definitely be returning back to this store! Great job ladies!

I went in to pick up oil and filter that was in the sale flyer but they were out of the filter and sold me a different one. Evidently company policy is they only honor sale price on exact product advertised, No replacements. This was not explained nor was there an offer to order the part or call another local location to see if they had it. James was the associate that assisted me and complained and had an unpleasant demeanor through out. The manager, Bob Moses helped an older gentleman with wiper blades and complained he needed a ladder. There was a lot of complaining about doing there jobs. My wife called to speak with the manager and even their phone etiquette was rude. Bob repeated "What is your problem?," several times until she told him he was rude. After she explained why she was calling, he apologized. We have used this store for years as it is only a couple of miles down the road and the gentleman who worked there were very helpful and professional. I now will have to go to the Falmouth Road, Hyannis location which has been professional and helpful.

Awful customer service, the manager Bryan has a lousy attitude with customers, his employees helped us well with the other items we were looking for, very unfortunate attitude of the one who is supposed to be the face of the store. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Twice in 2 months I have been to this store and will not return due to a few reasons. In addition to the terrible service and demeanor of the employees, I have had them look up oil filter part numbers. After getting home and draining the oil in my vehicle, I pre filled what I thought would have been the right oil filter to discover it being the incorrect part. I returned to the store by bike and they looked up the filter in their system again to discover it was infact the wrong one they gave me. The employees were very rude. This happened to me in July 2017 and as well this past few days. I will not recommend this store to anyone and I will not return.

I had an issue with my online order getting lost and Brian took the bull by the horns and filled the order and brought it to my house on his way home . Way to go man !! Great customer service experience and much appreciated !!

Nice new place, help was good but they only had one of there filters that I needed for my Cummins. This happen most times I try to use this store. Never have the problem at N.A.P.A. in South YARMOUTH. Hope management corrects the inventory problems in the future.

The worst auto parts store I have ever dealt with. Previously ordered on line to pick up a part there . When I got there they did not have the Part and did not know anything about my order. This time I ordered on line for same day delivery at 8 am yesterday. I received an email yesterday saying saying the part was out for delivery. Today I called the help line and they did not know where my order was and kept me on hold for twenty minutes to tell me this.

I have NEVER had a good experience with this store. Staff are never friendly. They always seem grumpy and upset. Prices are through the roof expensive. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I went there because I had codes come up on my car. I knew I had to do my brake pads. I asked the guys there about the codes and all he said was that he could order the part. Didn't tell me what the problem was. Aggravating.

Worst auto parts place ever. The workers here are not knowledgeable about cars and only worry about selling. A real auto parts store will help with what you are looking for and get you the right parts, not this place always wrong parts. Beware and shop at NAPA instead .

The sales associate I dealt with today was condescending and miserable. So much so, that I walked out of the store. I'll certainly find a better place to spend my money. I would give it 0 stars of I could.

The last three times that I been there the service was awful. It seems that they don't want to work. But this is the last time. Customers don't need that.
