Great service. I came in for a trailer hitch installation which took significantly longer than the estimate I received. They only charged me for what they originally estimated even though they could have charged more. Classy move. Thank you!

I brought my Jeep into the Jeep dealership and they overcharged me for the diagnostic and then were going to charge me hundreds of dollars for a repair that was misdiagnosed. Harry's Auto correctly diagnosed the issue and I drove away paying 7x less. Thank you. Will always bring my Jeep back to you.

We were in a difficult situation ....nearing the end of August and our car needed to be inspected. Had found Harry s online and we drove down from Southern Maine to see if we could get the car inspected, but had no appointment. When we arrived they were able to take us right in. All went well until we were told we failed and required two new rear tires. In a panicked state I went in and talked to Teresa. She said she would order them and would call me when they were delivered, but didn t know when that would be. Had not been back to our residence very long when she called to say the tires were there and when did I want an appointment for the next day. The following day we drove back down and the new tires were put on and the car reinspected...this time it passed! I know that it was because of Teresa going that extra mile to get the tires quickly, that we were able to get things done before the monthly deadline. She went well beyond just doing her job and Harry s customers are lucky to have her working for them. The workmen did a great job and had everything completed quickly and efficiently. Can t say enough good things about our experience here! Would definitely use them again!

These guys are awsome. They have done work on my pickup truck and my Cadillac. My mechanic is getting older and nearing retirement so I've been looking for someone for bigger things. Harry's was awsome. They were upfront, called when they said they would, charged what they said they would , and had it done when they said they were. They are fair with prices and communicate well. I highly recommend them for whatever your vehicle needs!

I go to Harry's annually for inspection stickers. He is very fast and kind. Due to the pandemic and social distancing rules, they ask people to wait outside, which is understandable. It was raining and cold today. There was an elderly lady with a walker waiting with me. They offered her a seat inside. I would recommend Harry's Auto Repair to anyone. They're really good people and they do a great job.

They did great work. They found a way to fix the problem I had with my car. The prices are very good.I got my Jeep inspected there. They did a thorough job. My Jeep runs better after they also did an oil change.

Quick service, but they charge you for things that you never asked to get done. Just got an oil change today, the sign outside said $25.99 said that was a fair price for an oil change. When the bill came at the front desk the women said $36 please, and I mentioned doesn't the sign out front say $35.99, her response was that the price depended on the amount of oil they put in. Also they put coolant in too, even though I clearly asked fro just and oil change, nothing else! Therefore, long story short go to the place down the road Grey's Garage, better service, and much fairer prices, but I don't recommend Harry's Auto Repair.

Theresa in the office is great! She s always pleasant, professional and personable. I ve been going to Harry s for several years, he s knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to a customer s car and repairs. I highly recommended Harry s Garage!

I've always had a great experience in last 4 yrs.... they never charge me for any unexpected work... they always call with recommendations if there is something I question.,, office manager explains everything in detail.. I think they are fabulous and glad they were recomended toUs

I was traveling and my car broke down. I called Harry's to get some info as in how much some repairs would be, the woman that answered the phone was very quick, rude, wouldn't give me a straight answer and spoke to me like I was a idiot. I've worked as a ASM (Assistant service manager) for several years and I'm very shocked how she handled herself and representing Harry's as a business.I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend this place if you are inquiring about service repairs. Or just have general questions.

Google needs to implement a new policy that doesn t allow people to smoke a massive amount of crack cocaine and then write a one star review that bears no relationship to reality whatsoever. The person named JB is a shining example of the crack-fueled stupidity that I m referring to. Because in contrast to the slander and falsehood-laden crock of lies she spewed, the office manager was a beacon of professionalism, patience, and politeness, whether on the phone or in person. I m very happy to have found a mechanic that is fair and honest and I look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future.

Harry's is a no fuss no muss kind of garage. I have had my car inspected there twice and it takes less than an hour. Make an appointment for other work but inspections are first come first serve.

Harry has been there a long time.. My 08 GMC failed emissions and safety inspection.. Harry got it fixed and inspected..under $300

Went in to have a new clutch put in for my standard (stick shift) Toyota Corolla. Was charged $158 more then the quote that was given to me. I asked the reason for the overage amount and the mechanic/owner said that it was because he had to tap the bolts that fell on the ground when they had to take off the skid plate and that is why he charged me a lot more then the quoted amount. When I got home, I saw that the skid plate was trailing on the ground. Harry's auto repair obviously lied to me. Because of the blatant lies; I would never go back there. Don't trust Harry's Auto Repair!!!! He never re-taped the bolts but still had the nerve to charge the $158 for work that he said that he did but never actually completed.
