Today was another successful encounter with the guys at Coastal Collision. They have done several repairs on my cars and my daughter and son in laws. They are always professional, fair priced , and easy to work with . I highly recommend them to friends and family . Tony and Chris run an honest, fair and professional business. They listen and work with you to get your job done within your budget and done right. I m always surprised how truthful they are when discussing what I can expect and how much things cost. Not to mention they treat all customers the same; women are treated fairly and not spoken down to. More businesses should be as well run as Coastal Collisions!!Service: Body & Trim

Coastal has helped us with both of our cars when accidents and wear and tear have broken them down. Chris and Tony have been quick to respond, the work has been done in a timely way and the finished work has looked great and performed excellently. Prices have been reasonable and they have patiently helped navigate insurance. The shop is a professional, easy going and courteous place. They guarantee their work, and they mean it. So pleasantly surprised! They gave me an estimate for what was needed, no more and no less. When I arrived to pick up my car, I saw a job that had been professionally done. Flawless! Then I was charged less than the estimate because they did it in less time. This was not being paid by insurance. Insurers take notice: If you don't use this place consider doing so; you'll probably save money, and your policyholders will love the service they receiveServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Courteous professional and top notch. These guys have been making a solid name for their shop in this area for as long as I can remember (been here 15 years). I know craftsmen, insurance adjusters and neighbors alike who all say the same type things about this family business for years. We had a small accident and these guys got us back up and dunning with new parts paint and function in just over a week. Super stoked these guys are local.

Great work helping me get back on the road cheaply and quickly... I asked for a cheap fix, but I saw many impressive restoration jobs going on as well, they do it all and have a great way of finding what your specific needs are based on your situation. I was recommended by the local garages to come here they were able to make it work with a part I had bought myself, and they ordered missing parts promptly to finish the job in a timely manner. thanks guys!

I had such a great experience and good gestures from Coastal Collosion today. I was stranded after my car battery was down( My mistake I left headlights when I went to gym) And I had to rush home to go to Drs, called AAA but their expected time was 2hrs, so I walked to Coastal Collision if someone could help, they right away jumped in walked with portable jump starter and let me start the car, I offered them to pay but they didn t want me to pay, it was really great experience and I was lucky to see Drs on time.

Had over $ 9'000 worth of damage. They got it done in less than 30 days. Tony is the guy you wanna see. I highly recommend these guys. They get it done and make it look beautiful. Whether it's a small or big job They will get it done with the best work.

I've brought my car here twice over the past three months for two separate incidents. Working with Coastal Collision takes so much of the stress out of dealing with insurance, parts, etc. They keep you posted along the way and have returned my car in pristine condition both times. Don't hesitate to work with them, I will not bring my car anywhere else in the future.

I just used Coastal Collision to repair my brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Someone crushed in my front bumper in parking garage in Boston. Needless to say I was not thrilled. I haven't needed an auto body repair in 20 years so I called Coastal simply based on location and reviews. But I really knew I made the right choice when the insurance company agent said they do excellent work. Didn't expect and insurance agent to know about Coastal Collision. That was encouraging to say the least. Well, all I can say is that I experience it for myself and these guys are pretty amazing. I worked with Tony and Chris and the could not have made the process any easier and faster. Exceptional service, knowledge, and workmanship. True professionals. My truck obviously looks brand new again. In fact they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside too!Aside of all that, ....the best thing about these guys, they answer their phone every time with NO attitude and are happy to talk to you.Great shop, great guys. I might even go back just to check out the wide variety of accessories and custom mods they offer for trucks.With that said, I wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend Coastal Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Ryan and his crew did an amazing job repairing my truck. They undertook a huge project with heavy damage to the front end. My finished repaired truck looks just like new. They even cleaned the inside and shampooed the rugs. I will highly recommend them to work on any vehicle you may want repaired.

A extremely capable and trustworthy body shop. A very timely and exceptional job on my son s Honda Civic Sport which had an unplanned encounter with a guardrail. Easy undertaking thanks to their direct work with my insurance company (Geico). No need to lay out cash or deal with any drama. I discovered on a social media site that these folks will repair a damaged outboard motor cover. Well, mine was damaged so I brought it in for an estimate.Two days later I had my engine cover back looking as good as new. I paid and walked cheerfully out the door. But it wasn't until a little later that I saw they charged me less than the estimate.Both of chaps I dealt with were courteous and friendly. Be assured, they'll get the first and last shot at my business anytime. Well done, Coastal.

I went here & got a very reasonable estimate. Tony scheduled me within that week, repairs were done in a day. My Toyota looks brand new, excellent job done & everyone was nice, Tony thanked me for my business, not often one hears that anymore these days! Great experience, I would definitely recommend.

I don t like having a dent in my car. Coastal Collision is pretty close to where I live in Salisbury, near Salisbury beach. I popped in and they put me at ease right away. They showed me what they needed to fix the body of my car and they told me how long it would take. I felt great about their confidence about what would be done.I picked up my car today and I am amazed at how good the work looks and how clean and babied my car was.If I ever get another dent that needs fixing or body work I will go straight to Coastal Collision.

Coastal Customs did a great job with my Jeep. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The work is quality, the price is very reasonable and they work efficiently. I would highly recommend them!

I hit a deer on the highway which caused a ton of damage to my truck. I found Coastal Collision online because it was close to my house. I am very glad I chose them! These guys were great to work with and got my truck looking brand new. Amazing customer service! We were traveling from NJ on our way to Maine and our bumper ripped off. We were lucky enough that they were across the street. They came right out, took a look at it, and got it right up on the lift. Fixed it like new in just a few minutes!! We were in and out with no appointment in about 15 minutes.We are so thankful they were there and were so willing and able to help us!!!

Chris & Tony are the greatest . They are honest,straight up ,Don t over price anything ,they deliver excellent results and you can t ask for anything else ,plus very quick on the finished product. Why go somewhere else when you need not to look no further. I recommend these guys 100% and would not go anyplace else. Both Tony & Chris are 2 of the nicest guys on earth. They are the greatest and props to them and their workers. AAAAA+The best work is what these guys deliver..thanks to them very much..

Had minor bodywork repair done last summer. I was assured that pulling the door panel in order to fix the dent on the drivers door would be done professionally. When I picked the car up the battery was dead, the remote lock no longer worked because the wire harness was not re-plugged in, the door panel handle was not straight and missing a retainer and finally the rubber window gasket was not installed correctly. 1 return back to body shop fixed some of the problems and I fixed the rest myself. The bodywork was fine ok, but I was never offered a discount or anything for the sloppy panel work.

Recently I had a car accident while on vacation which left my car in fairly bad shape. The bummer specifically probably wouldn't have made it back home in the current condition. I called them the following day to see if they could take a look at and help me get the car in a condition so I could drive back home. They were very friendly and honest with the damage and the time it would take for all the repairs. Also told me what needs to be done to make the drive back home. With in five minutes they were able to give my car a temporary fix so I could drive down the road. I'm so humbled to have found such a great collision shop. I wish I was staying longer because I would let them complete the repairs on the car.
