So I had to get my car fixed and I was referred to this mechanic. Although they were able to fix my car quickly (which is the reason why I didn t give them a one star) I still noticed changes IN my car that I didn't request. So basically they decided to replace my front mirror with a cheap one. They did something with my seats as well. I can't even move my driver or passengers seats forward because they removed the handle at the bottom completely off. They probably will justify this behavior because I m getting my car fixed for cheaper but it s still wrong to take things that don t belong to you. They also replaced my SPARE tire with a different one thinking I wouldn't realize this. As well as doing a poor job in properly fixing my overheating issue. It's just unacceptable and honestly trifling. Before I dropped my car, I was telling my colleagues about how they should bring their car to this mechanic to get it fixed. Now that I updated them about what they really did to my car, they will not do business with them and neither will I. And to anyone reading this no matter what mechanic shop you go to always make sure you have cameras installed in your car before you drop your car off.

The amount of hard work this man Marcelo puts in is incredible. He s such a good man. I ve been getting my car fixed by him ever since I bought my first car and he is so honest. It s hard to find an honest mechanic, but this guy makes my life that much easier. Honest, hard working, and reasonable. This man doesn t do it for the money. He really cares about his customers. Marcelo has never failed me. Very honest quick work and will never do more then needed ! Awesome guy and one of the most honest mechanics I have ever came across. Until Marcelo decides to close down shop I will never turn to another mechanic! I have a pretty heavy modified car Motor wise and cosmetically which means I m there often ! Never turns me down or refuses work ! Thank you always.

I've been bringing my car to Marcelo for about 10 years now and he is always attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust his work and would only bring my car somewhere else if he tells me he can't do the job or if he is too busy. I could not praise his work enough. Highly recommended!

I have to say absolutely kind people here. Willing to help you with your car needs. Sometimes you go to a garage and it s a hit or miss. These guys are a hit. They are knowledgeable and apply there knowledge to there skill. They are currently helping me with my car. Awesome people. Please bring your car here if work is needed. God bless

This place will give you great work for great price. Will not scam you on extra price for parts. Will allow you to bring your own parts in which saves money . Website says cheapest in ma and I believe it , but also quality.
