Although I have nothing negative regarding the space, cleanliness, ease of entry. I do have an issue with the pricing. I have only had my unit 7 months, and the pricing increased after 4 months. I was told to expect an Increase annually on the anniversary date, which will be in August. I guess Extra Space Storage knows they have a captive audience, as most people don t want to have to move their unit to another facility. Therefore, they can and will continue to increase the monthly fee whenever they choose.

Their online process is easyI will give them 5 stars for thatBut their management of the property is terribleI did the online process then confirmed everything with a phone callI spoke with someone andI was assured I was all set and the lock and keys were in the unit etc.,.Was emailed my codes etcI arrived after the office was closedWent to my unit only to find their lock still on it,, mind you I had a truck load of stuffI called customer service and they tried to call the manager and assistant manager//neither one answeredThey told me I would have to wait till the office reopens on Monday ..I stated I am supposed to wait because your managers can t do their job? She refunded my money andI went to public storage/was treated professionally and everything they said they would do they did/Good luck if you go here

I got a great deal(special they were having), the guy was very nice and did his job. Overall I had a very good experience. If your looking for a very clean storage space, this one is definitely that.

Michael and Chuck at Salem location were AMAZING. Best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. Courteous, considerate, attentive, fast. And the unit/building were amazing. Clean, exactly what i was looking for, and the associates' demeanor was what i needed to restore my faith in people. Thanks!

I visited the Salem location after some hesitation for getting a storage unit. I walked in with a lot of questions and was not sure if I would get all of my answers. I met Nick and Sonia and by the end of the process I was amazed with their help. Not only did they answer any questions, they were both very professional and courteous. Because of how spectacular Nick and Sonia were, I will be back to this location! I cannot say enough good things about these two.

I just came in to enquire about storage and Sonia the property manager was so delightful! Her knowledge and just overall attitude is just awesome! I will be needing storage by next month and Sonia has sold me on it! Nice clean property and and perfect location!

I highly recommend life storage Salem came in looking for a new unit. Sonia was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to makesure all my storage needs were met. She even took the time to explain to me how everything works. Life storage is much better than those other dusty storage facilities in the area. If your in the market for a new unit, I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Jessica is very informative, friendly , and always ready to answer any questions I may have regarding my account or storage unit ! Highly recommend to everyone! Jessica and her staff are a true asset to this company, location, and ALL its customers! Best self storage experience I've had by far !

Placing your belongings in storage is never fun, but Jessica made it a true pleasure. She gave the best customer service I have ever experienced at any business. My only wish would be to have her enthusiasm everywhere!

Was good but sold out to big chain who keeps jacking up the rent, twice in 1 year plus pork you on BS insurance that wont pay on damage by hired contractors or the seasonal flooding (pallets needed) + $50 extra per 4 day late fee on top of the $321 +/- per month

I can't say enough about the staff at this location. They are genuinely happy to help with anything you need and have only ever gone above and beyond expectations. I would encourage anyone to take their business here, if only to experience the unparalleled customer service.

My wife and I recently moved to MA. It was an arduous transition, but made much easier by the professional, courteous and efficient staff at Uncle Bob's in Salem, MA.Jessica and Nicole put us at ease and are always available to provide whatever assistance we may need.The facilities are conveniently located and well maintained and that has made our need to retrieve and/or store anything much easier. Tho we never met "Uncle Bob" we would recommend him to anyone in need of short or long term storage.Thanks again ladies!!

My employer keeps 2 units here and we've been there for several years, my only complaint is that the elevator seems to go out of service fairly regularly and there is only 1 so that if you are using storage on 2nd floor it pretty much screws up any plans you may have of moving stuff in and out of your space.CURRENTLY REMOVING ALL TENNANTS AND DOING REBUILD
