Clutch is the word. The team of Tech Joe Lavoie Service Manager, Steve Duke and Lou LaVoie have saved me on a number of occasions but most recently outdid themselves My winch bit the dust while I was I. A very precarious position and was in desperate end of a quick solution These guys have come to know me and know how much my business relies upon my equipment.They were able to canibalize and cobble together parts from another winch to get me back up and running within a day!Big thanks to them!Also a shout out to Peter Livas and Anthony Colangelo who have provided exceptional customer service.Thanks!

rude people. They said that lift gate didn't have a concert. I fixed next pain for $800. They are not happy with their work, they don't know how to treat customers well. Don't waste your time with stupid people

If you re truck driver-don t come here for deliveries!!!!!!!! The receiver guy is very rude and doesn t help you out with any questions!!! He is the guy on the huge forklift. The other guys are fine. You must to unload your 53 feet trailer with pallet jack!!! He s saying what it s your responsibility when you ll ask him to write-driver assist .he never do that!!! It s unprofessional guy!!!

Worst run dealer I ve ever seen first bought a brand new F650 and brake and clutch had put body on , pto had loud grinding noise every time it went in, brought back 3 times, finally persuaded them to replace pto after 3 times. Then bought a brand new diesel Denali pickup , dealer send to b&c to put plow on, they put truck side on and said I d have the plow side in one week. 4 weeks later I went up to get plow and Jeff tried to tell me he gave control with truck side. Had to call dealer to have him tell Jeff that there was no controller when the truck was picked up, so he finally gave me one and the plow after 4 weeks.

Guys are real professionals. They have helped me with my Switch N Go every step of the way. Service is top notch. They understand I need to keep my truck rolling to keep my business rolling and pull out all the stops to do that. Great team! Thanks! You re the best!

Took my plow here with a blown hydraulic line. In the middle of a snow storm!! Employees were helpful and kind. Had to wait a little bit because I did not have an appointment. First come first serve. But they had me fixed up and pushing snow within 2 hours. So, I can't complain!!! Great place for all your plow needs!!

Big shout out to Jeff at Salem brake and clutch I had some personal issues going on and they help me up out by picking my truck up at the dealership delivering it back these guys are awesome if you need a plow or any other work go see Jeff at Salem break and clutch

I am a delivey driver really easy to get to off the thru way nice people had to wait because the bull pen is too small for more then one semi not long tho. Great customer service.

Had no power from truck to plow.They identified the problem as a bad harness and replaced it.Had me out of there in less than 2 hours.

The company I work for brings a lot of our trucks there to be fitted for plows or just wired for plows, they do EXCELLENT work

They will take your money and promise you parts that never come, I've in to there shop numerous times just to be turned away again and again,, this will be my last time dealing with these incompetent people that have no clue how to run a company..
