Honesty is the best policy. Upfront he lest me know that AAA would cover a portion of the tow if I called them first and called him back. He did t have to do that and I appreciate looking out. I have a problematic old Benz so I ll probably use him again

My car was taken by this place in addition of having to pay $75.00 for parking violation to Salem MA.,first time that I have parking violation ticket, this place charged me $160.oo,to get my car back, it's an abuse charging that much, hopefully I never need of their service, if to take your car cost that much I wonder how expensive must be any mechanical service there. The driver was nice but I felt like being robbed of my money

David (Whitey) and his crew were so kind and helpful when my daughter and I broke down in Salem. We were passing through traveling from DC to ME on a Friday evening and they helped us when no one else would. We are so grateful to them!

Tower was so rude and unprofessional. I did what AAA told me to do, and then a guy called me and started yelling at me that AAA told me the wrong thing. When I asked him why he was so upset with me, he said he has to explain this to people all day long, as if it s my fault. Horrible customer service, they should only be allowed to tow the cars and have no contact with customers.Service: Car towing

Special Thank you to Bill's Towing for showing up when needed and waaaaay ahead of ANA'S estimate. Steve, driving the truck, was AAA plus Thank you Steve. He went above and beyond, saving me from all kinds of worse grief by thinking pro-actively and suggesting and putting into action a plan that made everyone at the scene of the avcident life better. He also freely shared much of his knowledge and wisdom to prepare me for the ordeal ahead. He is quite skilled and bright and friendly. God bless. And oh yeah, enormously helpful. Generous and kind. car was towed due to circumstances out of my control. should of not been towed. called talked to manager. was rude to me. he needs to stay in the tow business and not deal with people. steer clear of this business. by the other reviews its pretty obvious they clearly they don't care about there customers.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

These guys are super friendly, and did amazing work. I was caught in a hard place with a broken drive shaft, and they offered a very reasonable local tow, and offered to just lump the charge in with the repairs. These guys are awesome, and definitely know what they re doing. Thanks for the help!

I got my car towed in Salem an hour after they put the no parking sign up. What a scam. The guy at the tow yard was pleasant enough but I am pretty sure the city of Salem intentionally did this. Either that or whoever was supposed to put the sign up was negligent. I had three witnesses... anyway, the tow guy was cool about it. I am sure they deal with a lot of peeved people so I appreciate that he was friendly.Oh, and they said they were open on the sign but nobody was there and we had to call and wait 20 minutes or so for someone to come. You may want to call ahead if you are getting a ride over there.I am giving 4 stars because I had to wait, but the process was easy to get my car back. It ain't their fault that they have to tow a car, so be nice to them, yeah?

I just want to let you know how happy I am with the service you provided yesterday. I called AAA because I had a dead battery and they said you d be out within 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise when your van arrived twenty minutes later! Matt, the gentleman who was here to help was not only polite and very nice but he took the time to explain each of the steps he was taking before replacing the battery. It was so nice to know that he actually making sure that it was the battery and not a bigger issue. I like the way your company does business - I ll remember that AND recommend you.

These guys are the best. Quick, patient, reasonably priced, upfront about the price before the tow, and very good at the towing itself. I'll be using these guys any time I need towing or roadside assistance. Already recommended them to a few forgetful friends who lock their keys in their car.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Absolute terror on the streets driving full size rigs like race cars nearly hitting students and having already crashed into a building I would have expected a bit of professionalism from this place, absolute scum

I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I was with the service your company and employee, Matt, provide to me today. My car s battery died, so I called AAA. Within about 10 minutes, I received a call that someone was on his way. When Matt showed up, he was courteous and extremely helpful, and he had me up and running very quickly. He performed a battery diagnostic test, was very helpful in explaining the results, and got my car started immediately. I could not have been more satisfied with the service Matt provided and am very grateful for his help today!

Dishonest doesn't even begin to describe them. I got in a car accident, they towed it to their lot. I went straight to the lot to get the car and have AAA tow it to a place to be repaired. They refused to give me the car. He claimed the tow driver had the receipt (not the office) and wouldn't be back for hours. He made us leave stating he was leaving and closing up shop. We waited outside the gate for 45 minutes, he never left the shop. The driver pulled up and finally I was able to remove my car for a ridiculous fee.Totally dishonest, rude, #billsautoclinic

I had the unfortunate experience of having Bills hired through AAA for a car tow to my car dealer two days ago. The car left me in pristine condition - with just an electronics problem. It arrived at the dealership with significant damage to the back under carriage and bodywork and is not driveable. Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars I would. They did not even follow up with me in the 24 hours AAA said that they would give them to contact me. Disgraceful. Unprofessional and total lack of customer service and accountability.Here is a follow-up, the car is totaled. What more do I need to say.

Andres from Bill s came to my house this evening after I called AAA because my car would not start and was making a strange clicking noise. He was wonderful professional, thorough, testing my car and reporting good news the alternator was fine, but the battery was not.Fortunately he had a replacement battery on his truck and installed it. he was awesome! I have always been so pleased with your service and attention! Big thanks!

I wanted to thank your company and Donny in particular for his help this morning. He came over very quickly and helped jump my car. He was polite and friendly and so so helpful when I was having a less than great morning. He also called Sean and he came by to do a battery exchange. Very efficient and helpful when I really needed it. Many thanks to your company, and to Donny, he s a great asset to your company. He was terrific this morning!

After working all night in the ER and waiting two hours for my insurance company to send someone to change my flat tire, I was informed no one wAs coming. I called 10 places before I called Bills , who sent someone immediately to get me back on the road . Reasonably priced as well. Thank you John !

I had to have my car towed this afternoon to my car dealership and the tow truck guy.. (I m awful with names started with an N) at bills towing company was fantastic. We encountered a person harassing us as we towing the vehicle and he imidately was concerned about my safety and the concern of him entering my apartment. He called the cops and kept me safe and stayed until the cops arrive. The man got arrested and I went from freaking out to calm in seconds. I couldn t thank this person enough..such great service and was a really stand up guy! Thank you thank you!

Called to get a new AAA battery installed, after 8 very long phone calls bills send a jump instead. I told AAA I d wait for a battery truck , I knew they were very busy. H tow truck driver who showed up was rude. Sarcastically said I d have to wait. I KNEW this already from talking to AAA. Now a call has gone against my membership and again on the phone waiting 35 to 40 minutes just to talk to AAA. This is inexcusable. Then I called Bills to just get an answer to two simple questions. He informed me he d have to go as he needed to answer calls. I WAS HIS CALL. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Update,. So the other day I called to get a jump. The automated AAA SITE SUCKS, IT LACKS confidence. So the driver calls me telling they can t find the stranded vehicle. Tells me he s at the correct area but not the street number. That there no such number. I ask him what street he s on. He rudely tells me he knows where he is. I argue with him for 10 minutes. I let him know the cross street. In short. He s on the wrong street after all. Doesn t apologize for being rude and on the wrong street. These people are so incompetent it hurts. AAA SHOULD REALLY BE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE. IT REFLEXS POORLY ON THEM.

I was approx 40 min away from my house when I decided to stop at a store. When I got back in my car it wouldn't start. As most everyone knows, this is very aggravating and stressful!After a quick search on my phone, I decided to call Bill's. Over the phone, I was given an extremely fair price for a 20+ mile tow. I accepted the quote and the tow truck arrived in under 15 min.Unfortunately, I dont know the name of the guy who showed up but he made this terrible situation much more bearable. Although it was apparent to me that the starter was dead, in an attempt to save me $$, the tow truck driver convinced me that it was worth a shot to try to jump start it. After a couple quick unsuccessful attempts, he quickly got my car on the flat bed and we were heading north.When you're stuck in a car/truck with someone you dont know, there can often be long periods of silence which tends to be awkward. But the tow truck driver was very friendly and easy to talk to. Our conversations rolled from one topic to the next. There was virtually no awkward dead air for the entire 40 minute tow. I wish I could address him by his name so the owner of Bill's knows that he has a really great/professional employee working for him.I highly suggest calling Bill's if you are in need of a tow around the North Shore/North of Boston.

Saturday morning I was greeted with a flat tire at my home in Marblehead. I called AAA and they sent Bill s Auto Clinic. Surprisingly it was a very pleasant experience. The gentlemen arrived in minutes. They were professional, pleasant, and efficient. They turned what could have been a miserable day into a pleasant experience. I am very grateful. Thanks.

Fair, responsive, careful & trustworthy. We had a very good experience with Bill's. They know the tow business. We contacted two other tow companies on the North Shore and neither had availability. We're very happy it worked out that way. Thanks Bill's!

Sorry that is my gamer tag that I use my google acct for. Let me start, they delivered my Jeep to the WRONG address and LEFT it there overnight. Guess what the police had to tow if from whomever lived there, and I got charged 247 dollars via a different towing company. I called twice to complain the first time the guy said "We were not the ones who towed it and left it it was so and so" So I checked my bank records and sure enough Bill's Auto towed it because I had an extra mileage charge to my credit card! Now I just called and talked to Wayne he was so rude, I asked for a manager and he said you can speak to me, I asked if he was a manager and he said "Well do you want to say something or make a complaint or what" I said well first of all your attitude doesn't give me any confidence that whatever I complain about will get resolved. then he just slammed the phone down...Bills auto clinic is horrible, calling better business now

Great service!! Ask for Chris though! My van had to be towed out of town and he showed up right away, was friendly, funny, knew exactly what he was doing and had me back home in NH in no time!!I still owe him a tip!!Highly recommend!!

One of the best AAA towing companies on the North Shore. Expert car repair and services. If you get stuck, these are people I would recommend. Reasonable, helpful, and down to earth too. They will come to your rescue 24/7 and any time of year! Thanks Bill's

Excellent, prompt and professional service - responded right away and towed my car back home for me. They even stopped by my house first to pick up car key as I'd injured my arm and couldnt get keys to them. Nuno was very kind and helpful, much appreciated. I highly recommend this company!

I have to come on to say Mike from Bill's Auto is the best! He was prompt, polite, informative and in addition to assisting with my tire issue he helped un jam my stuck trunk. He truly went above and beyond to help! I hope the next time I need road assistance I get Mike. He truly seemed to care and his willingness to explain everything to me is appreciated! THANK YOU MIKE!
