Very high quality paint and body work on my new Tacoma and super fast! Vincent was also super friendly. Highly recommend in this day and age where personalized service and dealing directly with the business owner is a rarity!

Very professional!! They did an amazing job with fixing my bumper! The owner helped me with my insurance which I was really grateful for!! They are really nice and even detailed my car! I definitely recommend coming here for excellent service!! Thank you guys so much!

No one ever wants their vehicle to need collision repair.I had NO idea where to turn and was feeling extremely stressed just searching for a repair shop. Then I found B AND J AUTO COLLISION of Salem, MA and discovered that ALL of their reviews included 5 stars from very satisfied customers. I am now another!With my very first call I felt immediately at ease. They picked up my car from the impound lot where it had been towed after the accident. They dealt with my insurance company (who weren't making it easy for anyone), and the appraiser... The end result was a car that looked way better than it did before the accident.With kindness, professionalism and a smile these collision repair experts took the sting out of a bad situation and actually helped to restore my faith in humanity! I am NOT kidding!I am truly grateful and can't thank them enough.Oh, and I haven't mentioned yet that they also detailed the INSIDE of my well used 2015 vehicle, and it now looks brand new.I highly recommend this company. We have had the pleasure of working with Vincent at B&J twice over the last few years and both experiences have been wonderful. Our vehicle was repaired quickly and affordably both times. The results were such that it honestly seemed like a brand new car (even though it has 100k+ miles). He even reached out to our insurance company on our behalf when they weren't returning our calls and got an issue resolved for us. I was rear ended and took our car to B&J to get fixed. We got excellent service. They were fast and extremely helpful, even helping me through the insurance claim and getting a rental process. Neto and company went above and beyond! Their attention to detail is exceptional. Their repair work was flawless, and my car looked good as new. I also appreciated the fact that the team had taken the time to clean both the interior and exterior of my car, leaving it in better condition than when I had brought it in. Top notch!

If I could give 10 stars I would! They did such an amazing job with my car. The price was great and it looks better than when I bought it. I am thrilled with the work they did. And they are so nice! I will never take my car anywhere else. 15/10 would recommend!

After waiting 8 months to get an appointment with my past body shop, I called Vincent at B & J. Got in in two days, out a few days later. Vincent and his guys are awesome. I brought them my pickup truck that was super beat up with dents, fading paint and some rot. They completely transformed the truck and now it looks amazing. Because of the nice work they did i'll be keeping it for a long time. Nobody around the area was able to beat his price. I definitely recommend these guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had a small crash the other day. Small, except the bumper was hanging off of my 2003 Honda Element, and the headlight was trashed and the body was bent in the R front quarter panel. Sheesh!So I went over to see Vincent at B&J Auto, 36 Bridge St. Salem, MA and he took care of me very well.He has a good eye and realized the scope of the problems and gave me an appropriate and fair estimate. He told me the work would be done in 3 days and he finished in 2 days! Who completes work under time anymore?The completed work was more than satisfactory.Vincent is very pleasant and was so helpful and easy to talk to. His workers are competent and efficient. Should you have the misfortune of needing auto body repair work, this is the only place to go.Service: Body & Trim

It is rare that I go to a car shop of any type and feel like I walk away more educated. This place is the best. Responsive, polite, and they never do more work or try to sell you something you don t want. I hope to never have car issues but if I do, I ll be headed right to these guys again!
