Paul was my service representative when I entered the store. He went above and beyond on helping me get new tires for all 4 wheels. This was my 1st time getting new tires and purchasing it. He went and explained all different brands and price ranges for me. Explained what were seasonal/all year round tires. Just grateful I was able to get new tires and worth the price and description definitely recommend.

I have gone to Town Fair Tire in West Roxbury for many years & have gotten the best service & pricing by far, compared to local competitors. Celestino & Mike were especially wonderful & helpful with today's tire & alignment needs! Hands down, they are the best around!!! Manager-Paul, there has also been great in the past to deal with. Hats off to the crew there! Couldn't be a more satisfied customer! Made my day & week!

Loved the efficiency and courtesy of the team. As a woman, not all vehicle shops feel comfortable. They were also very efficient. I called in the morning, got an afternoon appointment, was seen at my appointment time, and was out of there within the hour. They are also experienced with electric vehicles which is another plus. Totally recommend town fair tire on VFW in West Roxbury.

This Town Fair Tire took very good care of me. Great ties at a great price! Celestino took time to explain everything to me so I could make a decision on a new set of tires that was just as good as factory tires and was $80.00 less per tire than factory price. Major shout out to Celestino!!!

I went to get my tire repaired, I was almost expecting to be told that it can t be fixed and I would have to buy at least two new tires. (The tires are still in good shape.) They removed a nail from my tire and patched it from the inside. I was only charged to mount and balance the tire, under $13.00. The staff was friendly and courteous, when I do need new tires this is where I will go!

While driving into work I discovered I had a nail in my tire and needed it repaired as quickly as possible since I have to drive on highways all the time based on where I live. The town fair tires website showed the earliest appointments I could find was 3 days later, but I thought maybe if I could just stop by a shop after work they could squeeze me in the next day. I was right, they were kind enough to take the tire and fix it before noon the next day. I am very appreciative of their quick help.

My wife (a doctor) said 'The was the cleanest, most professional place I have ever seen. They were polite, repaired the tire and showed me a spotless shop." Wonderful statement from a woman who is not often moved.

First time getting tires at my grown age and they made it easy for me. From choosing the right size tires to explaining the insurance policy and guarantee of the tires I left comfortable and confident in my purchase. The guys were professional and patient with my questions and concerns. Little to no wait for service.

Paul, (manager) was belligerent, ignorant and denied my truthful complaint that on 2 occasions his mechanics had damaged my aluminum rims!He turned red, flew off the handle, and denied that it could be possible that his team had damaged my rims yet he replaced the old lug nuts that were rounded off by one of his technicians last time. After spending hours and over $377. + ins. per tire.The second time, 2 tires spent $800 with insurance. PAUL (as much as I wanted to like him, and work with him) said he would pay for half of repair of the rims?Then PAUL, insulting me, said that I did it myself and his guy could not have done it. Offering me $15.I am disabled, soft-spoken and was just trying to take care of my elderly mother's car.I left feeling intimidated, and unjustifiably cheated. Never wanting to ever go back there for rotation, insurance, warranties, or anyting. Wasted 6 or more hours of my life, just to feel humiliated by Paul's attitude.Paul, you sir, need meditation, medication or a new job! Just take care of yourself.Paul you were rude, dismissive (first offering to pay - then denying responsibility, finally saying that I was a liar) just incredibly insulting.I will never go to your store in West Roxbury or TFT ever again.I'd rather pay more and get treated better! You have no etiquette whatsoever!Rich, if you really care about TFT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Town Fair in West Roxbury has always been great. Ive been coming here for years through a few different vehicles. I always recommend Town Fair to my friends and family. Mike always has advice for me on which tire is best for the vehicle i have brought in. Great prices, great work, great experience every time I go to Town Fair in West Roxbury.

Paul was extremely helpful and got me back on the road in about an hour. I really appreciated him not just assuming I didn't know what I needed because I am a woman. He listened to my needs and did not try to oversell me on anything. Paul made sure my car was road safe and was pleasant the whole time. Overall, extremely happy with the service today and I will be back again when I need new tires!

Everyone was professional, and the service was completed satisfactorily. It took awhile, but was super inexpensive (with a free tire rotation thrown in), so I was fine to wait.

If appointments are made to expedite your experience, well, NOT HERE. They do a fairly good job with new installations, but the after care was very very VERY POOR. As a walk-in, I was expected to wait 2 hours, WITH an appointment, STILL a 2 hour wait for TIRE ROTATION. Then he says, it ll be like 10 minutes once you re in! I mean, I m not asking to build me a tire from scratch.Town Fair has to figure this out because this isn t the customer experience I expected. The wait time is really ridiculous and inconvenient. For a tire rotation, I should have been in and out especially with an appointment. The employee said that even WITH AN APPOINTMENT, the wait is 1 hour to 1 and a 1/2 hour wait. So, keep this in mind when you book an appointment. You ll be having lunch and dinner at Town Fair Tire s Ritz-Carlton-Inspired luxurious waiting room. If you re gonna make people wait this long, as LEAST provide coffee by the way. Truly disappointed. Next time, I m either going to buy my tires at BJ s, Pep Boys or Sullivan Tire. Done spending THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS with Town Fair for horrendous service. Hope making me wait 2 hours for a tire rotation was worth losing a long time customer. Would I return? That would be an EMPHATIC and RESOUNDING .F NOOOOOOOO and neither should YOU. If you decide to go anyways, remember you read my review here, so, don t be upset.

Appointment made several days in advance started 1 hour late. Tires were not inflated correctly. Alignment left steering wheel not centered.Not going back to this place.

Paul and his team at Town Fair tire in West Roxbury are absolute superstars on so many levels! (Mike, Solestino) their prices put to shame any other local tire retailer and or installer. If you do, by some miracle, happened to find a lower price than town fair, they seem Wesley honor their price match guarantee.. no hassle, no drama! Their customer service is far superior to any car repair or tire shop I've ever done business with. You get the benefits of a large chain store with super competitive prices as well as the benefits of a local neighborhood shop, where "everyone knows your name." Their ongoing and consistent support is both pricelessand so very appreciated, and I can't stress enough how completely and genuinely pleased I am with the cats at West Roxbury Town Fair Tire. I had an amazaing experience! The tire shop is always busy but i popped a tire new years and then needed to replace all 4. I was able to stop by townfair tire, talk to an expert name Ellistino(I was unable to write down his name so excuse any mispelling) and from there we were good to go! He was able to provide my father and I with quick, accurate and super helpful + relevant info regarding which tires we were looking for and what they had in stock. He helped replace my popped tire and a week later he was able to replace all 4! 5 stars for sure

Been going here for almost 10 years not only is the customer service great, the deals you get on tires, rims etc are dope including their insurance packages on their items. Turn around time is always impeccable!

I regret my entire experience at this store! And my issues continue! I made an 11:30 am appointment for repair of a slow leak on one of my tires. There is a notification that based on customers before you your appointment could be delayed by at most an hour after that time. The gentleman who helped me said we would be getting you in shortly as we re doing ok with our schedule i gave him my keys and sat outside to wait 12:30 came and passed 1 o clock came and passed i went back inside to get an update and was told i was next and would be taken. Around 1:10 my car was brought in.There was an issue at the valve stem and i was charged for a recalibration of my tire pressure monitoring system and a partial balance of that tire.My TPMS never reactivated and eventually i got an info alert on this screen specifying there was a problem.I called and got Paul who pretty much told me they might be able to help me but wasn t guaranteeing a successful reset.I ended my frustrating conversation by saying i was going to go to the dealership and get competent people who were familiar with my car(2020 Suburu ascent) to remedy a problem created by the technician at this shop.So now I m looking at another appointment, probably with a fee and even more time spent on what should have been a quick and easy, in and out repair.Problems happen. Nothing is guaranteed to be done completely right the first time. But a good business APOLOGIZES when THEY create a problem. THEY don t take an attitude or convey the message I don t know what to tell you when they re made aware of an issue.They adhere to an appointment schedule or keep you in the loop if they re delayed.I regret going to this location for service. I hope others don t have my experience.

I was greeted and helped by a wonderful member of the team who was able to find me a good fair price on four brand new tires with 40,000 miles guarantee. They did my alignment and everything for under $700. They were awesome! Now the car is running smoothly and efficiently.

I was genuinely greeted by Mike in sales to purchase 4 new tires. He did a fabulous job explaining everything to me and giving me all of the options, so that I would feel safe in my car as I drive up north into the winter months for work in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Plus I was given a tire warranty to cover any problems in the future. Highly recommend this location in West Roxbury
