I had a screw in my tires. I first went to Montesino & Sons and was ignored by the 5+ men just chatting outside the shop. i left and went to E&J Auto Tech Center & Tire. The only lady who could speak a bit of English told me they didn't fix tires here and to go around the corner. At this point, I'm getting frustrated. I googled and found Big Tire Shop. Called to see if they could fix my tire and showed up about 5 minutes after I called. the guy acknowledged me and called someone else to fix it. There's really nowhere to sit and wait inside. The inside is just the shop and no chairs. It got cold and started raining so i did go in there to wait. It took about 15 minutes and cost $35. Would definitely come again.

I live very close to Big Tire Shop and my husband and I get 3 cars serviced there regularly over the years.Most times I go the manager allows people to go before me who was not waiting before me (most likely letting their friends cut).Now when I go I ask how many cars are in front of me, they will tell me a number AND STILL let more people cut who wasn't in line.This place will NEVER get my business again.Pay attention to how often how many cars that weren't in line get serviced before you next time you go, and how they always "make a mistake" with the number count of the cars before you.They do not respect your time. Stay Away!

I had snow tires mounted and balanced ($120) before heading on a road trip. Just a couple of hours driving one tire leaked air to below 10 PSI, and another shook the car as it was not balanced properly. I called and requested a refund of half - the cost of the balancing. They refused, saying "they were balanced amigo"

Customer service is horrible they lost the key to my wheel lock. owner can t take responsibility for it, he keep saying he going give me a call haven t heard from him. now giving me the run around, bad for business all business make mistakes but to act like you didn t touch it knowing you did is corny can never support them again and been going here for years

i cannot believe my eyes. i was charged extra for my tire even though i specifically asked for my tire back and to not throw it away. they did not take me seriously. this place was rude to me as well and highly expensive i will never come back here. they are the worst. scammers. terrible i m so angry.

One thing I can say I I definitely fell in love with their service and wonderful hospitality! I had called and searched all over Boston s local areas for a shop that can change a 26 inch rim and install them on to my suv. When I say I am beyond pleased. I honestly mean it. They girl was very knowledgeable of the services, prices were fare, The guys also were very fast an knowledgeable as well, an careful at all times. They did practice 6 ft distancing an wore masks too. This is a place where I am guaranteed to be returning regular.

Holy cow! It's been awhile since I had a flat tire. I found this place on the internet. I was in and out with the tires balanced and rotated in less than 20 minutes. I almost felt like I was part of NASCAR. Lol

Be very careful when you have your tire There, Especially when Do work on your car, keep your eyes open to what they're doing and how they're doing it. Because if you don't, it may end up Costing you a lot of out-of-pocket money because they don't take ownership for when they make a mistake They put it on the customer as if it was there Fault to what happened to There Vehicle. I believe strongly if you have a business within the community, you take care of the customer. Within the community or not , When speaking to who ever I spoke to there I realized "That they were not going too make it right for me. Let's just say had I've not noticed. What was happening to my car? I could have been in great danger. Let's just say maybe my tire could have came off. And they still wouldn't take ownership for it. Would be my fault. I wouldn't go to this place ever again to eachh's own. Do what you like. But I said you'd be very careful. For me, it's not about bad mounting someone or their business. I strongly believe right is right and wrong is wrong. And they were wrong to how they handled me and what they did to me. When I went back there, I don't appreciate it. And this is not a business for this community.

I called to see if they could fit me in sometime in the next day or so for a new tire, they said to come right down! Ramon and his guys were super quick, friendly, and the whole thing only cost me $88 (new tire, balance and disposal of old tire)! Made my bonehead move of hitting a curb A WHOLE LOT easier to handle!

Great place and very fast service. I have been down from three tire shops by saying we are overbooked the same day and finally I have a call to these guys and they said we are busy but come over, we will get it done today. I went there and waited nearly 30 minutes (it s one day before the Christmas Eve) and my turn came. In five minutes they fixed and it was reasonable charges after all. The place doesn t look appealing but you would love their service and professionalism.

I went to Big Tire Store today and needed a new tire and the team was amazing! I got a new tire in less that ten minutes and it cost me only $77! A team member even offered me a chair to sit while I wait. I will be going back for sure!

best tire shop in the city! very professional and on point they have a wide variety of tires and other necessities! their staff is unbelievable so kind they explain everything to you as they are putting your tires on or taking them off whatever you're getting done they will explain to you what they're doing step by step so you know they're not messinwith anything!!!! it's pretty awesome they do that because that is all we can really ask for these days, somebody being straight up with us!!!

Recieved my inspection sticker from this shop. Although there was a wait, the folks here are extremely well organised, quick and efficient.Unfortunately, my car failed, but the guy who did the inspection was very kind about explaining options.When I need new tires, or a tire repair, I will definitely be coming here. Good experience!

Went to get a used tire, they tell me that my tire is $65, drove it around parked it play Within 6 hours I have a flat. I think they gave me a defect, Tire going there tomorrow to see if they can give you another one or my money back? Be to continue

Let me just say this is by far cheaper than any other place near the place for the quality of used tires you get. The people here are so nice and welcoming. This is the only place I m coming to for inspections and stickers.

I went in on Friday 5/3/19 to get a tire replaced because I had an air bubble due to curbing/potholes on Sunday morning when I woke up I had a complete flat tire. I am unsatisfied with the service the guy gave me a used tire. I was only charged $55 for a mechelin tire of which typically range around $100 for each tire. I had to go to an NTB to get the tire replaced. Pls stick to the real professionals.

Good place, average tire shop, their used tire are really good tho, almost new, so they do sell you good used tires. Guy that helped me was cool and gave me advise after checking the rest, which he didn't have to do, could of been trying to get a sale but the knowledge he shared with me was very helpful and appreciated.
