Shawn came highly recommended by long time friend who's been in the automotive business for 37 plus years. Shawn met all my expectations and then some. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Shawn came highly recommended from a friend who has used him for over 30 years. I can not give them enough stars! Excellent service, care, knowledge, and kind too! If you go...trust me- they will become your car mechanic forever. One of the best mechanics I've ever worked with, he's the one who will fix everything that others didn't know how to! I have been bringing my vehicles to Shawn over at Family Auto Clinic for close to 15 years and wouldn't trust any other mechanic to work on them. He is extremely knowledgeable and will explain to you in detail the problem and what will be involved to get the repair done right. I just brought my 2017 Jaguar in to Shawn last week and he found me top quality rotors and brake pads and did the job for a fraction of the price that the dealership wanted. I highly recommend Family Auto Clinic. Once you meet Shawn and see how honest, meticulous, and skilled of a technician he is you won't bring your vehicle anywhere else.

Great find! Shawn knows all years of Toyotas. Shawn got my headlights working and fixed a leak on a 1978 FJ40 Land Cruiser. I will be lining up work for Shawn to do to the truck over the winter.Services: Transmission, ExhaustServices: Transmission, Exhaust

I will only take my car to Family Auto, nowhere else. Sean is the best, he is very honest and takes the time to explain everything so well. As a young woman, it feels good to know that my lack of car knowledge will not be taken advantage of and that I am getting a fair service at a fair price, which is hard to come by! The only place I trust..highly recommend!!

I have been going to Family Auto Clinic for nearly 10 years. Shawn is great at communicating what needs to be fixed. Everything is fixed correctly the fist time at a reasonable expense. Easily my favorite place to take my car to get worked on/ for oil changes. Shawn is always very fast, efficient, and informative. He always gives me tons of information to help me better understand all of the things I've had going on with my car. Thanks Shawn!!

Honest, informative and affordable. Family auto was able to diagnose and fix a loud grinding noise my last service provider ignored and assured me wasn't a safety problem. Relieved to have someone with more experience working on my car.

The Toyota dealer s service dept. gave a cryptic description of the problem that my car was having. So when l had another mechanic give a quote on the work, they couldn t tell me with any certainty, how much it was going to cost.Shawn, on the other hand gave a best and worst case scenario (both of which were less than the dealer s quote). Shawn was even able to explain the complexity of the problem that other shops were having, but assured me that he knew what the problem was. Shawn has been our mechanic for almost 20 years, working on 6 different vehicles during that time.We trust him explicitly -- He is always honest, informative and to the point so that we have the necessary information to make decisions concerning repairs.- He stands by his work and our cars have performed better because of his knowledge, experience and talent.- He is always friendly and available to discuss what to do for the best outcome possible.- We have never felt "overfixed" or overcharged and believe that he does his best to keep costs down whenever possible. However, he does not cut any corners that are necessary and always does what's best for the customer's vehicle and their safety.We are so glad that we were so lucky to have found him - and recommend him to anyone who has a car.Thanks Shawn!!!Louise, Jeff, Cam & Jess

Sean at Family Auto Clinic helped me immediately when I called in a panic with a punctured tire and a deadline to pick up kids from school in a few hours. When it turned out the tire couldn t be patched, he explained why, hopped on the phone to order replacements and put on my spare in the meantime. Next day he made installation a priority, knowing I needed to be able to transport kids and get home. All in all just a great experience.

I highly recommend this facility! I always felt like I was in the dark whenever I had our vehicles serviced at the dealership. Well not anymore! Shawn is not only a great service technician, but also a great person...he takes you under his wing and treats you respectfully. He lets you know what you need now, what you don't need now and what you might need to consider in the future. Definitely worth the trip!!

This was my first time at Family Auto; great attention to details, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The owner was able to accommodate my scheduling with ease. Very clean environment, quality service at a fair price. I will be a repeat customer.

I moved to Rowley and fortunately found Family Auto. Shawn is honest, fair, and goes over and above to explain what needs to be taken care of. I moved out of Rowley two years ago and thought I would try someone closer to my house and it was a big mistake. I decided to go back to family auto and could not be happier. I highly recommend Family Auto

With Oil leak in 2011 Cruze, Shawn explained clearly what he was going to do. He was clear on expenses as well. In the end, car works and looks great. Job well done.

Absolute a**hole stopped a tow I paid 75 dollars for over a fifty dollar fee he wouldn t allow me to pay on my card had to be cash told my tow to leave and ended up paying a ton of money and got an attitude cause I couldn t pay the high quote I received to fix it horrible customer service and care.Service: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement
