I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Anthony's L., the assistant manager at AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, Anthony went above and beyond to help me understand why my car had suddenly died. He patiently took the time to explain and even showed me under the hood where rat droppings were causing issues.Not only did Anthony diagnose the problem, but he also provided invaluable advice on how to prevent rodents from nesting in my engine in the future. His knowledge and willingness to educate customers truly set him apart.Additionally, Anthony L recommended a high-quality car battery tailored to my car and skillfully installed it for me. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my vehicle's optimal performance were evident throughout the entire process.What truly impressed me was Anthony's kindness and patience. I went into the autozoneThe youg lady Matrylou was very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent customer service to the point I mentioned that my job is hiring and could use someone as pleasant as she is. She said no thanks I really like my job here and the people I work with. The patients would love her kind spirit. She was smiling the entire time that she was helping me very approachable good sense of humor.Only if more people in customer service working with the public could be like her.Thank you Marylou for all your help hopefully I have the right name of . person that helped me.

I just left the store with very good feeli ng about one of your employees. His name is Richard. He went above and beyond to help me with my car mat purchase. Because of his willingness to help...I was able to find a good deal. AutoZone needs more employees like him.

They never open on time . Always late and rude . Sometimes they decide to open 8am on a Tuesday even tho hours say 7:30Sometimes even close to 9 but hey screw the clients. Photo was taken 7:45am on a Tuesday

The employees here are extremely rude and disrespectful towards the customers. One of the many young Spanish lady working there (assistant manager I think) was giving a bad attitude towards one of the customers and yelling crazy things and even said I don t have to help you if I don t want to! In front of everybody too. So then why work at a customer service job then? Quit your job if you don t like it! Clearly you can t handle the job. I went to pickup my online order and I was told one of the parts was out of stock when clearly it wasn t, another employee found the part. They don t even put the effort into helping you and just ignores you. Horrible experience at this Roslindale location. My experience here was never pleasant and it just got worst with all these employees working there, clearly they just hire anybody there. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the circus show that goes on at this place.

They suck paid about 200.00 for a new battery,so called worker also less of supervisor told me I was wrong because I brought a new battery make me we wait over 30 minutes hello customers gave you business pay your salaries and your maintenance person wants to fight avoid this place

Gean's,Customer service skills are impeccable he has knowledge of what the store entails. I wish I can give him a trillion stars, because he's helpful and he's patient and he's kind.The whole team are well knowledgeable and they're willing to help customers out as much as, the store will allow them to do so..I am coming to the store again, because of them and they're Customer service skills are outstanding.a satisfied customer..

They hire anyone and everybody you don't even have to know about cars everybody has an attitude they clearly not paying people Enough to be respectful and kind they never know what they're doing whatyou can order something online and it could be out of stock and they wouldn't even put the effort into canceling the order you have to find out when you reach the store I've never had a good experience there

They gave me a hard time about exchanging breaks and rotors that were under warranty. I ended up having to go to another store in order to do the exchange. It was very frustrating. Seems like most of the workers here have no clue what they are doing.I should add that I initially went to another Autozone location, who did not have the inventory to complete the exchange. They looked in the system and said that the Roslindale store had the inventory to be able to exchange the breaks and rotors. When I went there I was told the person who could do exchanges left already and I would have to come back the next day, which was frustrating. Then when I came back the following day I was told he could not compete the exchange. The girl helping me was having a hard time finding my order number even though I brought in the receipt. When the girl said that she couldn't find the transaction in the system, a male coworker said to her to just scan my receipt .seems like that would have been common sense?! I brought the damaged parts in because my mechanic already took them off my car. The male worker told me that he could only do they exchange if I buy brand new parts right there first and then turn in my old parts. That makes no sense! I would still end up having paid for new parts twice if I did that! Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the guy said that he cannot do the exchange. Very unprofessional and won t be coming back to this location seeing as both the Hyde Park and Dedham store are close and have better customer service!

Walked in on Saturday afternoon looking for help with the scan a tool program I keep hearing on the radio. Sure enough a girl at the counter said sure no problem and made it work, Very professional and super patience. Thankx

I usually prefer AutoZone but my first online order (5pm) still isn't filled after 4 hours. Time for bed. Already got parts online and picked up at Advance Auto. 30 minutes (8pm).Online orders should be processed before the next customers. I went in after 2 hours (7pm) 8 customers ahead of me. I ordered from Advance and left.Update: next morning (10am). Under the truck. Still no response from AutoZone.Update update: I have ordered from Advance Auto online 3 times since. AZ Online order still processing. Next day. 1pm.

Store is supposed to open at 7:30am. After waiting, I had to knock on the door at 7:35am. Someone popped her head up, yelled something and rolled her eyes and disappeared. I couldn't even hear what she said she was so far from the door. So I called and she gave me an attitude and said she would open the door in 5 minutes. Horrible service

I normally do not leave negative reviews. However, the service I received deserves it. I arrived on Sunday around 2pm. Walk in a particularly empty store so I was able to go straight to the cashier. The gentleman behind the register told me they were short staffed so they could not check my check engine light problem and to come back in the morning. After work, I call over and immediately get put on hold. After about 7 mins I decided to just start driving over. I get an answer and ask if I will get serviced for a check engine light concern. Hesitantly the employee says sure and proceeds to put me back on hold. I get there moments later go in. The same guy from Sunday is there and tells me to bring my car to the front. Mind you the lot is 2 secs from the door but whatever. The employee comes out and stands by my door without words. So I unknowingly shut off my car. The employee says why would you... turn the car back on . I do and get out. He then says come inside. Goes behind the register, printed out a paper handed it to me then answers the phone. Rudely tells the person on the phone yo I don t understand you The other employees laugh and say that he s funny. He gets off and walks over and starts fraternizing with his coworkers. I say excuse me and ask for any info. The employee who s name tag said Elvin Sales and Customer satisfaction says I m not a mechanic... take it to a mechanic I left the store very unhappy which is why I ve left an essay. Horrible customer service with an employee who acted as though work was the last place he wanted to be. I ve received decent service from here before but today s was undesirable. I d encourage others to go elsewhere for respect and educated employees.

I came in to Exchange an alternator I bought online but the Spanish assistant manager did a full refund instead so his store can get a sale and then tried to get me to pay the amount of the new alternator instead of letting me pay the difference and give me the core deposit back or even using that to pay the 20 dollar difference so I ended up leaving with an old alternator and no solution very unacceptable now my car is sitting waiting on a new alternator until I get a refund 11-2-2021

I just had a great experience, my battery died and Carlos went way over his job duty to help me when other workers told me we don t do this kind of job you need to take it to your mechanic. Those are the kind of workers we need. Please give him a raise, a bonus, a promotion.Thanks

Need more staff, but at least acknowledge we are waiting. It's not the first time . Customer service should be taught no matter what type of establishment. So we left and went to the one on hyde park ave. We always get treated well there.

This particular auto zone staff is not customer friendly. They have you waiting for very long periods of time. I came to get my core charge back. The staff member gave me a receipt for the amount and had me go to another cash register to wait for $12.00. Mind you, this after waiting in line for a long period of time just to get the return receipt. And don t even think about calling them because everybody gets put on hold and they never come back to your call. They have plenty of staff and there but only 2 to 3 dealing with a line of customers. They ve got to do better at this particular location!

Came in to get my battery checked. They were very busy and I had to come back but when I did they immediately went to check my battery, saw that it was a loose terminal and helped me to tighten it. Very good customer service, probably why it's so busy in there.

These representatives needs to be retrained, they re rude and disrespectful, went to return something I bought and while dealing with this light skinned girl she stopped in the middle of the transaction to answer her personal phone and continued to ignore me while waiting and on top of that she had so much attitude. I mean if you don t like your job get a diff job!!!

I realized I had to change my wiperblades due to the heavy rain. When I got to the Roslindale Autozone I honestly expected to just look up the blades and put them on myself. The guys there were really nice looked up the blades and even offered to install them. I was very surprised and impressed. Thank you very much.

Air conditioner in car was blowing hot air..googled it and it suggested possibly frion..in a desperate attempt to avoid heafty mechanic cost..i headed to autozone and asked for frion fruntin like i knew what i was doing..Carlos the representative At the store must have saw right thru me, suggested not only what he thought was the best frion, but also engaged another sales rep who he knew could add it in for me...These guys are the best..saved me money, time and stress. I didnt have to buy attatchment to add frion ( they used thiers) i was able to get less expensive can, and they added it for me. Last weeks temp high 80s/low 90s..same this week..thank you guys for being professional and having great customer service .

Carlos and the rest of the staff here are the absolutely best as far as costumer service and genuine nice people.had blown out head light and Carlos took the time to not only solve the issue but came outside and installed the light. Very happy very nice people.
