I have gone to a different Sullivan Tire that was closer to my old home for a few years, they were not very nice this time. I wanted to replace my (4) tires. I went to Sullivan Tire in Rockland and found a friendly staff! I made the appointment for the next week, and the work was done quickly & competently. Thank you for your friendly approach to business, love my new tires!

Jimmy was awesome! I got a flat on Sunday and he was able to get me four new tires by Monday night! Customer service and communication was awesome, which is a big for me. I appreciate just being kept in the loop. Thank you again and I ll be being all my tires from you from now on.

I went there with a slow leak in my tire. I was told at drop off it was too close to the edge, I don t know if we can fix it but we ll look . Seven hours later I get a call unfortunately the tire was unrepairable, there was damage to the tire in that exact location prior to this one, we can t double patch it, a new tire is $270 . There was never any previous damage to the tire. I took my tire back, brought it to my shop closer to home who patched it for $20. Absolute scammers looking for money.

I contacted Joe Taylor 30 minutes before closing on Friday. Needed 2 tires done on Saturday. My wife and I both work full time during the week. With short notice Joe was able to order 2 new tires and fit me in on a busy Saturday.

I came in with a piece of metal stuck in one tire.The technicians checked it and found that it hadn t punctured the tire. They aired me up all around and sent me on my way with no charge. This was very generous and was excellent customer service. I will be back whenever I have tire trouble. The two young men who were there 4-4:30PM were very patient, friendly, and not cranky.Thanks again.

Five stars. Jimmy could not have been more helpful. My daughter had her car towed to Sullivan Tire in the middle of the night. They checked the car out first thing in the morning. Ordered parts. When the parts came in, they realized there was more damage than expected. I had them stop any repairs. The car was not worth it. Not only did they agree, they allowed us to leave the car there a week (it was not drivable) while we figured out how to salvage it (we lived an hour away). Finally, I called and asked Jimmy for the name of a salvage company - he had one, they came the next day and towed the car away and my daughter made a little money on the salvage. THE MAJOR POINT BEING SULLIVAN TIRE DID NOT MAKE A DIME FOR ALL OF THE WORK THEY DID. INSTEAD THEY GAVE FABULOUS SERVICE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WOULD NOT BE FIXED. 10 STARS!!!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Called and made an appointment, arrived early and they were able to take my car in right away, they found the issue and fixed it (nail) with a plug. The cost was $30 which is on the high end of the spectrum but was happy with the service and professionalism.I try and keep it local to support our own.

All of the staff at the Rockland Sullivan Tire are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I always have a good experience and go there for everything. My car has had battery issues recently and every time I ve called unexpectedly and without an appointment they have helped me right away and gotten me out of there within an hour. I d highly recommend this location to anyone. Great customer service and efficient work.

Got 4 brand new tires $88 each that's a good price and an alignment. My flat was kinda an emergency situation and they had my tires swapped out and my car ready to go 2 hrs early. Great guys

I live close by the Rockland store, and I couldn't be happier with Sullivan Tire. The store managers are all excellent to work with have always given me exceptional service. Nick, Jimmie and Steve are top notch, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I collect cars and do not hesitate to have these guys handle everything from front end alignments to mounting drag radials on widened wheels, these guys are the pros.

A great location. It's true when they say employees make the difference. They have done a great job keeping my 1997 Lincoln Town Car on the road. I highly recommend them for your tire and service needs

The guys are great at Rockland, MA location. Always helpful, excellent customer service and today they helped me out by putting on a RUSH tire install due to my son being sick and needing to be picked up from school literally got the call after being shuttled to my work down the St. I go there for my oil changes, tires, tire rotation and have always been very happy. I highly recommend them!

I'm pretty sure I have already left a review for here...my usual location for any tire service even though we've moved a bit further away, closer to other locations sites of this area family chain. Maybe it was another branch. But my take uniform across locations: you are not being taken for a ride here. They are honest, transparent about products, professional in attention, not intimidating. Will NOT come out to waiting room w that deeply concerned face reporting some other unexpected problem that can be corrected for that added $50...enough to go ouch, not enough to feel like getting another opinion. We've now lived on the south shore since 2004. After trying out other places, stand alone smaller and closer to home, I go to Sullivan's as default, no hassle place.

I've always used Sullivan Tire for my commercial vehicles and would never use another tire company.This time I bought 4 tires for my Jeep. Not only was the price less than Town Fair Tire but they literally did the work in an hour. My Jeep is now looking good for the summer with these beefy new Wranglers and when I looked at my receipts I noticed an envelope all filled out with a stamp on it for a refund of $60- from Goodyear. They even put the stamp on for me!!!!!I'm blown away by the fast and EXPERT service I was given. 5 stars isnt enough!

I love the Sullivan tire in Rockland, The gentlemen that work at this location are so professional and seem to really care about you as the customer,The waiting area is always clean, and always a nice supply of hot beverages free of charge.I won't go anywhere else for my tires!

This one goes out to the trucking guys in the back. I got sent to them by another Sullivan tire to see if they could mount my tires for my custom wheels on my lifted suburban. These guys went out of their way to help me out and were able to come up with a solution in just a couple of minutes. They got me out of a situation that would have left me screwed for who knows how long. Thanks guys

Have had many vehicles fitted with new tires here. Skid steers, F350, dodge dually VW sportwagen, also VW GTi lowered on coil overs had an alignment done. Always work well done.

I have used them recently instead of the dealership as my car is getting older now. Not really sure on them yet 3 visits ago they suggested like $800 of work but it was kinda we'll keep an eye on it incase it gets worse. Heard nothing about needing those repairs since. Also routinely forget to put the your next service is due on stickers on both of my cars.

Staff at Rockland shop has been together for several years and it shows in professionalism, genuine respect for customers and quality of work done. Management trains new employees very well and the result is a positive experience by all their customers.

Good service. Had enough tires in stock, and a tie rod that was needed. It makes a big difference for customers when stores have your parts in stock because it means less waiting around.

So I called to set up an appointment to have my breaks done they where dangerously bad no one ask me if I wanted all 4 done or just front or just the rear or even informed me that they where that bad they only did the rear for almost $900 and they are still pedal to the floor bad I will not be going back that is a safty issue I was trying to fix that no one bothered to address when I made the appointment (town fair tires doesn't do breaks and they warned me even thoughIknew)

Stopped in to have tire pressure checked , very unprofessional and dismissive because I asked for a free service they offer. Then told it s gonna be while give me like an hour or so.
