Unbelievably good customer service. I dealt with Tom from the service department. He was knowledgeable and quick to keep me updated on my cars repairs. The mechanics fixed a very complex problem with our evoque that other mechanics could not figure out, they went above and beyond, even test driving the car for a full day before returning it to ensure the problem was resolved. Thank you! And great work Tom.
