Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. Overall a great experience ! They were very busy and he could have easily brushed me off but saved my day instead. I d def return in the futureService: Auto brake repair

I can't recommend Advance Auto highly enough! The team here is not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also super friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued customer.The trust I have in Advance Auto is unmatched I know my vehicle is in good hands every time I bring it in. In addition to taking care of acute problems, they also always let me know if some more maintenance is needed (tires getting worn etc.), but are never pushy about it and I never feel like I am being "sold" on something I do not need. They are my trusted advisors for everything automotive and that is hard to find!If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop, Advance Auto is the place to go. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Brought my car in for a state inspection after taking it to a highly rated/experienced tinting shop and installing window tints that were within the legal limit.Despite this, I was told my window tints weren't within the legal limit, and was given conflicting information by two different service technicians regarding what my window tints needed to be.Upon asking for clarification, I was reminded several times that there are cameras in the service bay and they can't pass the car with the tints because they'd get in trouble.I made it clear that I was *not* attempting to get around the tinting rules, but simply wanted a clear straight answer of what my 4 window tints are supposed to be, and how a very reputable tinting shop would've put illegal tint levels on my car, considering that's what they do for a living *every day*.After having my time wasted during 2 separate visits, I took my car to a different auto shop that did my inspection in 15 minutes and passed my car without a problem. Given that this other shop, and all other ones licensed to give inspections, have cameras watching, why was it that only Advance Auto Center had so much trouble inspecting my car?I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 solely because I love the dog and cat that hangout in the waiting room!

Updating 5 stars to still 5 stars! There's usually a dog here that is friendly and sweet and also.... A CAT!! Saw the cat for the first time recently and and I told all my cat friends. Cat was also friendly but for real, this place is great. Very reasonable and they don't take advantage of me not knowing anything about my car

Brought in a used car I planning to buy for an presale inspection. The car ended up being full of problems. The Advanced Auto Care team were so helpful and saved me a huge headache in the future. Highly recommend!!!

I have had to visit these guys twice in the last two weeks: once for a side wall puncture in my tire, and once for my inspection sticker. Both times were equally positive experiences! The staff are kind, honest, and helpful, and they get you in and out faster than any other shop I have ever been to. Pricing is VERY reasonable, and quality of work is excellent. You will absolutely not be disappointed in choosing Advance (pretty sure everyone at our work goes here as well)!

I ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with my experience. The staff/technicians are friendly and attentive. They make sure you are fully aware of the maintenance updates that are required and provide suggestions for any additional work in the future to extend the life of the vehicle. The service provided is very fast, even when scheduling last minute, or they will inform you in advance if they require additional time and keep you posted as to the status. Advanced Auto Center offers a great list of services and I highly recommend them.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

For years I felt uncomfortable with garages. Advanced Auto Center is a breath of fresh air. They are honest about what needs to be done to your car, they offer less expensive used parts. Some of the guys can be a little dry at the front desk, but Cooper the dog helps make up for that. They are honest, fair, and reasonably priced. My mom and I both take our cars here.

I have been using these guys for over 12 years. Great service and complete honesty. I now live in Connecticut and still use them as I work nearby once a week. If you need car repair, use them. They are the best.

Changed the oil (synthetic) rotated the tires, changed the wiper blades for winter and got an inspection sticker. The price was extremely reasonable. The waiting room was very comfortable.

I really like this place because it's quick, easy, and down the street from my work.I like that I can drop it off on a whim, almost, and pick it up at the end of the day after I'm done with work.I typically get my oil changed and sticker here. I appreciate them checking out the whole car for issues while they do my oil. Once they noticed a tear in my tire and were able to order me new tires and replace them the next day.The only thing I don't like about here is that the sign on the door says "masks required" to enter the building, but half of them don't wear their masks half the time. If you ask, they'll put it on, but I think they should be wearing them the entire time, even to protect themselves. It feels uncomfortable walking in and having to pause before going up to the counter.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had a rear end fixed by another maintenance repair only 1 year ago and it failed. Had a pinion bearing issue with a rear end oil leak. Advance Auto Center replaced the rear end with a low mileage used rear axle on my F150 and did a fantastic job! No more noise when I accelerate or decelerate. Price was terrific and I'm satisfied. My son now uses AAC and I will for all my future needs

I would highly recommend these guys! As this was my first car, my sister referred me, she said they'll take really good care of you and they wont overcharge, and that was my experience! everything was very reasonable, it was done quickly and everyone was very polite. I will absolutely trust them in the future, thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about this place. My whole family has their cars serviced there. Quality work at a fair price. So much cheaper than the dealership. I recommend them to others all the time. We even bought my son a car from Advance!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Very professional, honest, reliable, quality workmanship. They are very accomodating and customer friendly. They have taken me as a walk-in on several occasions and they have a very clean, comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for any type of auto repairs, inspection stickers, etc. They do it all.

Had a windshield wiper stop working, and I brought it into them for repair because it was too cold for me to look at it. Turns out it was just a loose bolt, and he tightened it for me free-of-charge.Awesome customer service. I will definitely go to them again in the future for paid service.

I have been coming to Advance Auto for the last 7 years and I don't trust my vehicles with anyone else. These guys are honest and reliable. As a woman who doesn't know much about vehicles, they are always patient and understanding when I am trying to explain something and don't know the true car terminology.Thank you Advance Auto for being the best in the business!!! Have a fleet of cars that need maintainance and have inspections done and although limited interaction so far, my experience has been great, nice waiting area with tv, coffee and rest room, friendly knowledgeable staff, friendly dog to keep you company. So far so good.

I ve been to Advance Auto in Newton for work on my F150 several times. Today they installed 4 Pirelli tires and alignment, Steve and staff was awesome and I will continue to be a customer.Thank YouTommy

I have had 7 cars in the past 16 years that have been maintained by all sorts of dealers and auto service and repair shops. Advance Auto Center has been maintaining my two cars (Saab 9-3 and VW Passat) for the last 18 months and I have never seen this combination of great quality of actual service, affordability and above all customer service. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

They had my 1980 Chevy for 3 days just to fix my wipers and they are still broken tryed to tell me it was a fuse box but they where wrong they dont realize I know more about the car then them brought it there for stalling and they couldn't fine the problem. I found the problem I am going to take them to court they put a sticker on it I didnt ask for and they put front wheel bearing in they didnt ask I was ripped 640.00Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical
