Since I contacted European collision I noticed the professionalism by Marylou took over the job by calling the other party insurance and got me a rental car. Rob the owner took the time and listened to my concerns in getting my truck fixed and to make it looking new again. And the results absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them any day of the week. I got my car fixed, new rim, cleaned and washed. Thanks for the professionalism guys.

I had a collision recently on my SUV and my insurance recommended this body shop and I d like to give it a 5 star for the whole estimation and repair processes. I got my car in a pristine look both inside and outside, and they even helped the installation of my front car plate without being requested to do so. People here are really nice and professional.

The staff we spoke with were kind, helpful and reliable. They got our car back to us almost 2 weeks earlier than expected after our car accident and it looks and runs as good as new!

Brought my Mercedes E550 in for work after a rear-end collision recently based on some of the reviews I had read, and they were close by. Rob and his team were all fantastic. Friendly, helpful throughout the journey in dealing with adjusters, appraisers, and most importantly, the end result.After his team completed the bodywork, and the car needed to go to the dealer for the remains repair, and the MB Service Advisor commented that the car looked brand new.I wouldn't go anywhere else if you're in the Revere/Lynn/Winthrop area and in need of bodywork - this shop's top notch.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a a hit and run, and coming back to find my car damaged. Geico and and I worked together to get my car to European collision works. The owner and team took car of the body and internal damage done EXCELLENTLY. As they worked in a very efficient and professional manner, reaching out when needed and filling out all proper paper work as efficiently as possible. On top of that, this happened all throughout the Covid-19 crisis. I would highly recommended 10/10, the car was returned like new, interior and exterior cleaned out throughly.

European Collision is the best around here. I have a Land Rover Range Rover Velar, someone hit the car while it was parked and I called my insurance and they told me if I have any preferences of body shop and a friend referred me to European Collision. The staff was super nice and friendly and the manager was understanding and prepared to help. I got my car in like 4 weeks due to parts and everything. When I picked up the car. My car looks bring new one even though it s a bring new car but the car looks like it came from the factory itself. They did a wonderful job I think they even wax the car and clean the interior as well. My car looks marvelous and I m happy with the work they have done and I would definitely go back there if I have any future incidents and you should too, just saying .I love the work and thanks again. One more thing the manager even discounted my deductible and I only had to pay $700 instead of $1000, thank you again and you guys are the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From being greeted byMarilyn to picking up my car , that looked like new both inside and outside, my experience was fantastic.Marilyn is very well informed, if she didn t have the information needed she found out and called back immediately. I had endless questions and with patience she answered them all.We all known how frustrating it can be dealing with car issues, they make it as pleasant as possible. My car experienced a hit and run in the streets of South Boston and I was referred here by Geigco. The people here were very accommodating and got my car in right away! They did a great job repairing everything, and even bumped out some existing dents. My car looks better than it has in years, and they detailed the inside a bit it seems. Rob/European Collision Works were very friendly, helped me with the process, did everything in the matter of time span they said they would! Rob made me feel very comfortable and was super nice! My car looks brand new again and I'm very happy!! Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. :)

Took my truck here to get some work done to it. They were completely professional and the work was amazing. They handled everything from the insurance claim to the rental car. They made sure I got taken care of by the rental company. When it was all done, I was walked to my car and asked to look for anything that was not satisfactory. These guys know how to treat their customers and get the job done in a timely manner.

I got into TWO car accidents in a matter of a month. I took my car in twice to get it repaired. Each time I got my car back, it was perfect! My car looked brand new and ran great. I also appreciated that I could drop off my rental at the shop, and if I needed a rental, the shop would call to have a rental dropped off to me at the shop instead of going through the hassle of going to the rental place. Rob was great, and everyone else was very nice.

Id have to say that I am extremely happy with the way my car turned out. they went above and beyond to fix my car. im not going to lie, this was the first time that my car needed to go into an auto body shop so I was a bit nervous, but when I saw it on the day I picked up, I was super happy. Rob and all the staff there were super nice and made me feel really comfortable. there is no doubt that I am going to refer everyone I know that needs their car worked on to European Collision Works

Have been doing work with European Collision Works for over a decade. Never dissappointed, always satisfied. No nonsense and very quick turn around. Very convenient car rental services that pick you up and you leave the car at the body shop at the end. My 2012 BMW was hit in the back and i couldnt believe the damage that was done to my car. It was brand new, i was nervous that it was never going to be the way it was before the accident. A co-worker of mine recommended European collision works and told me he had his car repaired at their collision shop. They did an outstanding job and walked me through the entire procedure. Lets just say i am so glad i brought my car there and i cannot even tell it was in an accident!! Thank you very much you guys did an excellent job and my car looks and feels brand new again!!!!! And just to let you guys know, i am a very very fussy person and i appreciate how well your shop took care of me!! Brian Gibbons

They worked efficiently after our CR-V got t-boned, went above and beyond, and were very nice when we picked up the vehicle. You could never tell the car was hit. Totally recommended!

Can t say enough good about Rob & his professional people at European bought a brand new 2022 got clipped within 3 weeks & it came out better than when I bought it honestly I had no prior experience at European it was recommended & I m grateful it was made my life easy & gave me peace of mind !! I know the owners, very nice service, the body work and painting they do is excellent...I had my cars there different occasions for body work, and after they are done, you can't tell the difference of where the repair was....
