Very trusting mechanic! I moved to the area a few years ago. I am always skeptical of choosing new mechanics as a young woman, but Braz Motors is AMAZING. I went to them recently to replace a radiator because mine was leaking. They went above and beyond. I also had this ongoing issue with one of my tires. I thought I had a cracked rim (I even went to a different mechanic last year to get the rim replaced, but it ultimately didn t solve my problem). It wasn t an urgent issue, and after talking to several other mechanics about it over the past year, I wasn t optimistic that Braz would be able to fix it. BUT to my surprise they were able to diagnose and solve not just one, but two of my car problems! I was so pleasantly surprised. I ll be bringing my car to them for all future issues.

Braz motor got me in super fast when I drove over a screw in my tire. The service was great, fast, and friendly. Couldn't be more stoked to have an auto place like this in the neighborhood

Braz Motor Auto Repair is a great mechanic that won t try to up-sell you anything that isn t needed for your vehicle. My wife is Brazilian so when she had car trouble she felt most comfortable talking to someone in Portuguese about her car issues. Great people and very reasonably priced.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. The front desk gentleman (owner?) is very reasonable and helpful. I got my truck repaired here and he allowed me to put $ down and pay the rest the week following. Very very reasonable. Im always skeptical of mechanics for many reasons but I ll be taking my other truck to this place for repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Took my car to Braz because it was the closest shop with 5 stars. I needed a clutch replaced on an Audi. I was in for a big nasty surprise. First, Braz bent a part on my car. They tried to tell me to replace the $600 part because it was old without telling me that they bent it. Very dishonest and I found out about this much later from another shop. So they were charging me for their mistakes. I later found out with another shop that not only did they bend it, they tried to blowtorch it and bend it back to normal. You can see the discolouration in the part where they blowtorched it. Secondly, they were extremely unprofessional. They gave the car back to me with nearly a dead battery and no gas when I brought the car to them with plenty of gas and a healthy battery. Third, they failed to follow directions. I gave them directions on how to replace the clutch and other things. They did things their way, and when I confronted them about it, the owner was rude. They gave the car back to me with a violent vibration and inability to shift into 5th and 6th gears. Lastly, although they refunded me for the clutch job after repeatedly telling them that they messed up the repair, they failed to pay for the parts that they broke, stripped and bent which were over $500. They are not returning my phone calls which is why I decided to leave a fair and honest review. This place might have a decent reputation among locals, but I had an extremely poor experience and I will never bring my car here again.Service: Transmission

I was visiting Boston from out of state and my power steering broke. I took my car to this shop and the staff was very professional and did their best to get me on my way home. They had my car fixed and repaired in a few hours and charged a great price. I greatly appreciate the work they did. 10/10 highly recommended. High integrity business.

Had a flat tire, the tire needed Replaced. They took me right in, liked everywhere a tire and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Cleison and his guys do a great job and work very hard. AAA+++ Service! I highly recommend!!

These guys are awesome!! I am always very skeptical of having people work on my car and the price they offer (especially being a female.) But these guys were completely professional, fair, kind, and most importantly they did a great job on my car. If you are looking for educated and honest mechanics that offer 100% the best price GO HERE!! Great company.

Dealing with car repair shops can be as dreadful as dealing with car dealerships. I went to this place based on reviews online and I am just as equally pleased. The quote I was given was fair and I also had different options depending on my budget. They also pointed out a few other things my car needed some work on and it all got squared away at a very reasonable price. Glad to have found this place and will gladly bring my car back. I am really happy with the level of service I received.

This is by far the best shop in Boston!! I wish I took my car here before I moved from Newton to Eastie. Prices are very reasonable, they are so professional and timely. I just moved to Atlanta and I had my power steering pressure hose replaced a couple weeks before I left Boston. After a couple weeks in Atlanta my power steering was acting up again and a shop down here said it was the same issue and the hose was just defective. I called up Braz and they covered ALL the labor costs for the repair in Atlanta and the part was under warranty!! He communicated with the shop in Atlanta to get the part sent out there and everything was seamless. I will always recommend this shop for anyone who lives in the Boston area!!

My engine basically exploded (I m dramatic, I know) and I was terrified because I hate going to the mechanic. My experiences with mechanics are as follows: take advantage of me because I don t understand cars, take advantage of me because I can t understand what they re saying and just say yea ok do that , or hold my car hostage because they re actually a money laundering facility that only takes cash. This was one of the best mechanic experiences of my life. I only went here because they were the closest to my location (was at the airport parking lot) when I started my car and I am so happy it was here and not at home. The guy at the desk was super helpful, friendly, and I was afraid it was going to cost me a trillion dollars but it was *reasonable*. I d be honored to go back, though I m getting a new car soon, so hopefully not anytime in the near future.

Excellent work. Nice people. Polite. Friendly. Prices are the best. Parts and labor. They work on engines and repairs, and all kinds of maintenance. Most makes and models. I see a few antiques in there once in a while. UPDATE: they moved to Revere, on Broadway. Still excellent service. They get busy though, so be patient. Great service. Reasonable. Doesn't nickel and dime you. Very nice and professional. Ive been seeing them for the past 1.5 years that i have had my car and i will NEVER go anywhere else!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Owner is very nice and understanding. Great business.

Went to Braz Motors for first time and was a great experience, they checked my car and gave me the total price for the parts and labor the same day, car was fixed the next day, I usually dont trust mechanics but they were the exception, very professional and their price was reasonable, highly recommended.

After having my roadside service tow one of my vehicles to Braz for what seemed like a complex electrical problem, the staff discovered that it was actually a simple fix. Completing the work in a single afternoon without "finding" ways to increase their profits has earned my loyalty. Many thanks to the team.

Been going here for at least 10 years. We moved to Peabody 3 yrs ago and STILL drive all the way to BRAZ in East Boston. They are honest, trustworthy and a humble company!
