A genuine certified auto mechanic is what Mckenzie is. I learned of him through great reviews and figured I can t go wrong. He installed my lift kit, in the process, learned I needed new axle nuts as they were completely corroded and new rear rotors and pads. He replaced them with quality workmanship in a timely fashion and a reasonable rate. Very meticulous. He treats your car as if it were his own. Fantastic experience from start to finish with Done Right Auto. Had a VW Touareg where the cats were leaking at the flex joints. A lot of other shops probably wouldn t touch - given the age and mileage of the vehicle. McKenzie took the bull by the horns and got it done right - at a great price, in a reasonable amount of time. Can t say enough good things about this shop. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance.Service: Exhaust

Mackenzie is thorough and effecient, both needed when you have a Mercedes. He's honest and dependable. Always solves the issues with my 2005 model.Saves me costly for repairs and maintenance that viti would be charging.

Great shop. Mczenzie is the last of a dieing breed of honest mechanics. Fixed what needed to be fixed now and told me that i can wait a bit on the rest till i get back to work. Instead of wacking me for the whole thing now. Great prices as well. 1000% recommended.

This place had to fix what a nother company couldn't. This mechanic is honest and only fix what needs to be fixed with honest suggestions.All I can say is he fixed what NTB in East providence screwed up and had my car for over a week with lies.Done right fixed the issues NTB caused.Professional. I have been looking for a mechanic to work on my car. My brakes were done at a more than reasonable price and the mechanic was so helpful I scheduled all my upcoming work on my car for as long as I have it!
