On July 29 Tom came to our home and measured for shower doors. He asked us to come to his shop to look at options, which we did on July 31. He told us he would contact us the next day with a price and availability. We never received a call, nor did we ever receive an estimate. On August 28 we received a call from Matt, the installer for Anawan Glass stating the doors were in, and he would like to come out tomorrow to install them. We never received a phone call or an estimate from Tom letting us know the cost or that he was ordering the doors. We have contracted with another installer to have doors installed since we never heard from him until Matt called on Aug 28 that the shower doors were in . We DO NOT recommend this installer.

Would recommend them 100x s!! Tom was super nice and prompt with service-called me right away to help with the issue we had-he answered any questions regarding our home window repair. Knew exactly what we needed and expedited the job with ease! Professional! Thanks again-I will utilize Anawan Glass again if needed!! :)

AMAZING! I truly have never experienced great customer service with my car & what I am looking for exactly! I wanted privacy, and just all around great quality. The owner is excellent at his job! He makes sure you are comfortable with your decision before taking your car back. He does a great job explaining the differences between films. You can drop your car off and he gives a call when it's ready for pick up which was convenient because I have a five month old and he wouldn t have waited with me lol. I will be bringing my future cars back, and recommending him to my family and friends!!

I brought my house window to have the broken glass replaced and they were cheaper and faster than anyone else I called. Other places were giving me a 6 to 8 week time frame to get the glass replaced. Anawan did it same day in only a few hours. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. They were very professional, super nice and the dogs were cute too.

Had a great experience there this week with a windshield replacement. It cost less than I thought and they were very fast and efficient. Also very knowledgeable about their products and what made the most sense for me since I have a pretty old car. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I went here a little while back after getting a quote on my windshield from my insurance and then again from another shop in town. After thinking both quotes were unreasonable I had a talk with Tom at Anawan and was given a much cheaper quote than the two previous places. Saved me a couple bucks and was extremely nice while doing it. Highly recommend for your glass needs.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Imagine being such a conniving, vindictive, manipulative piece of garbage that you throw a fit on Google Reviews because you didn t get what you want? Tom is the most honest guy I know. Always true to his word. Anawan Glass has replaced every windshield in every car I ve ever owned. Replaced all of the windows I needed replaced in my home. Put up new mirrors in both my home and my previous apartment. They do fantastic screen work too, they even helped me hang a new screen door because I was struggling to do it by myself while they were here hanging a mirror. Amazing people, truly. 10/10 recommend to everyone I know. Please disregard the review stating the owner is dishonorable, that s an absolute lie. The customer is always right is not accurate.

Well installed mirrors and glass! Completely satisfied! We had 3 vanity mirrors installed and a modern glass shower door in the past year. At least 15 years ago we had a sliding shower door that was great. We have had all of our car window issues also serviced by Anawan totaling about 5 times over last 10 years. You can count on this company for good service and a long lasting product.

Great people. Good customer service. Was in and out for a windshield replacement. The technician who installed the glass was very professional and showed me a rust spot within the windshield frame. Took extra time for him to grind and sand down the rust so no leaks would occur. A lot of other places may not take the time to show someone or even fix that issue. Highly Reccomended!

I was having a super hard time getting my windshield glass installed by JP Phillips. And it took them 3 to 4 days before I got irritated. Went back to the dealership that I bought my car from and they had a connection with this particular company and they only use it. It's about Toyota. Which is Infamous and super good. But of course Boch Toyota got purchased by somebody else but anyways that's not the point. The owner the person at the front desk is absolutely excellent took care of my pains and worries and expedite the process

Great people doing a Great job.Very easy to work with and they solve problems and create new items if needed for your application.If you are considering the addition of plexiglass or safety glass dividers, DO NOT COMMIT TO ANOTHER COMPANY UNTIL YOU TALK TO TOM, Anawan glass is the place to use. Thank you guys Great job !

I had my rear window (RAV 4) replaced after being broken by a bike rack. anawan glass did a superb job! the defroster and wiper even work better. they beat local prices. i would go back. the service was also polite. Thank you.

I went to Claudino's auto repair across the st. He recommended them for my windshield. They made it so quick in painless! I literally had a 2min phone call with a very pleasant office admin. And between Claudino's and Anawan they handeled everything between each other super fast! Great job too!

I dropped off a mirrored sliding glass closet door because the mirror had a crack. I called the company repeatedly regarding the repair. Each time they told me that they would call me as soon as the mirror had been replaced/repaired. I never received a phone call. I called today and they told me that they just threw the door into the garbage because I never picked it up. After informing them that I had never received a phone call alerting me of the completion of the job the owner of the business rudely told me that he would not do anything to make the situation right.I would avoid this place. The owner was extremely unpleasant to deal with and the place smelled like old and new cigarette smoke when I went there.

Great job replacing my windshield. Walked me through the process of filing my insurance claim. Didn't cost me a penny and the job was done nicely.

Not sure what the last guy that reviewed was talking about. Must not understand how business is ran. ANAWAN glass has always been our go to. The owner would give his shirt off his back for just about anyone. You must ve been one stubborn thick headed customer to have problems with the owner. Highly recommend.
