Valvoline has always been my go to for my Oil Change. The staff is very customer friendly and is always ready to answer any question you may have. They will let you know what is presently recommended for your vehicle and how important it is to get it done. The service you get is always worth the price and I do not have to join a long line or make an appointment and I always get a discount. Way to go VALVOLINE. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

DONT TAKE NICE CARS HERE !!!!Took my 21 Toyota Supra in because an add coolant light. Came on this morning got there I was in the bay in 15 seconds sweet but right when I turn the car off and pop the hood 8-10 people came to look at the car and instantly took off the coolant reservoir cap without letting the car cool down at all they dumped 1qt of coolant and it got all over my engine bay and they had the nerve to say it happened because my car was overheating with anybody with half a brain knows you don t take off a pressurized cap when the car is hot my cars brand new and it drives like a dream I don t know if they damaged anything but will find out in a few and best believe I m gonna have them pay to get it fixed if something goes wrong with my car by far the dumbest people and they were just going to toss universal cheap coolant not even having the option to upgrade so I told them forget it now I m down the street at Napa letting my car cool down and I ll just add the coolant myself DONT TAKE NICE CARS HERE !!!

Easiest oil change I ve ever gotten! They did ask one small up-charge question, but very easily took no for an answer. No appointment needed!

This was THE best oil change experience I have ever had.Nicholas, the tech who guided me thru was nice, polite, and knowledgeable.He also changed my brake light. I had tried, and it was not good. Thank you Nicholas Everyone was professional, and it literally took 15 minutes.I applaud you Valvoline, keep it up

Truly instant and super fast oil change with options of some preventative maintenance. They didn t check the air pressure or filled the air. Some of the staff members are really friendly but they are not always consistent with the process of oil change and key inspection check points. They didn t perform any inspection last time. Need to make sure and ask for all the service items included with oil change.

If you go here be prepared to leave without your tire air valves. the first time I thought it was a fluke, but it happened again. Very fast service. Place was clean and there was no wait. The only reason why I didn't give five stars is because they didn't know how to reset the oil service light on a BMW X3 which is a fairly common suv. I had to pull into the parking lot and figure it out on YouTube on my own.

Stopped going here with previous management due to arrogance and incompetencs but big improvements to service and quality in the past few years. Nice to be able to return to my neighborhood Valvoline

Best. Service. Ever. Made an appointment elsewhere and 45 minutes later they still hadn't put my car on the lift. Came to Valvoline and they greeted me with a smile, a handshake and professional service. Oil change was done quickly and each person I spoke with was beyond professional and cordial. My business will continue here!

I have frequented this location a dozen times over the past several years so I am quite used to the high pricing and the way they try to sell you things you don't need. But today, the young man checking me in at my bay was rude. He even talked bad about me to the guys working on my car. Pretentious and condescending. He wouldn't even stick the reminder sticker on my window. I will never subject myself to this kind of treatment again no matter how convenient their over priced oil is. Firestone across the street has my exclusive business now. The treatment of a customer who regularly pays between $70- $100 is worth trying to keep over his ego. He does not have the integrity of the company as a priority. To complain that a little dust fell out of the engine filter when I turned it upside down and asked me if I'm going to clean it up. Never again.

These people make you feel comfortable and do a good job quickly.One time they even went out of their way to drive me to the auto part store to help me get a part. They even replaced it for me free of charge (a cheap but important part that had a massive oil leak in it).These people are great and I always go here!

Did the job, normally go to a local shop but I was busy and overdue to get the oil change done.The upselling takes half the time of an oil change. I gave my phone number because of contact tracing but no, my address is 123 fake street, stop asking, send someone else the junk mail. My license plate for your computer? Yes its 321-123, I just want an oil change. No, leave the filters alone, I change them myself. I'm good. Don't need anything but an oil change. At some point I politely said I know it's their job but please, just change the oil. Put the filters back. I came here because I'm busy, not to play "try the upsell" until you realize you're not getting anywhere with this guy and finally change the oil because he's not buying anything else.

I was just refused service by the manager, Matt after putting my keys on the dashboard in plain sight of everyone and not in a black box as he insisted. This after I had just had gotten an oil change 20 minutes earlier on a different vehicle with no incident. During the first trip, they didn't even ask me to put the keys in a black box.I had been getting my oil changed here for years. NO LONGER... This escalation was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. This team needs to better education on customer service.

I have been to dozens of Valvoline and Jiffy Lube locations all over MA and NH for both work vehicles and personnel vehicles. The North Reading Valvoline stands out, the staff are super friendly and put in great notes every visit. They give my dog tons of treats and attention when we are in the bay. They have given my kids coloring books and popsicles. Highly recommend.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The team does a good job diagnosing the problem and offers good pricing to fix it. Good customer service and accurate times quoted when it comes to finishing the job. I have gone to other places to get a 2nd opinion/ price but always end up going back as they haven't been beat.

Usually I don't have any issues at Valvoline. I usually go to Woburn but this is my 2nd time at this location. The first time last summer was great. This one....not so much. The guy "helping me" was less than friendly. No smile. Nothing more than the bare minimum. Mumbled the whole time. Obviously not happy at his job. Usually they offer me a coupon or ask if I have one, I did and had to tell him that AFTER he gave me a total. I told him my tire light was still on, he said "it stays on for 2 miles". No guy, it doesn't. It goes off as soon as all 5 tires are the same (spare included). I have done this more than once. So he didn't know even his facts, even after I said that when I do it that's not the case. But I'm a girl, so I must not know - that's how I felt. Needless to say, my tire light is STILL on 24 hours later. I will not be returning to this location.

Prices are absurd $76 for the most basic oil change is ridiculous! At least Jiffy Lube cleans your windshields and floors for half the price of ValvolineI will NEVER go there again!Save your time: No need for the manager to reply with his/her lame generic response!!!..

Nice clean place, very professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Staff are always pleasant. Explains all being done and provides paperwork w/ pricing for needed work when asked. Let me start off by saying this is not a professional business, I went for a oil change and the woman who did my oil change had a nasty attitude from the beginning, I asked a question and it was like they didn't want my business, I know these employees work hard but having the attitude she had is not acceptable anywhere. For now on I just know not to come here for anything.

Love this location. Honestly, all locations. The staff here is extremely friendly and professional. The line goes quickly and they have quality service. I m just impressed by how great all the staff members are- they are either trained really well or the management knows how to hire friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working people!
