Walter Tony and Ruthie were very helpful as soon as I walked in the door. They waisted no time to get me a test drive in the car of my dreams. Ruthie even assist me in the test drive so I would be more comfortable. Walter was very helpful and did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted. He made sure I was able to leave with the car that day. I truly recommend this dealership if your looking to get in and out with the car that you want. RT28 Motors with its professional and friendly team is my recommendation for buying a new or used car. Harry convinced me to buy a car that I had never imagined with his helpful advice and guidance. I couldn't believe that within a few hours all the works including insurance, registration and inspection was done and I left there with my new car. Great services, very friendly and helpful dealer. I just bought a car here and I love it. I told Matt what I was ideally looking for and what I wanted my payments to be. He found the perfect car and worked tirelessly to get the financing I needed. It was a very easy process without the foolishness you get at dealerships. No going back and forth with a sales manager.And my car was beautifully detailed when I picked it up.

Buying a car has always been a really bad experience for me, however this was my best car-buying experience ever! Harry was great. He gave me a great deal, and his customer service was exceptional! He went above and beyond calling several auto loan companies to negotiate on by behalf to get me the best rate and term. I highly recommend doing business with Harry. He has great cars and great prices.

I bought a 2009 Honda Accord from Rt28 Motors over 2 yrs ago and we Love our car it s been fantastic. Harry and his crew where very honest and helpful. We went few other places but had a great experience at RT28 Motors. I recommend them to everyone. Thank You for a Great car & Deal.

My son recently found himself in the unfortunate situation of needing to purchase a new vehicle rather quickly. I was helping him out with this and was recommended to Route 28 Motors. This recommendation proved to be fantastic. Harry was beyond helpful and extremely patient and accommodating to my son s hectic schedule. I had the vehicle checked over from head to toe by my own mechanic, who gave it two thumbs up. Not only was this vehicle in great condition but Harry also gave us a phenomenal price.

Typical used car dealer where truth is withheld and always hiding something. The vehicle was listed approx $4k over blue book value because it was 12 years old, had a clean CarFax report and photographed well from a distance. Dealer description: "If you think this is impressive in the photos, I promise you'll be blown away when you see it in real life." Drove an hour one way to see the vehicle because it was what we were looking for and found the driver door had major damage that was poorly repaired, yet Route 28 Motors said "I didn't see it". Typical stereotype of a used car dealer (I am not a professional by any means, but clear as day to me). Then going through the vehicle I found the rear brake rotors to be worn and of need for repair. Dealer said "we will repair them and you can come back to purchase when complete". I explained my round trip is two hours and that was not acceptable, I suggested they pay for the repair at my local shop to save my two hours of time plus fuel and wear and tear on my vehicle/trailer. The dealer said "no" and would not agree to this or a reduction in price of $300. Finally, since this was a vehicle we were looking for and I had spent considerable time and energy to get the vehicle, I paid the full price only to learn they did not have the title for the vehicle and said "we can fedex the title when we receive it today or tomorrow". So you know what this typical used car dealer did? They wrote me the following day saying they sent the title fedex only to learn they sent it economy 2 day and because it was over a weekend, we would not receive the title for 5 days after purchase meaning we are unable to register the vehicle until then. We got the car we were looking for with additional damage that was withheld from the listing, repair needed on the rear brakes and a title 5 days after purchase. There is only one part of this review that is positive for Route 28 Motors and that is the kind/friendly shop worker who provided air for my trailer tires. He was friendly, honest and kind through all his mannerism.

Harry and Team were Amazing. Very ATTENTIVE to my needs and wants in a vehicle, and really worked with me in my price range. After going through the ringer at bigger car dealerships, they made me feel very comfortable with no pressure. Also if they didn't have what you wanted in their current Inentory, they attend auctions often and will find you what you are looking for.....They are amazing at communication so you feel 110% comfortable with your purchase. Definitely will be purchasing every car from RT28MOTORS!!!

We have been there couple of times for buying car and for maintenance. One of the qualities of r28motors is that, they give you space to choose between variety of options. Their strategy is more like eliminating options based on your needs and price and narrow down your search. But then they allow you to choose what you really like and unlike many other dealers they don t push you toward something they want. In general my experience with them was very good and I m very happy with my car.

Harry, Matt and the staff of this Boutique Dealership offer a concierge service, it's quite the find. Quality vehicles on this compact lot allowed us to make the choice that was right for us, a Lexus E350 for me and a BMW 328xi for my wife. Sam the Detail Tech puts the final touches on our new used vehicles, thank you for a job well done!

My boyfriend and I went here a few months ago as they had the exact vehicle he wanted, and it was in amazing condition! They worked with us beyond what they needed to do to make sure we could get the Honda Pilot my boyfriend wanted and with the best deal! I couldn t recommend the guys here enough, they are fantastic and so helpful!!!

Harry and his team are excellent. If they don t have the car you are looking for in their inventory they will find it for you and have great mechanics if you need service. They sourced GM parts for my GMC Arcadia at a great price. Highly recommend Rt 28 Motors.
