This is the worst Mechanic shop ive ever been to. Scratched my Harley didnt want to own up to it. Bike broke down 300 miles after leaving there shop they laughed and said it wasnt my fault or there fault it was harleys fault . Place is a literal joke there mechanic said the boss Rick cant even do an oil change and called him a secretary . Bike leaked oil from the day it left his shop he told me it was normal for the m8s . Stay away from this place, brought my bike to Torque Custom Cycles in New jersey they treated me like i was family. Fixed these guys joke of a job and got my bike running like a dream. No problems no leaks and even got my saddlebags back on bike because these guys installed them wrong and said my saddlebags couldnt go on with these types of crashbars! All it was was a 20$ adaptor piece Mike and his team and Torque custom cycles laughed at this whole situation. If you love your motorcycle be careful who s hands you put it in. One thing I will say is with this guy never again. Absolute Joke of a mechanic shop!!!! Mike from Torque Custom Cycles thank you for showing me what a real mechanic looks like I will never go anywhere else.

Just had a new SS 110 kit, shocks, tires, Dyno Tune and a bunch of other work completed on my Road Glide. Rick and his crew were top notch, making the process great from start to finish! My bike has never ran better (or faster :) ). Power Performance Customs is the only place to take your bike!Thanks Rick!

Brought bike there for a tune. They returned the bike to me and it ran worse after they did the tune than it did with a stock tune (flat spots on power/torque bank) loss of torque and horsepower. brought it back and I he said he would fix it, and he did, but then charged me another $100 to fix his screwed up tune.My buddy brought bike there and told them to change oil and tune up. bike came back with old rusted spark plugs.

Just wanted to say thank you to Rick for taking the time to listen to what I was looking to do to my bike and come up with a plan and execute to perfection. It s hard to trust someone with your bike but I definitely trust Rick at Power Performance Customs the attention to detail was great the performance was unbelievable. Thank you all at Power Performance Customs you have a customer for life.

Rick and his team are nothing short of absolute professionals. Always a great experience and sound advice. He really has his customers best interest in the forefront of his work. Power Performance will be on my speed dial for as long as i ride. Last but not least, Rick and his crew are just solid dudes all around. Don t waste your time anywhere else.

Power Performance Custom s is my go to shop. Rick(the owner) goes out of his way to make sure the parts that I need for my application will work, in my case that many times requires calling the manufacturer and/or their techs.Honest sales, service and more important integrity !!! Scott

Rick and the crew are unbelievable! great work made my bike run unbelievable with the upgrades I got!!Never met a honest business owner before and I can tell you Rick is one of the honest people out there. thanks Rick!!!!

horrible experience. I brought my bike to PPC for a new front suspension and a dyno tune in May. I just got my bike back at the end of June with the front suspension in and one of the fork tubes 3in higher then where it was supposed to be. needed a tail light installed and they broke a brand new tail light. there was some diagnostic that need to be done and was told he didn't have the time to do it. he had my bike for a month. all in all I would never recommend this company to anyone. works out of a house and just horrible service with bike still not ready to ride

Once again Rick Cioffi does it. Amazing job. Love my new Factory 47 and braided lines. Highly recommend Power Perfomance Customs of North Reading. Everything thing looks neet and clean. The best part was his pricing was beyond fair. Will be back for all my RG upgrades. Thank you Rick and your crew.

Just got my 3rd bike done by Rick and his guys and it turned out awesome! Top notch work and top notch customer service. I d definitely recommend PPC for anything motorcycle related

Thank you Gentlemen for getting my Roadglide tuned the way it was meant to be. So much more power and stronger running. I was told you were the best dyno shop around and now I know you are. Very friendly and all around nice guys... You got yourself a new customer.

Best speed shop and dyno tuning around. Definitely will be getting any additional work I want done there.I will also be telling all my friends and family to go there as well.You can t beat the Honest and friendly people who work there and there pricing is very affordable.Great job.Thank you

I can not say enough about this company my bike had seen a few shops nobody could fix it . This shop is incredible stayed in contact with me the whole time and got the job done one shot. Prices are great! Attitude is awesome You need to try this shop they can do it all

Rick was awesome to work with just needed to get my bike dialed in he got me in as soon as he could after a couple other littles things I m more than happy with the end results will for sure be back for future motor work

This is a One stop shop I ve been with the ppc team for 4 years now and Wouldn t go anywhere else.walked in off the street and was treated like I knew the crew for years. Awesome prices and professional advice I highly recommend this shop
