I just want to say what a fantastic and wonderful group of guys over there. So yesterday (12/07/23) I was at work and a friend of mine had noticed I had a flat tire. So I called AAA & they had me towed to this place. From the moment we first talked on the phone until the next day (today 12/08) they just went above and beyond. So much so that they helped me carry a load of bags to my car. Thank you guys and I will be recommending you to all my friends. Truly appreciated.

I developed a sudden tire issue on my way to a Christmas party the night before I was to drive 500 miles to see family. I was blessed to drive into Midas in North Reading and encounter assistant manager Mike Blankenship. Mike took care of me promptly and effectively and with the service tech, found and fixed my problem. I couldn't be happier with the service and the upbeat attitude.

Seriously if I could give this shop a 100 star review I would. Great group of understanding, funny, hard working guys who clearly care. They went the extra mile for me to make sure my car was safe and I am forever grateful for that. Reasonably priced and willing to work with you. If you need work done on your car go here.....you won't regret it

Showed up to North Reading Midas as they were closing up shop. I was greeted by Assistant manager Mike and told him about an issue I was having with my tire. I explained that I was about to drive 300 miles for a trip that night, so Mike and his technician Miguel gladly opened the bays back up and fixed it immediately despite being in their street clothes already. Got to give it up for these great folks for high quality service and ensuring a successful trip 600 miles later.Service: Tires

Impressed by the service manager and gave me pin point service recommendations will use this service again as I commute from NY to MA weeklyUpdate Jan 6 , I had a screw in my tire on 12/29 and Sean took me my vehicle in immediately and got me back on the road with 30 mins .. Your man Sean is a legend! I dropped off my van just as he was closing. In spite of the fact that he d had a long day he was cordial and polite. When the wrong part was delivered he apologized even though it wasn t his fault. I suspect he put in extra time to finish my van so I could get on with my life. I likely won t have a need to patronize that location since I m not in that area often but I will seek out a Midas if I m in need of a repair. Sean deserves a raise and a bonus!Service: Brakes

I always go Midas in salem NH first time I visited north reading and they did fixed my car alignment ,very nice staff and great service . Highly recommend I will say both branches of Midas are good salem NH branch is great as well .

Esteban and Miguel saved my day. I had a flat tire. Showed up at 2pm on a Saturday when they close at 5pm. I was leaving for a trip the next day and couldn't afford to wait for a new tire. The guys fixed my tire within a couple of hours and saved my day/week.They were also extremely gracious, understanding and personable. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!Service: Tires

6/17/23 Service visitOutstanding work by Sean and team again. Knowledgable, trustworthy folks - once again they were fair and accommodating, explaining the work needed and why it was needed asap. Kept me updated on their work during the course of the day, refused to charge me for unexpected repairs which came up during their work, and charged as little as possible and reasonable for them. Today's service work included two TPMS sensors, transmission fluid service, synthetic engine oil change/service, and unexpectedly the alternator. They also found a mis-positioned air vent cover which they set correctly.------------------------------------------------11/3/22 Service visitOutstanding team in Estevan, Sean, Mark and Miguel - I have known them for over 10 years and repeatedly they provide outstanding customer service! They are knowledgeable, fair and honest, and will do right by the customer always! Thank you to Estevan and team, and keep your excellent service! Unhesitatingly recommended to anyone having a vehicle problem! This Midas location was fantastic. Esteban was both very knowledgeable and personable. His crew handled my wife s oil change and wipers quickly and they always help with maintenance on my truck. They provide very fair prices and I d highly recommend them! Thanks again!

Stay away from this place. Complete scam. I took my 2019 Honda Pilot for an oil change. They told me I needed to change my front calipers and also needed a transmission flush. I then took it to dealership and I was told that was nonsense and the car was fine. I am reporting them to AG.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Been using NR Midas since I moved to the area in 2016. Oil changes, tires, alignment, brake service/repair, preventive transfer case/differential/transmission/brake flushes, and an alternator. They are my and my wife's go to. Best experience you can have with someone when your car's broken. Excellent, professional, transparent, timely, and friendly. A great experience from walking in with no appt for them to check my muffler on a Saturday afternoon. They couldn t get a replacement that day. I made an appt for the next week and had to move it a couple of times. They were very accommodating. The muffler and oil change took maybe an hour and the cost was better than the place next door to them.They re a good crew and the customer service is exceptional which is the foundation of any successful business whose has recurring customers, and I ll be one of those customers who keep coming back from now on!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

I've used Midas for my last 2 synthetic oil changes since they charge less than other shops and tire rotations are free. They also apply coupons on their end, so there's no need to supply them.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were excellent. They got my car in right away on a late Friday afternoon, gave me a ride to my office, and did the job in a fast and reasonable time when I needed it the most. Excellent service. I got a nail in my tire that was unpatchable. So they ordered a new tire and it was replaced on my Tesla in less than a day.

I was told I needed an oil gasket replacement that was between the engine and the transmission at another location. This was a $10 part and a $2000 job due to having to take the engine out of the car. All labor.I took my car to Midas for a second opinion where they quickly diagnosed the problem as a crack in the oil housing. A $310 part and a $930 job. I was very pleased with the service and timelines in fixing up my Jeep. I couldn t be happier.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I went in to balance and align my tires a newly purchased vehicle. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive which was a plus but I still have to give them one star because my vehicle swayed on the highway to the point that I felt it was unsafe to drive at 70mph. If I hit a small bump the vehicle would shift its position to the point where it almost left the lane.In addition to that the wheels were not well balanced at all. The driver and passenger seats both shook over 50 mph. The next day I brought my vehicle to have the tires looked at since it felt so unsafe at highway speeds. And they printed out the before and after alignment measurements. I m only writing this review for the safety of future customers this is not intended to bash the staff. Again the staff was extremely polite and courteous which goes a long way but I just simply did not feel safe.
