Lou's is awesome! I called two days ago about a problem with a heat shield and they got me in this morning and they had it taken care of in under 5 minutes. Definitely recommend and will 100% go back for any other exhaust problems. Great work and thank you!

I went in because my car failed inspection due to a leak muffler. An older gentleman brought the car in the bay to take a look while I waited in the office. Fifteen minutes later he came back and told me my car is good to go, there were some small holes that he patched up already. As he walked away, I asked how much the bill was. He said "nothing, it was a minor repair and that's what we are here for". I should have asked his name but I was quite shocked and only muttered some "thank you". But I really appreciate his kindness and the quality of work (the car passed inspection the next day). Thank you, Lou's and your team. I will tell all my friends about your company, and will bring my car in again, and i will not accept a no charge next time!

These people are just spectacular. They know their stuff, they do excellent work and their rates are extremely reasonable. I've been there numerous times over the years, and every time I go there I get straightforward, knowledgeable professional work at the best price out there. Going somewhere else just gets you less quality and more expense.

Brought my 2016 F-150 here yesterday and my whole exhaust was rotted and ready to fall off unfortunately. Eddy went ABOVE and BEYOND in showing me the issues, laying out options to fix it and he was very transparent upfront about the different costs. My exhaust came out perfect and I could not be happier with my experience.While this was going on, Eddy had to deal with a million phone calls and he answered and handled each one with the utmost care and respect.Another side note, a gentleman came back with an issue he THOUGHT was cause by Lou's. Eddy took him very seriously, went for a ride in the car and ensured his work was done properly. Most places today, in my opinion, would not put the time and effort forth to ensure the issue was not with them. To me, this clearly shows they with both stand by their work wholeheartedly and make right an issue if it were to arise.10/10 experience and I will be using them for any exhaust needs I or anyone I know ever have.Service: Exhaust

Couldn t be more impressed. Went in the late afternoon to get a price spoke to Jeff showed me what we could do was looking for some more sound in my 2020 Tundra. He gave me his suggestions said could get me in the next morning at 9. Went home did some research on the muffler and he was dead on came back at 8:30 next morning met with Jeff again took me right in he was amazing along with the whole crew there. Kept me informed each time he came out to answer the phone these guys care about there work and that is what keeps this place going and will keep them going. Couldn t be more happy will be back again and already telling people I know this is the place to go. Thank you for everything made my truck come alive!

Best exhaust guys in the business. Saved me $500 compared to my mechanic's quote, and got the work done in half the time. Offered tons of maintenance advice while I was waiting in the shop. These guys are worth every penny.

Zero customer service skills. Condescending, hostile and lack of interest to what the customer actually wants makes this place a hard pass. The bald heavy set mechanic didn't want to even work on my new car, even though I had an appt. On top of that, criticizing me on what I'd want as a particular mod? My guy, we all have different opinions and if you don't want to help people with cash, retire.

Excellent job and great service. I bought my 2013 Plum Crazy Challenger SRT8 in to cut my mufflers and replaced by straight pipe. Then a year later had them replace my exhaust tips with powdered coated black ones. Their custom exhaust work is the best around, pricing is good and they are honest. In todays world that s hard to find. Highly recommended.Service: Exhaust

I had to bring my mom's car in to get some work. We took it to her reg garage and they said we should bring it to lous. They could not have been nicer. They showed me what the problem was and had it fixed in an hour and was a great price. And they gave me a tshirt and a few stickers. Definitely recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Brought my car here to get it checked out and worked on due to a exhaust leak. Due to a poor job from another place that did a terrible job.These were honest and reliable people who only told me nothing but the truth and what needed to be done. Very informative in the beginning and quick to get the job done. I was in and out of there less than 40 minutes. Thank you to team - only wish i caught the man who worked on the car.Service: Exhaust

Lou's in North Reading was recommended from a friend who had a custom exhaust installed on his truck there a couple years ago. I Brought my 2010 Ford Escape XLT that had multiple exhaust leaks that were desperately in need of repair. The team at Lou's took my car in and and made the necessary repairs in less than 45 minutes and I was back on the road. I would recommend Lou's in North Reading to anyone who needs exhaust work done on their vehicle.Service: Exhaust

great place/people, I just had a muffler delete done and the guy helping me added black tips and painted the exhaust black to match for only 150$ total! Also it was extremely quick(only about 15 mins for the whole thing, thank you so much Lou's.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

These guys are great. I think C.J was the person I interacted with. Good guy, honest, gave me good insight and explained things in regular people terms. Very fair on price. Good shop here. They don't mind working on older trucks, I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and they had no problem taking it in.

Great exhaust repair shop Great work done at really reasonable cost. Don't be fooled by outside appearances. This place does first-rate work. They can fabricate most any part that you need rather than buy the high cost of a manufactured replacement part. And then get it done in time promised. My elderly grandmother left this shop in tears because of how happy she was with her experience. Everyone was so kind and patient with her. It was a major relief for her to have such a positive experience with the staff. The work was done fast and it didn t cost her nearly the amount she was anticipating. I can not thank everyone at Lou s enough for being so gentle, understanding and overall great people. Will certainly be recommending Lou s to everyone.
