So I purchased a truck from liberty about 11 months ago and three months in to owning it the starter died which was under warrantee and they claimed I needed a new battery so I paid the 300 it was and went in my way. Fast forward 7 to 8 months and the same problem came up. Called them immediately on Saturday and was told I couldn t make an appointment cause no one was working. So I called this morning and was told that I could have the vehicle towed to them but it would take a few days to diagnose the problem and that there were no appointments available for a week. I asked about a loaner and they said my warrantee covers one but not till it s diagnosed and the claim is put in so that could be a week. So I asked what I m suppose to do about a vehicle and they basically said not their problem. I m extremely disappointed they will not stand by a car they sold and already fixed once that it Ma just normal to sell a car that has the same problem twice in less then a year. I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with this Chevrolet dealership and service center

5- star .i bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado. July 2021. From Timothy Gaynor.and it was the best car buying experience we have had ever.i will continue to get my service and inspection stickers at Liberty Chevy.Thanks again Timothy Gaynor.Update 02/2024Truck died at 55,000 miles.Traded for a Toyota tundra at Ira Toyota Danvers

Great experience working with Ron and his team when purchasing my lease. They made it a very easy transaction and took care of everything! I highly recommend using Liberty, this is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased with them, and I Will be going back for future vehicles.

I always go here for my chevrolet. They have a reputable service time and they are kind enough when you first enter and ask for your information. I have gone here a few times now and feel confident to make a review. They are excellent and they usually have your car out in an hour and a half or less. The catch is that you have an appointment which may seem obvious but its very important. Do not expect to get out soon if you have not booked an appointment. Otherwise, i would try going at 8 in the morning when they first open so you dont wait all day. This is one of the only reasons i give only 4 stars because they are very rigid and have a booked schedule most of the time.

We were on our way to vacation when our car broke down. The service was great and they were able to replace two parts within 4 hours to accommodate our quick turnaround.

What service? I called Wednesday for service and left a callback message with the receptionist. Then called again Thursday and left another message. Today is Friday 11pm, nothing!!!
