My dashboard light came on. Not knowing if it was something simple or serious I contacted Avery Auto Care. They looked at the car, did a few tests and determined it was a defective gas cap. Quickly fixed it, reset the dashboard lights and I'm back on the road again. Peace of mind with good auto care at Avery Auto Care.

This was my first time bringing my car to Avery. They were accurate in their initial assessment and estimate for the exhaust system work that my car needed. The car was repaired and ready when promised. The people that work at Avery are professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

They are the BEST!!! My car hit 30.000 so took to my Toyota dealer thinking I might ve had some service warranty still, I didn t and they told me that the service for everything was gonna cost me over $600 left immediately and called Teddy and Steven to set up an appointment, they took such good care of my car and it cost me less then half of what Toyota was trying to charge me, honest and trustworthy place! And great customer service!

I have used Ted as a technician for over 15 years. The only mechanic I trust with my vehicles. I don't even go to the dealership unless I ultimately had to.Quality and trustworthy repair and maintenance. They regularly service my wife and my own vehicles and I have never had a problem. Recently have done my rear brakes on my Explorer sport and they are better than stock ever was. Changed out my battery terminal and more. My cars are treated my baby, so I figure if I take care of them well they will take care of me. Thank you to Avery Auto for doing a great job.

taking good care of my 28 year old car.this was my first time at avery. i found these guys to really care about what they are doing for your car (making it run well) and you (keeping costs contained to a reasonable amount appropriate to the problem). you know (intuitively) when you are in good hands. thank you ted and steve.

My first experience at Avery. Before we even had an appointment scheduled, Ted gave me several containers of steering fluid to keep the reservoir topped up. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had to wait a couple of weeks due to how busy they are. They called me when the part was in, they called me the night before to confirm the appointment and everything was done on schedule and budget. Great experience, I ll be back rather than always going to the dealer

<<Update>>Avery is still the best.Recently I brought my 2016 MB E350 for a check engine light and set up an appointment for the code, brake and battery check.Today when I visited the check engine light was gone but Ted ran the check for the code that was scanned two weeks ago, brake and the battery.Nothing needed to be done for the code scanned, rear brake pads and rotors were recommended for replacement and the battery didn't show any failures.So I just got the new rear brake pads and rotors.Ted advised to come by when the temperature starts to drop.Thank you for the sincere advice!*************2010 C300 4matic cooling fan problemInsane spinKills the batteryTed and Steve of avery auto care were indeed on the customer side by being honest.My fan problem has been resolved and was advised what to look out.I feel that Ted and Steve are close friends I can consult on car issues.

We were on our way to Acadia National Park and we were hearing some sounds while we drove the car. We called Avery and asked if they d take a look before we keep heading North- and they had us come in (which was super nice since it was the morning of and with one hour notice). The gentlemen at the front desk took a look at the car and drove it around the block for us. It was sweet of him to look and gave our minds some ease- he didn t want to accept the money we offered for the last minute check. It s so hard to find good honest people lately. Thank you so much for the kind service!

I have heard great things about Avery Auto and I just used them for the first time the other day. Ted is very knowledgeable about cars and he completed my vehicle repairs in a timely manner. Ted also spent time explaining everything to me in regards to the specific issue with my vehicle and how he was going to fix it. He showed me the defective parts and and took time out of his busy schedule to really make me feel confident knowing the work he performed. He also answered all of my general questions regarding cars as well. Ted was friendly, honest, and knowledgable. He just worked on my car once but I feel confident bringing my car back to him in the future and recommending his business to anyone with car troubles.

Cannot recommend Avery Auto highly enough. Have brought my car there twice and the overall experience both times has been great. They were very responsive and flexible, getting me in for appointments right away. They seem honest and fair, not out to do unnecessary work to make a buck. I used Ted's help a few months ago for the pre-inspection of a used car (purchased from a nearby dealership). He was very thorough and provided a detailed report and charged only a nominal inspection fee.I was so impressed with Ted's service, I drove 50 miles to have him inspect an exhaust issue with the Car. He took the car for a 5min Test ride , quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed with minor welding without any part replacement. The amount the charged, was super-nominal (Dealership/Others would have charged me an arm and a leg).It is the feeling of Trust and Assurance you get with Ted/Avery , that is hard to find these days. I am going to recommend Avery to all my "Friends and Family" and wish Ted "Years of Continued Success".SriKService: Exhaust
