I just had a very good experience with auto body clinic. Most importantly is that they did a great job fixing my car. You could not tell it was in an accident. Second they have friendly staff and they kept me informed of the timeline for my repair. And lastly they had my car ready three days early. I would definitely recommend them

The staff at ABC is terrific and made everything easy and stress free. In addition they are an approved shop with MAPFRE and Commerce which saves a ton of time. I had significant damage to the rear quarter panel that looks like new after the repair. Karen had a rental waiting for me at dropoff, and kept me informed each step of the way. I appreciate all the hard work and great customer service from the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Auto Body Clinic of Reading is a pleasure to deal with when you need body repairs to your car. They provide exceptional customer service, keep you up to date on the status of your car, provide a warranty of their repairs, make it easy to rent a car dropping and picking it up there I highly recommend Enterprise of Woburn plus they detailed my car! This was my second time using them and will never go anywhere else.

All around great experience, quality work, professional staff. They were very organized and the communication was excellent. I regularly received text updates. Everything was straight forward, your final cost is just your deductible, no nonsense, no extra costs, job completed when promised. I personally find it very rare to find this level of service nowadays. They repaired my other car a few years ago and I had the same positive experience. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

I ve had my own car serviced here but recently I went through them for my fathers body work and they were once again great to work with! Facilitated the rental drop off cleaned all the junk off his back seat and vacuumed and cleaned the car. Also great customer service. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Auto body clinic is a great business, sadly I have had to use them twice in the past two years( not my fault) the work is exceptional, their staff very professional. Great service here. My car was in for damage from a tree branch recently. They make sure you know what is going on and when your car will be ready by email. Was ready sooner than expected! Friendly service. Got my car back spotless. Nice surprise and greatly appreciated.Highly recommend!

They were great! Had a minor fender bender fixed. They guided me through the whole process, had the rental car waiting for me at drop off, texted me regularly with updates, and left the car spotless. my car came out fine even though I think it took longer than it should have which I understand but the staff that answers the phone was very rude and did not know how to talk to customers specially ones that are just axing if their car is moving along with the repair, especially when some people use their car to make a living but all the lady was very rude every time I calledService: Body & Trim

Auto Body Clinic in Reading EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. They did a 5-star job on the body & paint work I needed due to a hit and run incident. The office personnel were also 5-star caliber, making the entire process seamless and pleasant, doing all of the coordination with my insurance company and rental vehicle company. Completely painless process of having my car repaired after an accident. They offered to assist in arranging a rental car. They took my vehicle even though I didn't make an appointment. When they didn't have the appraisal from my insurance company they contacted the insurance company directly so I didn't have to. They offered to contact me by phone, email, or text. They texted me updates and gave me an accurate completion time estimate. When additional damages were found they contacted my insurance company directly and informed me without needing any action on my part. My vehicle was returned with all repairs done perfectly and more clean than my car had even been before. One of the finest businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Nice and friendly people . Treat you the way you want to be especially in a crisis like a car accident . They do beautiful work . In a timely manner , unfortunately they cannot control parts coming in or availability . You will not be unsatisfied with their work .

I used Auto Body Clinic when a insurance claim required me to have my car fixed from physical damage. They took care of everything and kept me updated all along the way. Theyvhad everything taken care of all the way. They even had the rental car ready to go when I dropped it off. It was even done sooner than expected. Brianne was especially helpful and resourceful and deserves a shout out. Thank you so much Brianne! I picked it up and it was perfect and even had it detailed on the inside. I went there on the recommendation of a friend. Not disappointed one bit. Very helpful and professional. They really made me feel like the customer came first. I hope I don't have to see an auto body shop again but this will be the I will go to from now on.

Had rear bumper repaired there years ago. Paint peeled within months, they used woodscrews to attach the bumper to the bracket (hidden from view but still!!) and used one-time insert clips for the trim pieces (making them incredibly difficult to remove again) rather than the twist-pull OEM fasteners. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time.

I had my car repaired here after I was hit and it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the work is great! You could never even tell I was hit. I was really impressed by the painting.
