I drove from Maryland to Massachusetts for this mower. Josh Clark was on point and accurately detailed the mower, very easy to work with through email. Rick at United could not have been any more helpful to close the transaction. My first time purchasing equipment unseen . They were all great. I d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend them.

I went to United Ag and Turf for my first John Deere tractor. I could not be more pleased with my experience.Pat Needle was my sales rep. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! He was very knowledgeable and informative showing me the ins and outs of my tractor. He even came by my house on delivery day, helping me hook up my ballast box, and again showing me the steps to install and remove my implements, and general operation. Leaving me more comfortable with my tractor.The sales process itself was very honest and transparent. No hidden fees, and I was not pressured in any way to sign or put a deposit down. I was shown all the prices for my package before making any decisions.An all around positive buying experience.I look forward to a continued relationship with United Ag, as well as with Pat.

I would like to acknowledge Lloyd Eldridge in your parts department for his assistance in providing me with prompt and courteous service, relative to my new John Deere X758.His product knowledge and advice was instrumental in allowing me to make the right decision on my recent purchases.He is the epitome of what customer service is in 2024 and is a great resource for me as a customer.In summary, based on my experience, I would recommend United Ag & Turf, to both my family and friends, as the destination, for their equipment needs.

Love this shop. I had trouble starting my JD tractor and assumed I needed to replace the battery. Tested the battery and discovered the battery still had life. The service team thought the starter was the problem. The parts person (Lloyd) searched for a rebuilt starter within the United Ag network and located a unit. The service person (Shane) gave me a tester light to make sure the starter was getting a charge before buying the starter. Great to do business with these folks.

Jason and the rest of the service team is incredible. They are very customer focused. I had an issue with the engine on my tractor and they offered me options to repair it that would not break me financially. They even took the time to look at my tractor and explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They performed excellent service and I had my tractor back on line that same day. I highly recommend United Ag & turf if you are looking for John Deere service. Thanks guys!!!

Exceptional service at the Raynham, Ma store. Shane and Greg worked with me over the phone to trouble shoot a problem I had with my 1025r. Shane's diagnosis was correct and explained the cause and repair needed.I was able to confirm and order the parts needed. The part specialist was very helpful and concern about the time the parts will be shipped.Couldn't ask for better than this.Thanks guys and gals for all your help your the best.Lou Rogers

United Ag and Turf has great products and friendly faces to sell them, repair them and maintenance them. They really helped me out in a pinch today when I was out mowing my customers and my lawn mower started having some issues. Some of these people that are huge helps are Ryder, Daniel, Jason and Shane in the service department and Jack in the sales department. These guys know their stuff, are super helpful, knowledgeable and great people to do business with! Thank you guys again!

Individual sales associates are easy to deal with. Customer service at a corporate level is a complete joke. Seems to be little to no quality control within the maintenance department. Company appears to be more reactive instead of proactive. Wish it was still Padula Brothers!

I bought a John Deere tractor at United Ag and Turf In Raynham off Cody and I was extremely pleased with the sale and all the after sales help. I highly recommend him. Its apparent that he cares about the customer and will do anything he can to make you happy.

My husband drag brought me to look at lawn mowers today, we met with Cody F. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I know nothing about lawn mowers but he made the experience nice and there wasn t any sort of sales pressure to buy. I test drove 2, apparently there were differences between the two but both felt the same to me and we ended up buying one. Would recommend Cody to anyone wanting to buy a lawn mower.

I m so grateful for the team at United Ag and Turf - I have had bad experiences in the past so I was reluctant to go back but after meeting Jason, he was a huge help and the main reason I ll go back in the future. "Honey lets buy a tractor and call it a Christmas gift to ourselves!" Okay that might not work for everyone but it works for us. Having cleared the idea with my mate, the trip to John Deere (United Ag & Turf of Raynham) was a nice way to finish 2022. Sales Representative Ken Quaglia walked me through the various models of lawn tractors. In a no pressure kind of way, we assessed the optimal tractor to meet the demand. The new mower has now replaced our 15 year old John Deere model 115 that was in disrepair. The new mower, has already begun its journey of dependable usefulness by jumping my Jeep (both Jeep and tractor use 12 volt batteries). I am now using it to harvest wood in the back of my property where my car can not travel. Thank You Ken and United Ag & Turf. Very pleasurable experience doing business with you.

I absolutely recommend dealing with Cody Fiorucci in sales at the Raynham MA location. Its refreshing to find someone who actually cares in 2022.I am a challenging customer with many questions, Cody answered them all accurately and professionally, even if that meant he had to get back to me. I test drove many tractors and made him stay past closing time on Friday by accident, he didn't complain or have any negative comments at all. I wish my business had a need for a salesman , I would defiantly try to recruit Cody. I purchased a X354 and I am looking forward to the delivery soon!

This was our first time working with Padula Brothers, and the experience was great. There was only one left of the item we wanted, and it was brought in from another store and delivered to us in less than a week. Lynn was a pleasure to work with through the ordering and purchase process, and delivery was very good. The machine was in perfect condition and all gassed up. The delivery guy was very nice and knew his stuff as he explained how to use the equipment. We would definitely do business with them again!

I normally don't write reviews. However, my experience visiting Padula bothers last Wednesday, 6-17 @ 4:15pm was so bad that I feel compelled to share it. My wife and I visited the Padula Brothers showroom looking for availability regarding the Z300 line of zero turn mowers. When we walked into the showroom, there was an older woman and a new employee (?) at a desk. We were the only customers in the showroom at this time. After waiting 5 minutes without a hello or any acknowledgment, my wife asked the if someone could help us. The older woman's response was "someone who is not training someone on a video right now will help you". So we waited. 10 minutes later, I asked again for someone to help us and was told, "he's on the phone right now".After another 5 minutes, she and the trainee left. So I went to the parts department and and was greeted by a friendly woman that asked how she could help me. I told her that my wife and I had some questions about the Z300 mower series and nobody seems able to help us. She left her station to get someone to help us in the showroom. We returned to the showroom and waited. Well, the same older woman returned and asked "how can I help you." I'm sure she wished that we would have just left already. This store might be good for contractors and other commercial accounts but if you are a residential customer looking for John Deere equipment, don't bother going here. Apparently, there is no value to these folks helping you and you are considered a nuisance to them.

Lynn and her team are top notch. This was my first time using Padula and my first John Deere. They helped me with the accessories and installing add on items at a reasonable price. The delivery went perfect with the driver going over the operation and great tips. I would highly recommend Padula to anyone looking for residential or commercial outdoor products!

I worked with Al and his team in Amherst.As they already know I am completely over the moon about the 1025. I just wanted to say thank you for everything in the buying experience. I bought a tractor and it will get dirty but my experience with you and your team was as much of a white glove service as I could ask for. I hope to do business with you again in the future. Thank you for making our buying experience so wonderful! My wife has already learned how to use the tractor and won t give it back!

I was looking for a tractor that could cut my lawn and plow my driveway. Lynn asked questions about my yard and driveway and set me up with perfect tractor. Never oversold me on anything and explained all the attachments. The showroom had almost every model available so it made it easy to compare. She even helped to get the tractor delivered before a snowstorm. Even the delivery driver made sure I understood everything before he left. Overall a great experience.
