These guys at TFT in Raynham were awesome and did a great job with upgrading my wheels and tires. I know I didn t have the easiest request to put bigger wheels with oversized tires on a new Corolla, but we made it happen! Justin was super helpful every step of the way and kept me updated every day until my special order arrived (2 days after placing it!!!) They did not take my money and forget about me like most places do. I can honestly say that Justin s customer service skills were exceptional, he took care of my needs and exceeded all of my expectations. Justin deserves a promotion and/or raise at the least because he s an asset to Town Fair. I love the way the new wheels transformed my ride and commuting to work will never be the same again lol. Thanks again bro!

The staff representative Ligia was knowledgeable and friendly, She got me in and out quickly. I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible service and quality of products at this store. Ligia was super helpful and the items I purchased (4) tires exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend, and my car feels like new with the new tires. I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received at twon fair tire Rynaham!!! Thank you so much Ligia for all your help!!!

My husband brought my Model Y LR In because the front tire was losing air ( he could not find any defects). The staff - and I am assuming Lee ( he said the girl who knew everything:) - was wonderful! They found a slice in the tire and Repaired it ! We were ready to buy a new tire - . They were SUPER ! Fit him in in less than an hour and wonderful work at the most reasonable price ever ! When I need a full replacement set - I know where I will be going ! You gained a customer for life .

Lee was my service adviser on Tuesday. She did all she could to get my tires that day. As I was leaving I misplaced my glasses. Lee took pity on me & helped me search for them. Lee went above & beyond to help. In working with the public I know what customer service is. Lee exemplifies customer service! I am back today for my new tires. Lee thank you for all of your help

Devin was incredibly helpful with providing quick and effective service. I had gone to town fair in Plainville earlier in the day and they did not properly inspect my tire. Service at the Raynham location was thorough and found the source of the issue and made repairs. Shout out Devin

I've done business here a bunch and they've always been good to me. They offer both low affordable and high end quality tires. Lee is super responsive, helpful, and always has the tires I'm looking for. When I drop off my wheels, she's quick about replacing the tires for me. Had an issue with a tire that was replaced when I arrived Ligia addressed my concern regarding my steering wheel not steering right. She checked all my tires letting me know that one other tire needed to be placed very badly. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me. I really appreciated her honestly. I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Ligia

!!DO NOT COME HERE!!if I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. Never have I been so disappointed in the service here as I ve been having problems with my valve stems in my tires for the past 3 months. They have already replaced 3 stems for me 2 of them being on the SAME tire and almost a month later it needed to be replaced again. Fast foreword to present day, today I came out to my car seeing 2 of my tires fully flat to the ground with no signs of nails in the tire. Checked the valve stems and what do you know!! Leaking yet again. I will make sure none of my friends, family, or clients at my work ever step foot in this townfair tire along with other locations. Over 5 years of doing service with them just to get treated like this??? Will never be coming back.

I went t the Raynham store on 4/17/24, invoice # 81577-563. It s because of people like Leigh, is why I keep returning to Town Fair Tire Raynham. Obviously understaffed, she maintained a professional and pleasant demeanor. I also had a shorter than usual wait time. And of course they alway have the lowest prices.

Ligia was super attentive at the Raynham Town Fair, from the first interaction over the phone to helping me upgrade on BIG All Terrian for my truck. She took the time to confirm everything and show me the different bigger sizes I can go on my truck. She did advise about test fit to make sure my new tires didnt rub. Thanks Ligia keep up the great work, will be coming back to you for my next truck!

Lee was great from the first time we spoke on the phone up into when I bought 4 new tires with her a few weeks later. After shopping around she had the best price and was a pleasure to work with. She didn't make me feel rushed or pressured while trying to decide whether purchasing new or used would be my better route. I would recommend her to anyone needing any help with tires!

I went to town fair tire looking to get a new set of tires for my GMC Sierra 2500. I met Lee and she showed me 4 different brands of tires. I asked her which one she recommends. When I went home I checked out the reviews on the tires, and the reviews were great. So I went with her suggestion with the Goodyear Adventure with Kevlar. It makes choices easier when you have very knowledgeable people there to help you. Thank you Lee

If I could give this place a Zero I would. The one is for the young lady who was very professional and with a kind grounded attitude. After scheduling an appointment for a slow leak in one of my tires, I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. 2 hrs later everyone who had come after me had left and no status update. I asked what was taking so long and was told they were putting the tire back. That took 15 minutes. The guy behind the counter was not happy that I was asking questions on why it took so long. He said he told me it would take 1.5 to 2 hrs - Not true!!! because my daughter was waiting for me so she could leave by 2:45! I called her as soon as he told me 1-1.5 to confirm before I agreed to have the work done. He said I could forget about the $13 charge. The kicker is that when I drove away the tire that was supposed to be fixed had 34 pressure while the other one was 42. I called back and they made me think I was crazy to expect the light to go off right after it was fixed and he hung up on me!!! Oh and when I got home I realized they didn t even replace my cap on the tire. I guess the $13 they didn t charge will replace that but what a disaster.

I went to Raynham location and Ligia helped me both times. Not only was she knowledgeable but so incredibly helpful and courteous. She located my tires and got me in and out quickly. I truly appreciate her and will most definitely recommend her and Town Fair.

It was time for new tires. My tires were nearing the end of their lifespan, and I had a 3 inch long 1/4 inch wide gash running across the tread of my front tire. I didn t know how the tire was holding air. And, because I drive 150 miles each day, I needed to get new tires fast.I called my local TFT and specifically asked for the brand, model and size I wanted. At first they told me I could have an appointment for tomorrow because the tires weren t in stock in the shop/store. I mentioned I wanted to know if I could have them today. They told me they would need to see if they could get them today and would have to call me back. They called back 20 minutes later and said they would have them in later in the day. I was happily surprised. After arriving at the shop on Monday afternoon they had me in and I out in one hour. Best service I ve had since buying my tires from TFT years ago.

Totally inexperience untrained people working at this location in fact most of all town fair location I would never ever recommend to anyone for wheel alignment for changing tire they're just ok.First alignment January (done in north providance)First time i got 4 wheel alignment with 4 new tire they misaligned steering wheel to right side2nd alignment March 11 (done in Raynham new state highway)they misaligned steering wheel right to left not just little bit 20%3rd March 13 (done in Raynham new state highway)alignment they misaligned steering wheel 20% to 40% left sideEven when I straight steering wheel and see from outside i can see my wheels not straight front right wheel completely out on right direction and their employee saying it won't hurt new tire at allTotal waste time 6 hrs just sitting in waiting area and how much time they spent on my car? 15 mins, whole the time I was watching my car when they took it and bring it back I have told them many times if they wanna charge again for alignment they can do it at least make it done proper way don't waste my time.Gonna go to somewhere else to fix it before my new tires ruined.

I went to the Raynham location this weekend and was immediately helped upon entering the building. Ligia greeted me instantly and started getting my car ready to be worked on. Both her and Peter were extremely nice and helpful. They got my car looked at in a timely manner and I was able to stay and wait for it to be finished. Seth runs a great establishment with great employees. I have been getting my tires done at town fair for many years now and will continue to only get my tires done here. It does not matter what location you go to, I have been to a couple of different ones and I always get great service!

Bought a set of tire for my truck. Pick up a nail on the highway. Went to town fair and happen to see LI. Who originally sold me the tire from another store. She look up to see I had the road Hazzard plan . She said ur all set will have u on ur way soon. Can't say enough about he customer serviceand doubble checking things for me. I'll definitely be back for my next set tire from u.
