I had some damage to my truck and Total Care was recommended to me. I contacted them and they were very professional and polite. They worked with me on the schedule which was great, and everything was set up for the repair. Later, I got a call from them and they offered an earlier date which I thought was outstanding! I took it in and they did a really nice job. I'm totally satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from start to finish. Very easy to deal with, explained in detail and my car looks incredible. They coordinated directly with insurance company and sorted rental pick up and drop off to make it that much more convenient. Second time I have used them and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else for body work.

Finding Total Care Accident Repair was the best Google search result EVER! My car was scraped in a parking lot and unfortunately hit four different panels so another repair shop quoted $4000 whether or not my insurance paid or I paid. Total Care accident repair makes it possible to have a very good (not perfect but still amazing) repair and save thousands of dollars! This was the kind of service I was hoping for, but other car repair shops did not offer. The express repair service by far exceeded any expectation I had and saved me $4000. Even more surprising, and a testament of the exceptional, ethical service provided by Total Care is that the final bill was half of what the initial quote was to repair my car! I cannot recommend Total Care Accident repair and Brian from the Raynham shop highly enough.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I had an accident on 12/9 in which my car was hit by a drunk driver while legally parked on a side street. As I have taken my cars to Mastria to be serviced, I contacted their collision line for guidance as I was having numerous issues with the at-fault insurance company. Pedro, Brian and Evelyn were my support system throughout this 4 week ordeal for a settlement. They set up the tow to pick it up and even contacted the insurance adjuster to have them cancel theirs. Pedro had also warned me that the adjuster would call me in an effort to convince me not to have it sent there. They made sure to communicate every single detail and update. They also gave me several moments to vent and offered sound advise on how to proceed. I highly recommend this place. They are very caring individuals who are personable and extremely knowledgeable with how to navigate difficult pathways when dealing with situations such as mine. Their pricing is very fair and they keep you informed every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending Total Care to anyone who needs any type of body work! I deeply appreciate each of you and cannot thank you enough.

I can't speak highly enough about Total Care Accident Repair! The entire staff that I dealt with, from Evelyn to Pedro to Brett and Brian, were all polite, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Additionally, the quality and timeliness of the repairs were exceptional. While needing repairs due to an accident, and subsequently dealing with insurance companies are never fun, Total Care Accident Repair made the process an easy one.

Recently had our 2023 KIA repaired from an auto accident, I will say the customer service was excellent keeping me informed. The repairs I can honestly say the car looks brand new and you would never know it was hit.I have family in the Auto Collision Business so how I was treated was exactly how you should be.Highly recommend Total Care Accident Repair.

Amazing, professional service from start to finish. Your team made the entire experience so easy for me. They did a great job explaining each step of the process from drop off to pick up and kept me updated throughout the time they were working on my vehicle. I also appreciated that you did all the work to communicate with my insurance company and car rental company. I am very satisfied with the repairs. The bonus car wash / detailing was an unexpected surprise! I can't recommend Total Care Accident Repair enough! Even 10 stars isn't sufficient as a rating. Their whole team from the office personnel to the guys doing the body work are phenomenal! There's a reason why Mastria Kia uses them as well! Thank you Brett and Evelyn!

They were such wonderful people all around. While progressive was dragging out the process and giving so much push back, the shop really gave me more insight and advice than I could have asked. They checked up on my constantly and not in a nagging way just simply checking on me. This shop exemplifies how people should treat each other

I wish I could give them more stars!! No one wants to hire an auto body shop, but let me tell you these people really make the experience smooth and easy as can be, they arranged my tow, followed up with me every step of the way with weekly updates, used all oem parts, we re done ahead of schedule and my truck looks better than it did the day it got hit. They completely detailed it inside and out, and the repair work is impossible to find, like it should be. Couldn t be happier with their prompt professional service, I chose based on reviews, keep reading, everyone says the same about these folks, they re as good as it gets!!!

This was my second visit to TCAR and the work is exceptional! I felt the communication for updates and follow through in the beginning were a bit lacking compared to my first experience but once Brian and Brett stepped in they were wonderful. Brian and the staff at Total Care were a huge help in my truck repairs. They kept me updated at all times and dealt with my insurance which can be a headache. Most importantly when they returned my truck it was beautifully detailed. Excellent service. They did a great job on my car and it looks great. Extremely happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for auto body work being done for your car. Excellent customer service too. Brian and the other guys went above and beyond during the whole process and made it as easy and stress free that it can be. If I ever need auto body work again I will 100% be coming back here.

Total Care staff made the repairs to my car after an accident. The quality of the work performed was unsurpassed. Every detail was handled with top quality labor and materials. The staff was courteous, kind and very helpful walking me through the total process to completion. Brian saved me money by supplying OEM parts even though the insurance only allowed for used or aftermarket parts. Everything about the process was a pleasure with the staff at Total Care. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for collision repair and painting.Service: Painting

Absolute best service & people!! Evelyn was superb, friendly & fun. They took me in immediately, called & kept me totally informed about everything, also my car was ready even early than they anticipated. Excellent job. I have recommended them to friends & they received same great service. My husband went thru another company & he is so sorry. 4 months later, he is still waiting for it to even get a call back. Everyone is Top Notch!!! 10 stars!

The staff at Total Care Accident Repair were incredibly professional, friendly, and understanding. The work they did on my truck was nothing shy of perfection. My truck looked better leaving their shop than when I drove it off the lot brand new. Total Care their name exemplifies the way they conduct business. These guys go above and beyond in customer satisfaction and experience and are experts at what they do.This is my third time working with Brian and team and I would never go anywhere else. I ve dealt with other shops and never had anywhere near the service or results. I've now been through the accident-insurance-rental-repair cycle twice with Total Care and couldn't recommend them more. They make a painful experience become seamless. Their work appears flawless and their customer service/regular updates are just right.If you get whacked, let Total Care mend your wounds!
