Dropped our car off the night before our drop off appointment. The Raynham team (Pierre) looked at the car in a timely manner and called with the news we needed 4 new tires since one had a puncture. Patty and Kristen helped us from the call center get the best tire deal including the protection plan and alignment on the tires. Paid for the tires over the phone since we could not make it in before they closed. The vehicle now drives like it is brand new. Great teamwork by all! Thank you!

These guys tried to scam my wife out of $70 today. I recommended she go here to get an oil change and an inspection sticker and they claimed she had a headlight out and tried to charge her $70 to replace it. I had just replaced the headlight in question about a year ago, so I recommended she pass and I d take a look at it. When she showed up and declined the headlight, they had already pulled her old one out and basically handed the bare bulb back to her saying they were confused and had started changing it by mistake . I get home from work and take a look at the bulb and it looks as new as when I installed. I cleaned their greasy prints off it and reinstalled and lo and behold the bad bulb works just fine! These guys are trying to take advantage of people that don t know better. I ve done business with the Bridgewater location many times, but now I d recommend people avoid this chain all together. This Halogen bulb has now been handled by bare hands and will probably burn out prematurely despite my efforts to clean it up. Avoid these guys at all costs. I d give them 0 stars if I could.

Bought all 4 tires & Alignment Spent $600 for a week later one of my tires kept loosing air they found a nail in my tire not me thinking my tires are under warranty to be told they are in fact NOT under warranty but he can add warranty since its only been a WEEK for $16 per tire plus 1 more tire so $90 and then my tires would be under warranty?!?! Why wasn't this offered to me when I bought the tires when called they gave my price of tires and alignment but wasn't told I would be charged more to put the tires on until I got there, at that point I should have just walked out but of course I didn't , Spoke with Store manager Pierre Desarmes who did nothing for me when I explained the situation just said warranty is offered at the purchase of new tires which clearly wasn't! TRASH! needless to say ill be calling corporate

Once again Sullivan Tire did not let me down, I got an Oil change on my vehicle and didn t have to wait long. They got right to it and got the job done I thought I was going to be there for awhile but it was less than 50 minutes. Which I found very reasonable especially for a busy location like RT 44. They never disappoint me and I ll continue to have my BMW serviced here in Raynham when I need it. I also love their BG products as it keep my Engine clean, healthy and strong. 5/5 would recommend to anymore.

This place was 5 stars when Travis was the manager. Now there seems to be a push to up-sell. Probably not the workers. More likely a corporate initiative.

They don't prefer to work on Teslas. If you have one, go somewhere else. Made a tire change appointment, 2 weeks later when I show up they say they don't work on Teslas. Could have told me that when I called them 2 weeks ago. Went to townfair tire instead. They clearly don't want to work on Teslas so even if they change their minds, I wouldn't trust them with it.Edit: After talking with a regional manager, it seems like they are still figuring what the breakdown was. I don't think the appointment system and the stores are on the same page. The tech needs to check the appointment details ahead of time to ensure they can actually do the job and do what they claim to be able to do, or if not tell the customer before the day of. Either way townfair didn't give me any problems. Putting 4 tires on a rim shouldn't have been this hard.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation, wiper change and replacement of a tail light. I was told the tail light had to ordered prior to my arrival. As scheduled I arrived at 8am on my scheduled day and left van for the work to be completed. Around noon I received a call stating that the tail light was not complete because someone failed to order it. When I arrived to pick up the van I rescheduled the tail light for the following week. This time I did not leave the van but waited in the lobby as I was told it should only take an hour. 40 minutes later I was told the tail light could not be found and again someone dropped the ball on ordering it. I highly suggest going elsewhere as the incompetence at this store is ridiculous

They tried taking advantage of my grandma. We'll never go here again. We requested front tires, and they put ones on the rear when the fronts were bald, and the rears had a lot of tread left still and said she needed all 4 but couldn't do all 4 the day we were there. They also replaced a TPMS sensor, which wasn't needed as the tire light was not on and claimed she needed a slew of work that was unnecessary. Luckily, i talked her out of getting screwed over.

Took our SUV there for a safety check; it was well worth the $50.Found out that my rear brakes were down to the metal! So happy that I had them check it out! Had it fixed the same day. They are open til 6pm!

After reading my last online review about my tire air problem Bill called me. He asked me to come in and he would review my issues. I brought the car in. They thoroughly inspected all 4 tires, even removing the tire in question to double check the patch they put on was not leaking.They put air in where needed as we all know, weather can affect air pressure in tires. All was done at no charge while I waited.THIS IS WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!! They set the standard high at Sullivan Tire! I highly recommend them as they won't steer you wrong!Had a problem with the two rear tires not holding air. One had a screw in it, the other was leaking around the rim bead and tire stem. They patched screw hole, put a new bead and tire stem on the other. All done in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price!

As I always do, I have a great experience at Sullivan Tire of Raynham. They always know how to get the job done. Unfortunately a part did break and they had to add on to the bill but it was understanding for the fact that my vehicle is older so it was not an issue at all. Other than that, Sullivan Tire of Raynham will always be my number 1 spot as I know deep down they will take care of my car with the best possible parts and service

Beware of this place. Went to get my 4 tires installed and the guy was going to try and charge me $300 in just labor to mount and balance 4 tires! Their website even says it s only like $120 for install but the guy insisted this is how much it costs now . I have a feeling they try and take advantage of people who they think don t know any better. I ended up getting them installed down the road instead at another shop for MUCH less! I ll never step foot into a Sullivan Tire again after this.

Over priced. Will never go there again. $59 for a diagnosis. Gave a list of all the problems with my car.Charged to "top" off fluids. Stay away, unless you have an abundance of money to have more than what you wanted done.I went to someone else and it was a lot less expensive.

Bill and the service members were extremely helpful! I came in with a screw in my tire and a toddler in hand, not only did the repair get done within a reasonable time given I did not have an appointment, but Bill went above and beyond to make our time waiting as pleasant and comfortable as possible even changing the TV to Disney keep my toddler happy and provided crayons! He was wonderful, the experience was nothing short of perfect! They all deserve raises if you ask me.

I would like to compliment an associate that assisted me on Thursday April 21. His name was Jay. He was so helpful, got me in right away for my tire rotation as well as informed me that they also do oil changes, now I can get it done at Sullivan instead of getting my oil change at the dealership. Jay was very courteous and helpful! That's a wonderful quality when representing the company at the front desk. I will be sure to recommend Sullivan tire to my friends & family. Thank you!

The people here are excellent and the customer service here is excellent. Only subtracted one star because corporate online scheduling sucks. Limited choices for dropping off and picking up makes the employees think you're leaving your car for a simple maintenance service. Ridiculous. Corporate fix your app.

They changed me all kinds of work that needs to be done that I didn't want. I had a specific question for a repair. I got a quote for everything under the sun, including $50 top of my fluids. I went somewhere else that didn't come up with a $2,000 bill

Same old song and dance. Bring car in for oil change. They call you up and tell you all sorts of stuff needs to be done when it doesn't! Today they tried to say the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. Only problem is they replaced it 2 months ago. When told it should be under warrantee because they replaced it 2 months ago, Magically they came back and said that they looked at it under better light and it doesn't need to be replaced! Such scam artists. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!

I recently went to this location to get work done on my serptine belt. Sulivan tires did the job then took it upon themselves to check out my air filters. I did not ask for this service.They sheared off one side of bolt assembly to the air filter housing and didn't reconnect any if the latches or vacuum tubing.So now I have to spend 200$+ to replace the entire assembly and also deal with whatever damaged was done to my motor from essentially having no filter on my carThank you Sullivan tires for hack job I never even requestedTake your car literally anywhere else

Always a nice experience whenever I take my suv in for it's spa day. Had some warnings on dashboard, needed sticker, have older suv so do the wellness checks($50) to keep up on any upcoming possible problems, worth the money. I tend to do one check in summer and then before winter. I appreciate that the guys give me an estimate with not only the $ amounts but then come and let me know if something will take a few hours or if it's an all day type of job, so I can plan my day. I know that they get super busy around the end of the month for stickers, so besides making my appointment, I brought it in earlier than my appointment time bcuz I needed a sticker - By 0800 their garage was wicked busy! People should realize that they don't have full staff on like pre-covid and plan on making appointments bcuz on Sat I think only people who had them were serviced, not able to take walk-ins as they used to. Sullivan Tire earns it's 5 stars in service and quality staff.

I have been coming to the Raynham Sullivan Tire for many years now. From a Customer Service perspective, Mark and Travis treat me extremely well and always go above and beyond to help me. They even find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute if needed. The service staff always does an excellent job with the repairs. The work is always completed on schedule and it is always done right. As a multi-vehicle owner, it is a comforting feeling to have such a trustworthy and reliable service team available.

Great service when I was there , got an alignment and they got it done in a timely manner, however the steering wheel after the alignment was off about half a degree to the left when the job was finished. When I called to tell them the issue they had closed, so I called at one in the afternoon the following day. I explained what was going on and they said I could bring it in and they might get to it. If the job isn't done right the first time I shouldn't have to wait until the end of the day for a might get to it. Needless to say the Brockton Sullivan tire got me in at 230 with 45 minutes notice.

Normally I don t write reviews but with this type of customer service I now I feel obligated. I brought my vehicle in for a snow tire changeover, before doing so I called to find out what the charge would be. The rep stated there was no charge, I said are you sure? He replied yes. After the service was completed I pick my car up and the rep tells me today s cost is $30 I asked what exactly that is for he replies the snow tire changeover? I said I called in advance and was told free with reassurance that it would be free, he replies and why would you think it s free. I said because I called in advance to find out and that s what I was told. The clerk (Marc I think his name was) gave me a disrespectful attitude and while giving me a hard time, stated he s not trying to give me a hard time, but that s exactly what he did. He pretty much told me I was lying as if I just came in and demanded a free service. With better customer service they could have had a customer for life, but instead I m writing a bad review.

My second time there, very nice and they do awesome work! I had four tires put on today and after they told me I didn't need an alignment! I know some other places would've said they did it and charged me for it! Thank you for being honest!

Excellent service! I booked appt online & received an email confirming appointment. I used after hours key drop, got a call early in the morning with a status and a follow up when it was ready. It's great to be able to pay over the phone and have contact-less pickup. Very helpful and professional!

I had an appointment to get a major job done on my car when I was given the best news... service called me back to tell me to check with my dealership because he believes the problem has a recall on it and I can get the job done for free!!! Sullivan could have said nothing and took my money but they were honest, hard to find these days!!!Customer for life !!
