I shopped HARD for my new car, talking to dealerships hundreds of miles away. In the end, Silko came through with the right car at a great price. Peter was my sales person and I cannot recommend him enough. He is knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Juan helped us with all our paperwork and he was a SUPERSTAR, going well above and beyond to help with a complex concern we had. I highly recommend Silko Honda.

Had a very a nice experience at Silko Honda. Highly recommend if you re in the market for a car. I did check out 2 other dealerships that were stressful & felt pressure. Everyone at Silko has been easy to deal with. Highly recommend Juan in finance.

Accompanied my son today as he purchased his first car. Dealing with Marcel in sales and Juan in finance was a fantastic experience. They were friendly and helpful and we never felt pressured. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience but dealing with these two gentlemen made this a very pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend Silko Honda and would especially recommend asking to work the Marcel and Juan.

I have leased 6 Hondas and this is the absolute best experience ever thanks to Mike Healey. Mike is kind and patient and spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and get the best deal. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of cars and Honda. Best of all, he sat with me in the car and went over all the new features so I felt comfortable in the new car. Can't say enough about Mike he is one in a million.

I purchased my lease for my 2020 Honda Civic SI through Silko Honda. Everyone that I encountered was very polite, professional and super helpful. I originally went to another Honda to buy out my lease and they kept trying to get me into a new lease/car, they also stated that they would have to keep my car for 10 days until title is received, I didn't like the sound of that because I didn't want to get rid of my car to begin with. So I contacted Silko and they were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to keep/use my car throughout the entire process of buying out my lease. I just want to give a shoutout to HEATH and STACEY. Thank you for making the whole process a breeze and being so helpful and kind. I would 100% recommend Silko to anyone as they always have your best interest in mind!!

I ve been going to Silko for 20+ years. I ve purchased multiple vehicles and have had them all serviced there and have never had an issue. There s no better service duo than Kim and Matt and they ve been there for most of those 20+ years, too! They re always kind and honest and they truly care about the safety and longevity of your vehicles.

SILKO Honda: Online Deception and Pushy Tactics Leave Me Fuming!I recently started my car search online, and SILKO Honda popped up with some seemingly attractive deals. Big mistake trusting those advertised prices!Online Bait and Switch: The advertised prices online are a total illusion. When I contacted their sales team via phone about a specific car, they immediately started pushing unnecessary extras like lock nuts and a ceramic coating. These "add-ons" added a whopping $700 to the price tag!High-Pressure Tactics Over the Phone: The sales rep wouldn't take "no" for an answer when I politely declined the extras. The entire conversation felt like a script designed to pressure me into a more expensive purchase.No Escape from the Pushiness: Thinking a different salesperson might be more understanding, I requested to speak with someone else. Unfortunately, it seems pushy tactics are the norm at SILKO Honda. The second rep used the same aggressive approach, completely disregarding my budget and needs.Feeling Disrespected and Disgruntled: After this frustrating experience, I'm left feeling disrespected and frustrated. It's clear their online presence is misleading, and their sales team prioritizes quotas over customer satisfaction.My Recommendation: if you are looking to buy a car Don't waste your time with SILKO Honda. On the other hand if you want some overpriced wheel locks this is your dealer.@SILKO Honda, good luck selling overpriced wheel locks instead of cars.

I bought my 2014 CR-V from Silko Honda and have been servicing my vehicle there for the past nine years. I always receive excellent customer service every time with Jamie and Kim. I recently had a transmission problem and once again Geoff and his team helped me get the needed repair, kept me informed throughout the process and afforded me a loaner while my car was being fixed. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Good customer service is hard to find these days. You are truly appreciated. I highly recommend buying and working with Silko!

Michael was an amazing sales person! I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted. I didn t feel pressured into buying the vehicle and they were very understanding about my needs. They were very accommodating and tried their best to get me what I needed. If you are in the market for a Honda, I recommend you stop in here! This was the first, but definitely not the last time I will be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I had a great experience at Silko Honda. Emilio Silva was very attentive and showed me several options and spent a lot of time with us, even though we had a trade in which they paid a great value.I would strongly recommend this place.Juan Mejia made the financing part so easy that makes me think why aren t the other places like that. 10/10 experience for. 10/10 car.

If you're looking for a dealership who will take a deposit over the phone and call back ten minutes later saying the car is sold, these are your guys. Oh, as a bonus, they'll tack on $299 "mandatory" wheel locks on top of the listed price after the fact just like the Clearcoat scam in Fargo. Fun group.

Went in for oil and filter. Found out catalytic converters need replacement . I m still waiting on mid exhaust pipe ordered and paid for on December 16,2023. The most recent estimate for part is March 12Th. Initially it was 1 month, March 12th is appalling to me. SILKO shame on you!!!!

Emilio Silva was an incredible salesperson. He treated me as if I were family. He has been at SILKO FOR YEARS I cannot believe he hasn t been promoted yet. I made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Tim who had the car pulled up and running already. After a walk around we chatted about the vehicle for a while. I test drove and when I returned he had printed out information about the car, knowing I was going to be discussing this purchase with my partner. I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism. The dealership itself is beautiful and clean, you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Tried setting up as close to what I wanted on Honda with the price and trade and all that. Website keeps sending errors. A lot of things wrong with website. Purchased car through Toyota down the street. Lost a deal all cause they can t have a proper running site.

Silko Honda is located right off RT 24 and very near RT 495. The service shop is very good. Pretty honest in there approach to what you need or need fixed. You can get an estimate for parts before service. The people who work here are local folks. Good people and great cars. I did purchase a new vehicle from this dealer in 2001 - a Honda CRV. I can't say enough about how well a Honda rides, requires low maintenance and my new 2017 Honda CRV get's an amazing 29 miles per gallon city/hwy combined. If you're considering a car, consider a Honda, and if you're considering a Honda in Southern Massachusetts - then consider Silko.

If you need a car, reliable, economical, with the warrantees to back it up, see Mike Healy-salesman over at Silko. I met with him, was impressed with his integrity after searching for months for a good car for my son, and had Mike complete the sale with my son solely. I trust him. And trust this dealership. WAY TOO many scammers out there- don't even waste your time going anywhere else. If you're looking to save a few bucks, you'll be sorry. You get what you pay for here. Quality, integrity, trust.

I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from Silko Honda yesterday. The salesperson, Pete Adams, was outstanding. Went over procedure, paperwork, explained all the details of my new vehicle in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. The sales manager and finance personnel were also great! I recommend Silko Honda for your next vehicle purchase. They made a process that can be difficult go well.

Friendly in person, but expectation-setting on the phone was very badly mistaken. I was told that a PCM Update (recall) would take 15 minutes. My appointment was 2:30pm. I arrived 10 mins late, but here I sit at 3:30. So I checked on the status to learn that "He has it", so it shouldn't take more than another 20-30 minutes. What?! Do not believe whatever you hear over the phone. Or just add 60 mins to it.
