Wanted JUST an oil change.Appointment was JUST for an oil change.Service agent continually tried to "sell" me additional services that I did not want, at this time.Was not very friendly.I have been a long time customer, and remember and valued Mark, and Bob Roderiques as helpful and friendly. Miss them.It was written on my service receipt that I got a written multi point inspection report ? I received no such report ?May not return.

Clean, well organized maintenance department. A comfortable waiting area, the TV channel was a little lackluster. But they have free Wi-Fi.Everything that needed to be done my vehicle was explained in detail to my by Derek. The bill was high but I had a lot done, I had put things of during the pandemic. The vehicle now rides like new again. Thank you Toyota Service.
