Good tires. Good service. But I had a 3:00 appointment for 4 tires and alignment. I dropped the car off at 3:00. I walked to area stores and a restaurant to pass time. I returned to Pep Boys at 4:30. My car was still where I parked it! What is the point of a 3:00 appointment? I expressed my concern and they got it in at 5:00. Two hours wasted! Why have appointments if Pep Boys can't manage time?

Trouble getting the tires that the website indicated were available so I ended up getting a different brand (still a good deal). The service provided when the tires came in was great. They advised me of a front-end safety issue which they repaired. Overall a good experience - great knowledgeable crew.

Worst costumer service and overall bad. Called Friday made an appointment for 4 new tires. 9am Monday. Show up Monday to be told they haven t had the tires I ordered In stock in months and don t know when they will get them. Never attempted to fix there mistake. Gave me an attitude because I didn t understand how they told me I was set and scheduled an appointment yet they had almost 3 and a half days to let me know they didn t have the tires and never ordered them. Took time away from work for a waist of time.

I just pulled into pep boys and needed a new tire come to find out thay give veterans discount good for them I would say all veterans should come here and give them business

I dropped off my car to get tires put on. The wait was 3 hours. I came back 3 and half hours later and was told that they accidentally ordered the wrong size tires and couldn't put them on my car. They never bothered to call and tell me this was happening so I wasted my time taking a half day out of work to get tired when they could have just told me when I dropped off or told me a half hour later when they realized their mistake. Nope they never informed me. I asked if I could take my car home and figure out a new day. Nope they already had the tires removed from the car and couldn't put the old tires back on. So now I had to miss a second day of work cause I had no car to go to work with and the correct tires wouldn't arrive until 1 o'clock the next day. My time was not valued in this process as they never bothered to contact me during this. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because I had a great price on the tires, although missing a days erased what ever savings I got on the tiers.

They guys at Pep Boys were spot on. I had no issues with anything at all. They fixed my wheel bearings on my 2008 Infinity by 11:30 after dropping it off at 8:00am. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I will be going back to this store for most of my auto needs.

I went in on a slow Tuesday morning, it took 3 hours to change 1 tire. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting they had to ask what tire it was that needed changing, the tire was almost flat and had barely 5 psi. If you go here make sure you don't stay and expect to have it take all day for anything.

Had new tires installed. pep boys had the best tire deals compared to other tire retailers in the area. The two young guys behind the counter were friendly and professional, the Tech that did my installation seems to have done a good job. Took my car on the highway no shakes or shimmy wheels balanced very well. Great job overall. Thank You.

They had a call out and were extremely understaffed. This put them 3 hours behind schedule and they were simply doing their best. It s not easy now a days when you re constantly running short but expected to deliver the same service at the same rate. I feel the attendant ( I believe his name was Aiden) was very polite and was doing the best he could. I appreciate that. Especially the night before Thanksgiving.

I ended up buying cooper tires on sale sometime in November went to the appt to have them installed but the tires were not there and they weren t there for the next month when I talked to one of the employees I asked if there was anything he could do for me since I had waited 2months and shown up to one of the appt and his response was it s not our fault . So I bought tires from another shop.. this place has no consideration for your time or money

Pack a lunch. Made an 11:00 appointment and when I arrived, I was informed it would be an hour and a half before they would be able to start my car -to do a job that takes an hour and a half (I was having all four tires replaced). I m not sure what the point of an appointment is if you have to wait an hour and a half when you get there at your scheduled time. I was told they had 6 appointments at 11- which they did not seen to be staffed for- all in all ended up there for 4 hours a d had to cancel plans I had made for later in the day. Don't think Ill be back.

After making an appointment for the Dedhm location the day before, I was told that my wait would be close to 2 1/2 hours before my car would be in for service. I subsequently left, got home and made an appointment for the Raynham location the next morning. I was the second car in and the wait was not long. Service was completed within an hour. Raynham has now won my business!!!

go their as walk in thursday at 430 & they couldn't do2 tires.no problem.. make a ONLINE APPOINTMENT buy 2 tires and have them installed . drive their to be told sorry we can't do it today we're full & we don't have the tires either but I'll order them and we can do it Sunday at 3. after calling to verify I get a call back from a ignorant guy saying tires didnt show up so we will half to do it Monday.5 days no tires.ost me a hour of driving and gas plus days waiting for appointments that got cancelled from pep boys. WORSE SERVICE EVER AND EMPLOYEES ARE IGNORANT WHEN SPEAKING TO YOU.

Needed a tire pressure valve when they replaced all 4 tires which they found out one was bad. I was told to buy one online and reschedule and they would put it in for free. I get there and they look confused because they carry them. The one I purchased couldn t be programmed by them so I ended up purchasing one from them. They did put one in on the time they told me and charged only cost but the cost was 3 times what I paid for the one I bought.

They got the job done. You could tell the guys in the shop were overwhelmed and understaffed.Dropped off at 8am I was told my car would be ready in approximately 4 hours, but I wasn't contacted or notified of the job being done until almost 3pm.

With an appointment over an hour and a half wait. For an oil change. No indication that it would take that long. No interaction at all until I inquired after waiting an hour. I would recommend going elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Made an online appointment, website said tires were in stock, dropped off the tire at 8 am, on Monday, at noon Tuesday was told they did not have a tire in stock, went elsewhere, not the first time here with inventory miscalculations.....

Real kind staff (Tim) greeted me and got me situated real quick. When requested to make a personal change to information he took right too it didn t ask questions or impart judgment was just real kind to it all and offered solution.

Scheduled 4 new tires, alignment. Went to 2 shops, both places didn't have my tires in stock. Save yourself the headache go to town fair tire

I came in from Cape cod to have some work done on my car and oil change and a wheel alignment the wheel and light the wheel alignment be in the most important thing I need it done after after waiting over 2 hours the associate told me that my car was ready and when you quoted me the price it didn't include a wheel alignment and I asked why wasn't there a wheel alignment and I requested it he said he didn't see that even after making the appointment online requesting it on one of the selections and telling him when I arrived that I needed an oil change in a wheel alignment and all I got was a oil change. If it takes over 2 hours to get an oil change I don't not so sure I want them to do a wheel alignment first of all they don't listen to you and now that puts me in a bigger mess no waste of time for services I didn't get this was my first time using pep boys and probably my last time

Never an issue at Raynham Pep Boys. They fix what you ask and never seem to upsell me on anything. The guys there are easy to deal with and are honest.

Went in to get 4 tires installed on my Jeep. I went online picked the ones i wanted and said would pay in store. I walked in and waited a few mins to check in as someone came in right before me. Christine was welcoming and very polite checked me in took keys and confirmed order. I decided to wait and was advised upfront it would take roughly 2 hours. Had a few conversations and decided with Christine's advise to add the road hazard warranty. It also comes with a free 1 year roadside assistance. Saw some inpatient customers as someone came in after me and said he had appt. As guy was taking my car and told other customer i have an appt as well. The tech is doing what he is suppose todo. I was very excited to find out i also received an extra discount as i am previous military. Great job. Tech advised me i had a lot of build up on rims he took extra time to clean it. Was extremely pleased. In for tire rotation as part of warranty also have a nail in tire that is covered under warranty i purchased. Just the service department is open now. The store has closed althought i do see some parts

My partner recently took my car in for an oil change and one of the technicians cracked my oil pan by accident.The worker Tim was extremely apologetic and honest about what happened and gave me a free oil change and no charge to fix the oil pan.Not many places are this honest so greatly appreciative of Tim s honesty and taking accountability.Will def continue to be a Patron of this particular Pep boys

Made an appointment for 10 am but didn t see a point in making an appointment since they didn t start looking at my car until 1 pm. The employee there was extremely rude and then after waiting another hour I m told they can t do anything with my car because they don t have the right tools and I could make another appointment when this other mechanic comes in. Very unprepared and unprofessional I will never set foot in here again.

The Guys down at Pep Boys really pulled through. I did not have an easy ask but they took care of mycarr and really went the extra mile for their customer ...super appreciative and will definitely be returning .
