I walk in the evening before Thanksgiving, stranded an hour from home with a dry radiator, and before I finish the first sentence the guys at the counter knew exactly what part I needed that broke on the highway. Simple fix but I wouldn't have made it home without their knowledge and genuine help. Thanks many times over!

Customer service is great and the in stock is great. Unfortunately, their prices were higher for several larger ticket items I needed. (AC Compressor, Alternator and Starter) Their price match policy could be improved.

Needed new wipers, getting ready for that colder weather! Great group of people there and they even replaced them for you! Also picked up some Rain-x clean & treatment 2in one spray for the windows and some Meguiars polish so the snow can just slide off!

Always a great experience at every O Reilly s.Passing through and Jeep having starting issues. They test found bad Battery and check alt for me too(good). They helped me get it swapped out. Great prices and customer service.Thank you

Stopped in to buy a cabin air filter (average price $15-18). On checkout, price: $33! Whoa, I declined the purchase. Guy at the counter said "yeah, they're expensive". No, they actually aren't. When he realized I knew they weren't he admitted there was a $16 option, not in stock at this store. Bought elsewhere for $16. Girls, do your homework and don't be hoodwinked into paying double price!

First time at an O'Reilly's so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and well lit. I had no problems finding the items I was looking for. One of the items was a bulb which can be a pain to find at some auto part stores. Their prices were right in line with other auto part stores in the area.

I used to frequent O'Reilly Auto Parts back when I lived in South Texas, and for the many years I've lived in this area, I hadn't seen any locations around until recent years. I couldn't have been more delighted with my recent visit, which was during a recent night we received some undesirable weather, including freezing rain. As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting and offered assistance right away. I was in need of new windshield wipers to replace what was put on during the windshield replacement by Safelite Auto Glass about a year or so ago. The gentleman led me to the wipers, and to confirm I had the correct size, he asked the year, make, and model of my car. I'd asked for the Rain-X brand but noticed they had multiple models available. The associate gentleman was extremely patient in explaining the difference between each brand and the type of wiper they offered in a very helpful manner that helped me decide on the type I wanted to purchase. Then, I was looking for the orange Rain-X windshield wiper fluid containing the de-icer, which he also kindly helped me find. Then, as he was helping ring up my products for me to pay, he handed the wiper blades off to another associate to go out and install the blades for me. As I previously mentioned, this was at night; they were closing within the hour. We'd been having a combination of sleet and rain that night. I felt horrible for the man swapping out the wipers since I'd pulled straight into a parking spot with a snowbank in front of the car and offered to turn it around, but he said no worries, he could access them just fine as is. It only took him a minute to swap them out and offered to dispose of the old wipers, but I did keep one as an emergency spare, although it will only fit the drivers side. Overall I was extremely greatful for all the assistance and kindness I received from each associate and even though they offer wiper installation service, I felt horrible for the young man who had been swapping out my wipers that night, but couldn't be more pleased with my whole experience. I felt they went above and beyond with their personalized customer service, including their installation service in the weather conditions on that particular night. My whole experience from walking in the door to pulling out of their parking lot was extremely gratifying especially when compared to my previous experience at one of their local competitor's just a couple nights prior at Advanced Auto Parts on Dean St, Taunton- see my review on that location and more specifically the lazy lying associate that portrays the store not as advertised including services falsely advertised.

Raynham MA store personnel are great. Very knowledgeable and more than accommodating. Love this store. Always stop at O'Reilly's when in need of automotive products.

BEST location. They Go Beyond to Help Their Customers... Very Friendly And Professional Staff... If Item isn't avail they will Order and give you a time to pick up always Prompted. This Is My Go Store From Now On. No More Advanced Auto Parts Or Autozone.

Manager here truly saved my New Years Day. I had a bad alternator and since the moment I came in him and his staff was helping me and troubleshooting everything. From battery tests, to jump starting, to charging the battery to then finding out the main issue which was the alternator, that I was not aware of, they did it all to help save the day. The worst part of the day was that almost every mechanic was closed on New Years Day, but that didn t stop the manager from assisting me and giving me a recommendation on a guy that could help that happened to walk in. Even all failed he even mentioned that I can leave my car parked outside until the next day when the tow truck came in, as a plan b. This is customer service at its best!!! Thank you guys for all of your hard work!!

Prices are higher than most parts stores. So definitely shop around before going here. The store is clean and organized, again it might be the fact not a lot of foot traffic in the store. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable about your needs.

George there qas very helpful with fixing the car he tested the alternator and battery to find out which one was not working right come to find out the battery was shot it was really no good any help is with buying us a new battery I can recommend O'Reilly's Auto store in Raynham anytime

Counter help is great. Knowledgeable. Clean. Had to make a return. No issue. Brought in my 16 year old. They explained the options to him with the different parts we needed.Bought headlights. Only place i know that gives you gloves to install them with.

One person at the counter on the phone. Another person walk by to the back begin the shelves didn"t return.I could hear three people in the back talking. Waited about five before someone came out. Bought a item a there was a core charge they charged me tax on the core that I have in my vechile. This place for me is to far to go to. Should have gone to Fall River or maybe Taunton. First and last time.

The nice place to go everything there is white Hennessy and nice and clean people are finally they help you supposed to go in they don't wait for you to come and ask them to come and help you that's what I expect in a place like that you don't have to go looking for somebody that's always somebody there and they're there they do a good job I ain't saying much for the other places around here because they're all they want to do is make money on you if something's $5 the kid will charge you $10 for another place but not here this place is good they take good care of you have a great day God bless you love you

This place has excellent customer service if I ever owned a business I would go there and try to steal some of their employees. They just opened a few months ago and I love coming here for all my auto needs

Out of the three main auto parts stores including Auto Zone and Advanced Auto.. O'Reilly deffinetly seems to actually hire people who know automobiles and will give the right parts the first time not the 3rd 4th or 5th time.Most of the time anyways.

Terrible in store service at this location. I literally had to call the store while standing inside it to get service. Then instead of an apology I got a " there is no way you where in the store long". I literally wondered the store yelling hello no response. Nothing against the chain, but definitely a terrible in store location.

Absolutely love this auto parts chain. after years of going to AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts and dealing with the same adaquet but unremarkable service selection and pricing, I'm now a full on convert to O'Reilly's
