I've been going to Monroe for about 5 yrs, they are always kind and explain things well. I've never gotten that grumpy mechanic that just says price, takes your money slams the register and walks away. They really take the time and give honest feedback to what you might need done in the future.

10/10 - had an exhaust issue and they took it in right away, diagnosed and resolved it right away. Excellent service and team!!!!Another visit reviewDavid is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue quickly, accurately, and alleviate my concerns. His ability to keep calm and focus on the customer with the amount or people in an out, somw in terrible moods, is incredible. Dustin, who worked on my vehicle, did an excellent job and when he called to review the work done he was knowledgeable even when I asked additional questions. These guys are top notch and I would (have) recommend them to others.

The man at the counter was nice or I would have given a 1. My oil filter was never changed and there was oil everywhere when I brought it to a mechanic the next day for a noise I could hear.

Oil Change, Brake Pads replaced, roters. 60,000 miles on car. These guys treated me excellently by all working there. These guys are honest and did not push things I did not need. I am going back when needed. Thanks guys!!

They told me the car looked great but I did not see the actual inspection report. Also they recommended a brake flush due to mileage. I asked what flush they did last time I was there and they pulled my history. I had that done last visit. I was a little confused on why they would recommend it with out checking my history first. Had I told them to go ahead I would have paid for the same thing twice in less than a year. The workers are always kind and quick. I have been going here for years and will continue to go back. They are reliable and willing to work with you. I m glad I ask questions, no need to duplicate service. I understand how that could have been an over site.

Called around for 3 diff quotes in area. Monro had the best deal. Went in for front pads and rear rotars and pads. Was called and told only needed rears; fronts were fine.Fast service; knowledgeable and most of all honest! Saved me over $300 compared to competitors in area.Highly recommend

I went here a few months ago because my oil light came on even though I had just gotten an oil change 6 months before. I asked them to check if there was anything wrong before adding more oil. They came back 45 mins later saying it had just run out of oil so they filled it. Then today the light went on again so I went to another auto shop and they told me there was a leak that has definitely been there for a long time!! Clearly they didn t do the due diligence and just wanted to get the service done fast and easy. Would not recommend!

Dana and Jesse were great to work with. They were very thorough and made sure that I was happy with the result. I did have to come back a second time, but Dana made sure to fit me in the tight schedule and made sure I was all set before my road trip. The best customer service I have experienced at a Monro.

This Service Center is consistently very professional & deliver on whatthey promise. They handle everything from basic oil changes to repairs.I have been here several times and have always left being very satisfiedwith their work and felt I got my money's worth. The Manager Dana, alwaysputs the customer first by going the extra mile. That is very rare these Days.FIVE STARS *****. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- T.E.

Dana is so friendly and professional. You can tell he loves what he does. I had my first visit there today for an oil change and I would highly recommend! They comb through your car to let you know exactly what is working well and what may need work or even how long you can hold off until.

Dana and Bob took me in very quickly on a Saturday for an oil and filter change and included tire rotation for free. They even found me a coupon to use because my car takes and extra quart of oil. Customer service was incredible and friendly. Thank you! I definitely recommend this to all. And I will be back! Great experience

Got my oil change done today. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Dana the manager was also great at getting me in and making sure my needs were met. And they are so clean and make sure everything was well disinfected and sanitized.

Dana was very helpful, honest and professional. I made an appointment and told him I d need to drop the car off after hours the night before. He thoroughly explained where to put my keys (they don t have a mailbox type key drop). The day after I dropped my car off he called early in the day to let me know what was wrong and he even called the dealership for me to see if it was under warranty. It was under warranty so he told me where to take it and wished me the best without trying to sell me any unnecessary services. I m a happy customer and will return the next time I need my car serviced.

Excellent customer service! We were traveling cross country from Massachusetts to Oklahoma. We called Dana (on a Saturday morning) and we explained our problem and they were able to look and diagnose the problem in very little time. Being so far away from home, it was refreshing to have someone take care of you. They fixed our car and sent us on our way, safely and nicely. Dana even called us after we left to make sure everything was ok. Kudos to the mechanic- he was able to fix our annoying, but scary to us problem. They did a great job! Go there!!!!

Went in for a quick oil change, Dana and staff were able to get me in and out quickly. i didnt have an appointment but i stopped in hoping to get the car fixed. VERY VERY CLEAN. i watched him actually disinfect cash a previous customer gave him. very safe clean place to go in these crazy times

Got a tire replaced here and the experience was decent.They did a good job. I do wish they had better chairs in the waiting area because my buttocks was not pleased, it was hurting after a couple of minutes and I was there for over an hour.I must add that I overheard the mechanics talking about someone they work with that doesn't want kids and they said well he won't get any smelling like that. It was funny honestly. I didn't know who they were referring to. Anyways, I see another mechanic checking out the car and sitting in it before we get it then we get in... Lord have MERCY the car STANK. The stench lingered for awhile. Rolled down the windows and it still smelled. The smell was so bad that as I'm typing this I can still smell it. That body odor could kill a whole forest of animals. I'm surprised his coworkers are still alive. Why didn't they tell him? Who knows. I can only hope he has discovered what deodorant is now. Please tell him.

Corporations make it possible to provide nation wide car repair for our cars. It is the people of that company that make it a Ten Star experience. That person in the Raynham area is Dana Lee at Monro, just ask the locals. Dana Lee s people skills is the difference. I go there for the outstanding service he provides but I love walking away with some of the people skills that I use in my business. Dana always talks in terms of investment. So simple, so true and a brilliant way to look at the second biggest investment we have next to our homes. Ten stars not five for Monro!Outstanding Customer Service from attentive staff. Everything was explained in layman terms. Repairs completed on time and budget.Special Thanks to Dana Lee for his assistance and professionalism.I would recommend Mom to service her car here without hesitation.

Dana was an awesome help and a breathe of fresh air compared to who I have dealt with in the past while coming here. Dana was polite and funny and made the experience easy and painless. (Feb. 2021) Josh, front desk, was very responsive, straightforward, and reliable. Mechanic, Jesse, took time to explain everything that was being done and followed through. Good job, everyone!(Nov. 2020) Dana, the manager, was very polite and professional. The mechanic, Jordan, was also very excellent. It was an efficient, accurate, honest assessment of the problem and fixed. Highly recommend.

Dana and several of the technicians were exceptional to me. Great quick appointment scheduling and diagnosis, offered me their lowest price for a significant undertaking of a brake job, and Dana even drove me to work down the street instead of letting me walk during bad weather. Highly reccomend!

Had my oil changed yesterday, was super fast,easy,and friendly. I had made my appointment online and dropped it off, Dana greeted me and was nothing but friendly and personable. I have been here in the past but felt very comfortable and welcomed with this visit the most. Thank you for a great experience I will be back

If you live anywhere in the vicinity of Bristol County, this is the place to come to for all your car needs! I came in for an oil change and had the pleasure of interacting with the staff, truly made my day. The customer service was exceptional with a full thorough checkup of my car. If anyone from Monro corporate is reading this, please give Dana a well-deserved raise. I will surely be back in 8000 miles to get my next oil change :)

So love seeing other businesses truly making you feel like wow these guys care. I got off the highway because my truck suddenly started making a loud noise. When I was pulling in I noticed it was after hours but I entered and explained my issue and the importance of time was important because it's my work truck. Without hesitation they came outside and from the moment they touch it they were on a mission and respected the need to have it. Dana is awesome, actually he's probably the most caring customer service person I've dealt with. They now have.all my business. I can't thank them enough

Superior customer service with Dana and his team. This was refreshing after a long and frustrating wait for AAA to arrive. We left our car in Dana s hands for a new tire after we suffered a flat tire in route home to CT after our vacation on the Cape. We walked across the street to grab a quick bite. When we returned not only were we all set with a brand new tire, but Dana had re-packed our trunk with all our bags/belongings! Way above and beyond and he is just the nicest man to talk to! If you are ever in need, you can t go wrong with Dana at Monro!!

Went with a friend she dropped her car off at 10AM her appointment was at 1PM due to a computer error on the website we did not get out till 6:30PM all that was done was a tire change and replacement of air filters. She called the workers three times for an update as her appointment was decently early and they closed at five they did not once call to notify us of a delay. As the were jacking her car in the parking lot the workers were leaning on my car and just the fact that they had to jack her car in the parkling lot to get the job done after 8.5 hours with it was ridiculous.There are several other places in the raynham area that provide the same service I suggest going there.

Prior to my current experiences I rated Monro of Raynham at 5 stars. Since Dana's departure things have gone downhill. I realize that mistakes happen and I tend to give businesses chances to improve because we're all people. But my last visit to Monro was their last chance.I took my car in to have my brakes changed I was informed that services would take 2-3 hours. I decided to walk around the neighborhood for the first two hours. The tech assigned to my car took off the wrong part with a hammer resulting in new parts being needed. I was informed of this 30 minutes after returning to the waiting area. When asked if this would mean a longer wait I was told no it wouldn't. I waited another two hours. No updates on time or status updates. Just he'll be done soon before Josh went to take his lunch.Throughout my wait I witnessed the tech smoking cigarettes in the garage, and generally wasting time. At the end of my appointment Josh informed me that his tech was complaining that they hadn't received their lunch he seemed clueless to the fact that my mother and I hadn't eaten throughout this entire process he was only concerned with being annoyed by his tech. No apologies for the long wait.You would think this would end here no I was charged twice and the corporate team has yet to resolve the matter a week later.

I have gotten two oil changes, an alignment, all new tires and rear wheel shocks done at Monro s. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are the best place around. I highly recommend them. Thank you Dana and Jordan!

Had a great experience yesterday at this location. I came in in the morning for an oil change. It was my first time there because I just moved to Taunton. Later in the day I realized that my headlights stopped working and I brought it back to see if it was something that could have been accidentally messed with during the oil change. I didn t know what time they closed, but I figured I would see. The store had actually closed an hour before but Dana and Jesse were still there. They saw me pull up and had no problem helping me out real quick! I will definitely be using them for any car needs I have! Thank you!
