I have to say I had an awesome experience working with Scott in the service department waiting seven months for a transmission scott called me every couple weeks to give me an update, which I thought was first class service on his end transmission came in last week was installed. Scot made sure it was taken care of the right way, But today I returned the loaner car That was included with my private warranty that I had for coverage for the transmission so I thought that s was ok, $9,000 quoted warranty company, , price went up $1,300 which was not the dealerships fault, Scot did do his best to make it right and I paid the difference $1,100 Ihundred dollars $200 deductible all fare, but then when I gave my debit card to the service rep Virgil to pay the bill and then he said the gas was shot by 1.2 gallons I was told by him after spending $10,100 he was worried about that after 7 months of waiting patiently this ruined a good experience over 1.2 gallons for $4.50 to turn a great experience to a bad experience so quickly and yes, I used the four letter word several times after that never once during the process was I ever upset this is not the way to treat a customer it was the principal for the gas after spending that kind of money for a repair and being patient during the seven months wait and's like I said, treated very well by scott all ruined at very end because of 1.2 gallons of gas that s the worst customer service I have ever experienced i am a 69 year old male I don t appreciate being treated that way yes I was in car garage. No other customers and I used the four letter word a couple of times after he told me about the gas situation. Still shouldn t have been a reason for when I left I asked where my car was he just said out there and at the very last moment when I hit the door, he did mention it was to the right. It is a large dealership. thank you, Virgil never again not a cool way to treat anybody, Don t forget tempers didn t fly until the 1.2 gallons of gas was adamantly mentioned principal

At first started off great Sales guy Mike was very nice not pushy laid back good guy. Then I kept getting pressured in to filling g out a review before I even signed on the dotted lines. After 3 hours plus finally sat down in finance made the deal. It was ok at that point still. Then I drive home a truck that had a light pop up. Short story it's 3 weeks later they don't answer don't call back and no rental. Worst place ever and never go there's ridiculousness what I'm going through. Going g to tell every contactor amd person I know and spread the work just never seen anything like it. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a buisness

Kerry Parkos is an absolutely terrific Client Advisor. He was a great pleasure to deal with in the purchase process of my new 2024 Cadillac. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle @Mastria, Leo Roson was our sales rep. He was great! Very attentive, straight forward, and professional. I highly recommend working with Leo. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, when I arrived at 9:00 am for my appointment he was ready with the keys in hand.

Honestly, Virgil and his team in the service department are amazing. I came to them stuck and they did everything in their power to help me out! I would recommend this dealership anytime anyone is looking to buy a Cadillac or any GM car! They hit a home-run with this team! Can t thank you enough!

I have nothing but great words to describe my experience at Mastria. Going in as a first time buyer was stressful but the staff there were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and willing to assist. Remy was a fantastic associate very clear cut and open about the product I was interested in, and ensured that I was leaving there satisfied. Big thanks to Steve in finance for breaking down all the possible options for me and really going above and beyond to explain each step of the process. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new/used Cadillac, the staff there are awesome.

I went to Mastria Cadillac with a specific car in mind (XT6, white, blonde interior). My salesperson Angel didn't stop until him and his manager found the exact car I was looking for. They gave me a fair trade price for my trade-in. We have always had great luck with Mastria and their service department. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a luxury vehicle with luxury service.

Eliel and David worked really hard to make my purchase of a 2017 Cadillac XT 5 a reality. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and I had no problem with the sale, everything went real smooth except for getting my registration in a timely manor some how my paper work got lost in the shuffle but David took care of the problem and I had the registration and inspection sticker the next day. These two gentlemen go that extra mile to make sure you get a deal you want . PS Just wish this Cadillac Dealer gave some of the perks another dealers do, like a free oil change and a Cadillac travel mug ...

Just wanted to thank Michael Dube for the excellent service that I received from him when purchasing my new vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and wanted. No Stars. I went in for a test drive of two cars. One was sold while I was out with the other. I was told that it was expected at the dealership within several weeks. Since it was really the one I wanted, i asked to have my name put on a list to be called when it arrived. I never got the call. When I called myself to check on it, it had arrived. I drove it and loved it. I asked to put a deposit on it and was told they don't take deposits. I said I would call them in the morning to let them know if I was going to purchase the car. The following day I called the sales rep I had worked with at 945am, before they even opened, and said I would buy the car, I only had to pick my trade in vehicle up from one of my children who had borrower it. I let the rep know I expected to be there at 11. The sales rep said great, he would take the car off the floor and would see me at 11. At 10 I received a text saying that someone had taken the care out for a test drive and then later was back talking numbers. I was told it was first come first serve. I WAS the first person. They literally sold the car after I said I would buy it and was on my way there to do so. It was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

I have purchased several new cars from the Mastria family. Recently my 2016 Cadillac CTS-V needed an expensive electronic component replaced. The car is now out of factory warranty but has low mileage. The Mastria service staff went the extra mile and replaced this expensive (1200.00 part) item for me at completely no charge. Very much appreciated and just another reason why I continue to service and purchase cars from them!

Just purchased a new Cadillac and the staff and service was excellent!! From our initial greeting at the door, welcoming us to the showroom, to the sales associate, and ultimately the finance department, they were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality car buying experience.

My 1st time there. It was the recall on the SRX. Great people,friendly,professional and courteous. Nice clean waiting room and they did something I thought was really cool for my Cadillac and I would be more then pleased to bring my car back if needed.

GM informed me to find a dealer for an MSRP Swap of a defective vehicle. Mastria didn t even acknowledge my existence, let alone try to help. Refused to even price a vehicle for me. Stay away. 100% they are going to be scamming people on car prices, clear they care more about making a fortune than building relationships

Phenomenal service department. It took an extra hour and a half for my oil change and tire rotation. I didn t complain or ask why as I know things happenMy service writer Jen was extremely apologetic and my service was of no charge to me. Class act at a class dealership.This is why I come back for service even though my warranty has expiredMy next Cadillac will be bought here.

Mastria's Customer Service is the best. They complete the work quickly and efficiently. Then wash and vacuum the car. They not only make recommendations for future maintenance, including estimated cost, they also advise me on services that could save me money. The waiting room is very comfortable, and they provide special coffee or hot chocolate, plus fresh Danish and cupcakes.

I had a scheduled oil change and requested a tire rotation. I was told they would be changing my cabin filter and I needed an alignment. I rely on the techs to tell me what is going on in the car but I feel duped with an up sell. I do no know why it needed to be done, I had no issues. So, my bad, I just said ok. Now my brother and husband are telling me to call them anytime work is going to be done on the car!! I've been coming to your dealership for almost 10 years.

Went in for some routine services alignment and brake fluid flush. Scott Goral was extremely professional and helpful. I had some bad experiences here in the past with RUDE service advisors, Scott went above and beyond his job duties. Glad to see him set the example for exceptional customer service

Let s face it, buying a new car is one of the least pleasant experiences in a consumers life time. Regardless of what you think about the deal that you have received from any dealership, you have to decide how much you are willing to loose on a fair trade-in or overpay for the vehicle. Cadillac is still a really good brand, but the dealerships are making it really hard for loyal brand customers not to look elsewhere. If you walk out of ANY dealership happy with the deal that you have made, you probably didn t do your homework before going in.

My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new car from Mastria Cadillac. Our salesperson Andrew was knowledgeable on all the vehicles we were interested in and test drove. He was attentive to our concerns and needs and handled all details of our transaction professionally, promptly and correctly. We tend to keep our cars for a long time so many of the new features were somewhat confusing and intimidating to us as older drivers. His step by step instructions, patience and thoroughness in handling our questions suceeded in calming our worries and we drove off at ease. Likewise the paperwork, additional option offerings and financing process handled by Maria was stress free, informative and thorough. In addition Mastria efficiently facilitated all dealings with both the RMV and our insurance company. Mastria is to be commended for business practices and especially their personnel.

The transaction went smoothly and delivery was within the time frame I expected. Overall the experience was great! This is quite a compliment from someone who typically does not like the car buying experience.

Brought my car in to have an oil leak fixed. Not only did I pay more than the price I was quoted, I left with a nail in my tire that left me flat, ac that was ice cold is just fans, and my car stalls when I start it the next day. Go somewhere else

These guys rock. I wrote a review on here before concerning these guys (5 stars as well) and my opinion hasn't changed. Their maintenance/service guys have been too notch so far. Haven't dealt with the sales end of the dealership but I'm sure when it's time for another Escalade, I'll be paying them a visit.

A great place to buy a vehicle. Paul Oliveira spent about 4 hours with me going over a vehicle to be sure I was getting all that I was asking for. I traded a 2016 STX for a 2017 CT6. Very Pleased. An unbelievable vehicle. The dealership is a non pressure knowledgeable place to purchase a vehicle. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in for service. Declined cabin air filter replacement. The tech stripped the screw to access the compartment in the glove box when reassembling, so that it can't be done by the customer.

Our Service Consultant, Scott Goral was fantastic and extraordinarily helpful! This was the first servicing of our 2019 Cadillac XT5 and was extremely through highlighted by a video of the in-situ commented video of the actual inspection of the vehicle! Very impressive!!

Great experience with Mastria Cadillac. This is the second auto I have purchased from them. Michael Teixeira, David McAvay and Maria Carvalho are great people and have treated me fairly. I would buy a vehicle here again.
