Don t ever interact with Josh from Sales. He s incredibly rude. You d think he d be kind and professional when helping a customer, but apparently he can t help but make catty remarks before transferring you to someone more knowledgeable (or just willing to be accommodating). Everyone else from Mastria has always been nice, helpful, and respectful not Josh though. Very disappointed.

Ashley Boucher was absolutely amazing- she made this experience easy,and enjoyable- she answered all our questions and was very personable and made us feel ver comfortable! When we buy a car again I will be personally requesting her!! She is amazing and we are honored to have worked with her.

We had a great experience at Mastria Nissan right from the start. We contacted "Mali" on-line and she was very helpful, arranging for the Sales Manager to stay late so I could come in for a viewing after work. Once we arrived at Mastria, we were impressed with their attentive, professional approach. The Sales Manager Jerry was great and he turned us over to Dung. He couldn't have been more friendly. He listened to us, never interrupting us. He answered all of our questions. We test drove the vehicle for as long as we wanted. BTW - This used vehicle was immaculate.We loved the truck and decided to purchase it. We worked out a very fair deal with Dung and then he turned us over to Maria for the finance portion of the purchase. I have sat across from many a finance officer. I always expect to receive the "hard sell". Maria made my wife and I feel like family. She took her time explaining each detail and let us read each document thoroughly, with no pressure. She really made sure that we ended our purchase experience on a high note.All in all, I was expecting the usual hard push and our experience was the complete opposite. Truly, it was an enjoyable experience thanks to all those involved at Mastria.

GMC has a very limited selection of trucks, and the vehicles Masteria has; have all been marked up thousands over MSRP. I am used to purchasing a vehicle with incentives on the past 20 vehicles I have purchased. I would say right now is the worst time to buy if you can help it. (Sadly I needed a truck now and have been forced to pay more)I am lucky to have gotten the truck I needed, but was not given any incentive to purchase here beyond the availability of the vehicle. What I will says about Mastria is they re at least honest about why their price is so high and are straight shooters.Salesman Tyler Shay is polite, expedient, and knowledgeable of the products.

Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership or go there for service. I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Passat from this dealership a little more than a month ago. The housing for the driver's side mirror cracked below the directional signal. It started about two weeks ago as a small hairline millimeter long crack. After two weeks, the crack is now about a centimeter in length and the clear plastic turn indicator fell into the mirror. I took it to the service department this morning and expected it to be covered under warranty. Instead, they told me it would cost roughly $450 to replace the parts. There is no visible damage to any other part of the mirror and the interior of the housing directly below the turn indicator is the only place that cracked. I believe it is a manufacturing issue, but was told it may have been caused by someone walking past my mirror and brushing it with their hip. I was also told by the general manger that plastics are not covered under warranty. (A large portion of the car is plastic) Either way, the mirror should not have cracked.I have included photographs of the mirror and it is clear that there is no external damage. I am frustrated that I purchased this car new recently and this dealership is unwilling to stand behind the vehicle.I implore everyone to go elsewhere for your Volkswagen purchases and service.

I was treated well by a great sales manager; Jerry! He's a good professional person who definitely wants to sell you a car, but offered a fantastic deal!! His partner Mike is just a fantastic talented person too. They will sell you, but they're fair. I will definitely consider Mastria again!! Ty Jerry!!

Bought a used truck a few months back from this dealership. After test driving it I told them that the brakes seemed funny and the salesperson told me that the truck had been sitting for a few weeks and it was probably was that. I hesitated and then the salesperson said he would check with the service department. A few minutes later he tells me that the brakes, rotors and pads were replaced when the truck came in. It had been a few months and the brake light sensor came on. Thought that they might have forgot to test the monitor properly so I took it in to be checked. Was told that the rear brakes, rotors and pads needed to be replaced to which I said, "You told me the brakes had been replaced" They asked the salesperson about it and he said that he remembers having a conversation about the brakes but can't recall what the conversation was about" I do recall the conversation and now the dealership will not replace the brakes. Buyer beware, they will say anything to sell a vehicle.

Alex Sierra at Mastria of Raynham was very knowledgeable about the Subaru I wanted and thus a wonderful buying experience purchasing a 2022 new car that surprisingly was on its way in from the dock and was delivered on the dot as promised a mere week and a half later. The quick process was stress free and pleasant . Alex was very thorough; knowledgeable; helpful & accommodating & friendly! I received updates as promised with a No pressure transaction it was so easy as we were both on the same page and he was eager and thrilled to take in my car for trade as I was of purchasing a new vehicle and importantly did not add on to the sticker as Other dealers do. Numbers calculated and an amicable transaction from start to finish. Alex Sierra set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I walked in I knew after walking into 2 other Subaru dealers what I wanted and the genuine sticker price and researched my kbb value; It could not have been more seamless pleasant experience which Alex Sierra exemplified from start to finish with confidence!!

Very nice dealership. I visit frequently to use the EV charger as well as to do business with the parts and service folks.They have a very laid back,relaxed environment. I have never felt pressured to buy anything from them, and they are always willing to answer questions or help out.

Drove all the way there. Saw a car on cavana. They told me they had it. We had 3 conversations via texts. Got there and they told me car was sold the day beforeWent next door and bought a Subaru

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Don't buy a car here. I can get past the title issues and lack of communication, what I can't get past is that within 30 days, the truck stopped working/turning on and holding a charge. We contacted within 30 days about getting it fixed or next steps and they said they can't do anything. We were still within the 30 days, that is the law. The truck also clearly had techniques to hide rust and other issues. Do not buy here.

Will never buy from them again. I have had nothing but issues with this car within the FIRST year. If your power train is up, they will do NOTHING for you. Flex pipes are ROTTING underneath, so they offered me a free oil change to shut me up.My husband and I have gotten 4 vehicles from them in the past and this is how we are treated. Ill take my business elsewhere and make sure my friends do as well.

Wife & I had three cars at three dealerships to view Saturday 7/30. After our tour we contacted Masteia we re headed back and picked the Jag from the VW dealership. When we got there it got funky fast. Out sales rep was running an errand and out of the building. The finance manager stepped in asking us if our rep informed us of financing. We told the finance manager we re paying cash. He then proceeds to tell us it s finance only and sales reps are hesitant to speak about it during our initial test drive visit 4 hours earlier. Wife asked directly if outright purchase with cash was an option. He said no, we had to finance. Contacting the Community of MA. since the Head of Sales did not return my call.

I walked in there I was treated very respectfully, and professionally. My sales person, Michael was helpful and knowledgeable. They asked me what I wanted for my trade what I wanted to pay for my new car, he walked away for 2 minutes and said done. This process took 10 minutes. Well done, and thank you!

My Daughter and I went last week to see a preowned car at Mazda Showroom. We were told upon entry they were short staffed but thanked us in advance for our understanding and patience. Well, we didn t wait at all. Diogo, our Sales person was excellent! The most we waited was about 25 minutes for the business manager, Riccardo to square up the paperwork! Wonderful customer service. No flash, No hard sell. We will be back again!

All personnel were pleasant well informed and helpful.Questions were answered and checked to see if we were completely satisfied.They are planning a brand new building which will enhance the buying experience.This was my third dealership. The previous two experiences were very troublesome and disappointing.We had our car delivered by Dan because we traveled from Maine to Raynham to buy from this dealer. He was great with good communication.Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience.

I ordered parts online thru Subaru Parts Plus. Prices were great after shopping online and locally for what I needed. Prices were roughly half of what my Subaru dealer quoted me. My only disappointment was the shipping cost. A 4 pound box with a sideview mirror and a rubber door window moulding in it was $67.50 for shipping, express shipping was $232.00. Regular shipping took about a week and parts were exactly as I expected. All together it still saved me about $80 over my Subaru dealer.
